Master‘s thesis deals with problems connected with unsufficient usage of current state of business premises, where usage of these premises for developing company‘s services is possible. The aim of the thesis is to find suitable solution for spare premises either with expansion of providing services in present time or to find usage of these premises with providing new services.

The aim of my Master thesis “Business Plan Company“ is to provide a solution for a successful develop a small company, which will have a real potential to find its stable position on the current market. My Master thesis consists of a theoretical part, problem analysis and my own proposal of the solution. The theoretical part deals with the key findings and solutions, which are further applied in the next part of my work. Analysis is focused on prezent and future company environment. Concrete recommendations have been formulated on the basis of analysis conclusions. The final proposal is formulated into a komplex procedure, which provides the way to reach company development.

This Master´s thesis is concerned with creation of business plan for establishing an internet portal for easy launch of internet shops including thein follow-up administration. Thesis contains market analysis, competition analysis, the process of establishing such portal and sequential maintenance.

Diploma thesis named „Adaptation of a corporate strategy and transformation of commercial activities” is focused on a manufacturing company – printing house. The thesis discusses theoretically as well as practically corporate strategies with an accent on formulation of a business strategy. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of procedures and methods used to create a corporate strategy. The practical part focuses on a company called PRINTING HOUSE (in order to protect business data of the company, it is not specified further and is called the PRINTING HOUSE in the practical part of the thesis), where business and strategic analyses were performed. The outcome of assessments and analyses outline potential investment projects, transformations and also presents a feasibility of acquisition of new business opportunities.

Master´s thesis is based on making analysis of the present state company Dutch Impuls s.r.o. From this analysis are made the proposals for getting better than actual situation. In the first part there is explained the theoretical introduction to the problem, there are defined basic notions and methods. The second part is based on analysis present situation of the company. In the final part there are drawn up the proposals thanks to making business plan.

This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of the company which is situated in the pro-duction of plastic windows and profile systems. Analysis of the actual state is made through the analysis of the inner and outer environment, financial situaction is estimated with the Kralicek Quick Test. Thesis includes suggestions and recommendations which will cause improvement of the situation at general in following years.

The present dissertation is the design of a company's business plan, with a view to the construction of a servis, with all the important factors such as economic and non-economic factors, and legislative changes in the branch taken into consideration. Last but not least, the economic standing of the company is also evaluated. The project is simultaneously assessed from the viewpoint of potential implementation of the proposed solution.

The main aim of this thesis is to define material parameters of Chaboche model of plasticity. Adjustment of the parameters has to correspond to the experimental datas. These datas are represented by an uniaxial strain controlled test curve for fewer than two cycles and also by cyclic stress-strain curve. After that, an cyclic tension-compresion test for various parameters of Chaboche´s model of plasticity is simulated in an ANSYS software. Finally, the most suitable configuration of Chaboche´s model of plasticity is used for cylindrical thick-walled body. Cylindrical body represents a simplified model of high-pressure tank of fuel (diesel) – rail in Common Rail system.
