The main aim of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of a selected area considering development of regions in relation with leisure time utilization of the environment. The micro-region discussed was chosen, due to its positioning within the Opavian-Silesian touristic area, which is at the beginning of its development and forming an appropriate functioning of destination management. A literature concerning destination management, country touristic and evaluation of tourism potential according to different authors was explored. The custom evaluation of the tourism potential comes from controlled interviews with mayors and vice-mayors wthin particular municipalities and from a personal field surrvey. After the analysis of the area is processed, it is followed by a summary of the results found and a proposal of a possible development of the country micro-region of Moravice. Book publications, internet sources and information gathered during interviews and a field surrvey, are used to reach the goal of the diploma.

The purpose of this thesis is to create procedure for implementation of tourist cards. The qualitative research emphesize the consumer point of view for such a project according to economic theory of consumer bahavior as well as the duration and price of the tourist cards in more than forty European cities. Benchmarking for chosen cities was made. The qualitative research focuses on the administrator's point of view based on interviews with managers of tourist card projects. Furthermore finance and cost --benefit analysis showing a contribution of the project to the local economy is provided. .With understanding nature of the tourist card system a proposal for Brno and the South Moravia region was made on behalf of the obtained results.

The main aim of this Master thesis is to analyze the development of tourism sector and its impact on the economic growth of South Africa. The first part, literature review, explains different types of tourism and their contribution to the national economy. It deals with Travel and tourism competitiveness index showing the tourism development in South Africa compared with other African countries. The practical part contains analysis of number of tourist arrivals, their expenditures and international tourism income. It deals with multiple regression analysis as a statistical tool for measuring the dependence between GDP and other economic variables (including tourism income). Based on the results, discussion and conclusion is made.

The topic of thesis is development of tourism in the region Czech Switzerland. The theoretical part deals with the processing of basic tourism information obtained on the basis of literature. The practical part was prepared on the basis of a field survey through a questionnaire based on a random method. For this survey, through open, semi-open and closed questions, obtain a picture of the actual demand and requirements of individual visitors. The results formed the basis for the determination of individual proposals for possible solutions for the development of tourism. Part of the proposal has been drawn up, the example calculations.

Aim of this final thesis is to analyze conditions on the market, inside a chosen company, support for entrepreneurs in the provision of tourism services in South Bohemia, specifically in Trebon and making a complete documentation of business plan for a particular facility in compliance with current trends in travelling. This includes a request for proper financial means from EU.In the proposal part of my thesis I analyzed Třeboň region and proposed several strategies, that would be suitable for development of travelling business. From above mentioned strategies I concentrated on development of rural tourism. In the practical part the business plan is created, which analysi have been made, especially market analysis, STEP and SWOT analysis. The business plan provides a basic description and objectives for ecoagricultural farms, marketing strategy and financial plan. The application is developed to support agro-touristic Rural Development Programme.

The first part of the thesis focused on the theoretical background. The process was a literature review that explains the economic importance of tourism, demand and supply in tourism, focusing on the issues of the project and explains destination management, regional development and craftsmanship. Further was made characteristic of craft and its history. The second part consists of a field survey and the project. Field survey consisted of structured interviews and questionnaires of visitors and artisans. The structured interviews and questionnaires helped to summarize an idea of how craft fairs should be properly organized and what is their reality. The actual project consists of manual organization of traditional craft fairs and its application to the crafts market which can be organized in Ždírec nad Doubravou as the town which wants to organize this event. The project is focused mainly on the financial page, promotion and accompanying program. It means those weaknesses, which were perceived in organizing craft fairs in the Havlíčkobrodsko.
