The proposed discussion was guided by analyzing the reality of a school field Catalan city (GO), from a historical analysis of the constitution of the School of the field in Brazil to understand the local situation chosen for the research. Education in / of the field is a recent discussion started from 1990 with the articulation of social movements and nongovernmental entities proposing a reflection on the role of the school, the teacher, the curriculum and of the countryside in the constitution of an education culture that valued the field. The struggle for education was part of the land struggle led by these movements, driven by a desire to win the right to live off the land and stay on the field. The historical analysis proposed by this work part of the rural school of the empire in the sixteenth century and comes to a discussion of basic education field of the twentieth century. This paper presents theoretical elements within an empirical analysis, with the locus Municipal School Arminda Rosa de Mesquita.The relationship between city and countryside teaching geography were analyzed by combining field research with the analysis of the Political and Pedagogical school textbooks used in the 3rd to the 5th Year There are a variety of elements that are interwoven in the reality of the field, among them the devaluation of education that happens on the field, lack of knowledge of public policies that would meet the school field and the lack of recognition of the importance of the rural to urban society reflected in the curriculum offered in schools and educational. Over the years the field of Education was answered extemporaneously and labeled, which sometimes caused the discouragement of those who believed it was possible to field a quality school. The objective of this research is to understand the organization of the contents of the full curriculum of geography in schools and multigrade serial field, with emphasis on ruralurban relationship. To achieve these goals were used in theoretical research, desk research and field research. / A presente dissertação discute a Educação do campo e a relação campo cidade no ensino de Geografia. A discussão proposta esteve pautada em analisar a realidade de uma Escola do campo do município de Catalão (GO), partindo de uma análise histórica da constituição da Escola do Campo no Brasil para compreender a realidade local, escolhida, para realização da pesquisa. A Educação no/do campo é uma reflexão recente iniciada a partir de 1990 com a articulação de movimentos sociais e entidades não governamentais que propunham uma reflexão sobre o papel da escola, do educador, do currículo e do homem do campo na constituição de uma educação que valorizasse a cultura do campo. A luta pela educação fez parte da luta pela terra liderada por estes movimentos, impulsionados pelo anseio de conquistar o direito de viver da terra e permanecer no campo. A análise histórica proposta por este trabalho parte da escola rural do império no século XVI e chega a discussão de uma Educação Básica do campo do século XX. Este trabalho traz elementos teóricos dentro de uma análise empírica, tendo como lócus a Escola Municipal Arminda Rosa de Mesquita. A relação campo cidade e o ensino de Geografia foram analisados aliando à pesquisa de campo ao Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola e o material didático utilizado do 3° ao 5° ano. Há uma diversidade de elementos que se entrelaçam na realidade do campo, dentre elas, a desvalorização da educação que acontece no campo, a falta de conhecimento das políticas públicas que deveriam atender a Escola do campo e a falta de reconhecimento da importância do homem do campo para sociedade urbana. Estes elementos refletem na proposta curricular e pedagógica ofertada nas escolas. Ao longo dos anos a Educação do campo foi atendida de forma extemporânea e rotulada, o que por vezes causou a desmotivação de quem acreditou que era possível ter no campo uma escola de qualidade. Para alcançar os objetivos da pesquisa foram utilizadas a pesquisa teórica, pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo. A partir das intervenções na Escola Municipal Arminda Rosa de Mesquita e pautando-nos na pesquisa teórica poderíamos definir esta escola como rural ou uma escola no campo e não necessariamente uma Escola do campo. Entende-se que pensar a Escola do campo vai além de se pensar simplesmente a escola. Não é possível desconsiderar o papel do professor frente às reflexões realizadas em sala sobre a importância do campo na relação que estabelece com a cidade e desconsiderar que as políticas públicas que permeiam a educação devem estar presentes no Projeto Político Pedagógico, permitindo desta forma que haja conscientização do papel destes alunos na sociedade como sujeitos de direito que, devem lutar para que estas políticas sejam efetivadas plenamente em todas as instâncias da sociedade.

It is possible to emphasize the importance of Population Geography and the study of demographic censuses, because through them it became possible to evaluate the established population movements, as well as get an overview of the population, its potential and its demands on regional and local scale. For this, one performed a characterization of the region, its processes as the distribution of the population in the territory, its structure by sex and age groups, education levels, rural-urban migration etc., based on the analysis and comparison of socioeconomic indicators provided by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) and the Paraná Institute of Economic and Social Development (Ipardes). It also seeks, through the Agricultural Censuses and field research, to understand the rural-urban relationship, as well as the influence that the countryside exerts on city and the city on the countryside, in the study area. It was noted, in conclusion, that city and country are inextricably linked in the West Coast region of Paraná, especially in the small municipalities analyzed / A pesquisa Mobilidade Populacional na Região Costa Oeste do Paraná: do campo para a cidade tem o objetivo de analisar a dinâmica populacional na região Costa Oeste do Paraná, tendo como enfoque a relação campo-cidade. Nela cabe destacar a importância da Geografia da População e do estudo dos censos demográficos, pois, por meio deles se tornou possível avaliar os movimentos populacionais estabelecidos, assim como obter um panorama geral da população, suas potencialidades e as suas demandas em escala regional e local. Para isso, realizou-se uma caracterização da região, seus processos como a distribuição da população no território, sua estrutura por sexo e por faixas etárias, níveis de instrução, migração campo-cidade etc., tomando como base a análise e a comparação de indicadores socioeconômicos disponibilizados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) e pelo Instituto Paranaense de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (Ipardes). Também se procura, por meio dos Censos Agropecuários e de pesquisas de campo, compreender a relação campo-cidade, assim como a influência que o campo exerce na cidade e a cidade no campo, na região em estudo. Constatou-se, em conclusão, que campo e cidade estão intrinsicamente ligados na região Costa Oeste do Paraná, principalmente nos pequenos municípios analisados

Pesquisa do Estado do RJ- - FAPERJ / The guiding thread of this analysis is the political of development outlined by the military government under the three editions of the National Development Plan (PND). One of the goals in context of these plans was to enable the colonization spaces demographically "empty" the country through the implementation of projects of colonization in the area that comprises the Legal Amazon acting as a stimulus to spontaneous migration and directing the flow of migration to the region. The goal of this study is to investigate and analyze the causal link between migration and development from a multidisciplinary view of the plots that tell the tragedies of migrants who settled in the border region. The case study was conducted in Lucas do Rio Verde, located in north of Mato Grosso, originating from a colonization project of the 1980s designed to resolve social tensions on the land that began to take a breath in Rio Grande do Sul. When provide voice to figures that fixed in that border is intended to analyze the dramas experienced and shared, and exposing the plots resulting from that process migration. The effort undertaken in this study was to investigate how to construct the representations of development in a frontier area. / O fio condutor desta an?lise ? a pol?tica de desenvolvimento tra?ada pelo governo militar no ?mbito das tr?s edi??es do Plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento (PND). Um dos objetivos no bojo destes Planos era possibilitar a coloniza??o dos espa?os demograficamente ?vazios? do territ?rio nacional atrav?s da implanta??o de projetos de coloniza??o na ?rea que compreende a Amaz?nia Legal servindo de est?mulo de migra??es espont?neas e direcionando o fluxo migrat?rio para a regi?o. O objetivo deste trabalho ? investigar e analisar o nexo causal entre migra??o e desenvolvimento sob um olhar multidisciplinar das tramas que informam os dramas dos migrantes que se fixaram naquela regi?o fronteiri?a. O estudo de caso foi realizado em Lucas do Rio Verde, cidade localizada no norte matogrossense, origin?ria de um projeto de coloniza??o da d?cada de 1980 elaborado para resolver as tens?es sociais por terra que come?avam a tomar f?lego no Rio Grande do Sul. Ao dar voz aos personagens que se fixaram naquela fronteira pretende-se analisar os dramas vivenciados e compartilhados e expor as tramas resultantes daquele processo migrat?rio.
