Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ekologických zátěží na území České republiky. Na příkladě konkrétní lokality analyzuji vývoj jednotkových nákladů vynaložených na odstranění nadměrného znečištění životního prostředí ve třetí etapě probíhajících sanančích prací. Dále hodnotím úspěšnost provedené sanace porovnáním litimních hodnot škodlivých látek v životním prostředí stanovených zadavatelem zakázky a výsledků, kterých dosáhla sanujcící firma.

The objective of the thesis is to demonstrate the use of valuation methods as a support for managerial decisions of enterprise liquidation. The thesis includes traditional parts of valuations such as strategic and financial analysis, value drivers analysis, which allow us to confirm or disprove going concern assumption and future liquidation. Finally, we will use valuation methods to determine the optimal timing of enterprise liquidation or possibility of business remediation.

External thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is a widespread method appearance of the facades of existing and new civil and industrial buildings. With its frequent application becomes engaged his durability issues and possible rehabilitation and more topical. Influences affecting durability ETICS is still under investigation, as well as systematic and practical way to usable redevelopment. The main theme of this work is to summarize knowledge in ETICS issue, particularly from the viewpoint adhesive and leveling materials based on Portland cement and final finishes. The theoretical part is discussed ETICS composition, the composition of its components, technical requirements and factors affecting durability. The experimental part focuses on the redevelopment of ETICS and verification using colloidal silica for modification of construction materials, which are part of the ETICS.

This thesis deals with the dam of the Šeberák pond. This water reservoir is included in III. category of historical water works. The dam is currently showing minor defects, but could be seriously damaged by extraordinary circumstances. The aim of this thesis is to accomplish an engineering geological survey of the dam, to assess its competence and recommend remediation measures. For the purpose of the survey, core boreholes and dynamic penetration tests were performed. Soil samples were taken from the drilling cores for laboratory soil tests. Geomorphological, geological and hydrogeological conditions were described, one longitudinal geological section of the dam and four cross-sections were constructed. Based on evaluated field works and obtained data from the pond manager, the engineering geological conditions of the dam body were described. The most serious concern is the intensity of water seep throught the dam in flood situations. Solution options have been recommended for each part and problem of the dam.

The thesis aimed to examine the problem of excessive moisture in existing buildings and to design a suitable construction and technological procedure including the analysis of particular options and their economic analysis. For this purpose I chose a particular family house with excessive moisture. I elaborated basic characteristics of the building, where I described the age of all parts affected by moisture. Next I described used material, that was incorporated into the ground plan of the house. To make a complex view I described the surroundings of the building as well. Apart from that I worked out a basic reconnaissance of the bedrock, which included the analysis of radon threat analysis. Furthermore, I described the moisutre manifestations in the building and their possible causes. Based on this analysis I suggested a construction and technological procedures consisting of two solution options, which were in detail described and incorporated into the ground plan of the building. I calculated the costs of both solutions and finally the most suitable solution was chosen with a corresponding proper explanation.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis aims to summarize the basic information about rehabilitation of a family as a relatively new phenomena in Czech social work with families. Firstly I describe according to a disposable literature functions of a family, its importance to a child as well as the most common problems a family can face. Than I place rehabilitation of a family as an approach into the Czech system of care of vulnerable children and describe disadvantages of the current system. Lastly I decribe the characteristics of rehabilitation of a family as a multidisciplinary approach to family social work. The empirical part of this thesis is based on semi-structured interwievs with profesionals in the field of rehabilitation of a family as well as clients of family rehabilitation services. It aims to find out how can we use educational activities when working with families in danger of social failure. The diploma thesis engages in rehabilitation of families with inexperienced mothers, who are immature to handle the role of mother. Thesis is divided into six chapters, where five chapters are theoretical and one is practical. Theoretical part is focused on the term inexperienced mother in raising a child, family rehabilitation, types of threats for child, communication techniques used in rehabilitation of families and options of assistance. Practical part is based on findings from theoretical part and is accomplished in form of qualitative research, using the method of interviews with social workers from OSPOD. In this part the main research question and two minor research questions are formulated. Research is then analyzed a displayed in graphs. Next comes summary of results, discussion and conclusion. The work was focused on the current state of the object with high humidity from the ground in presence of fungi. The aim was to consider possible ways to restoration of it and to elaborate the final version of the restoration proposal. The semi-destructive methods in the construction survey were used. A humidity of endangered construction elements was measured, the degree of infestation and its intensity were determined. Results were entered into drawings supplemented by tables. Probable cause of damage and possible ways to eliminate it were in results also recorded. Such a combination of options to ensure the long-term solution to the problem with regard to maintaining the authentic appearance of the building by creating benchmarks and comparison of the results was chosen. This combination includes a drainage system, an insulation of lower structure against moisture and creating a vertical drainage, ensuring the floor and the interior ventilation with the help of horizontal openings in the foundation wall, roof structure repair, replacement of the roofing and ensuring stiffness of the truss. The results of this work provides the necessary documents to the contracting authority to take the necessary steps in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of timber structures, respectively, to award a professional company. It can also be applied to objects of a similar nature that are also threatened by high incidence of moisture from the lower building.

The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate current situation and propose renovation of the wooden roof structure of the baroque Dominican church of the Holy Cross in Znojmo. Disrepair historic truss structure over the church is the main impetus for the creation of technical documentation. Truss structure assessment was based on sensory and instrumental methods. The technical documentation of the existing structures (including drawings) was created in the first part. In the next phase, the research evaluates damage of the timber parts of construction and determination of their causes.In the third stage, redevelopment arrangements of damaged parts of the construction are proposed. This proposal will serve as a basis for their restoration.A large part of the work consists of drawings, supplemented with a 3D model of the truss structure.

The subject of this thesis was to make a constructive-technical research on timbers of St. Francis Seraph church in Lipník nad Bečvou. This church is registered into national list of sights as a sight number 29870/8-485. It is a Gothic-Renaissance building dating from 1590-1593. The roof above the cancel and nave consists of free floors dollar beams, queen post and truss frames. The aim was to reveal biotic damage to individual elements of timbers and to determine the extent of the damage. The evaluation of timbers was based on sensory and devices research. The roof was attacked mostly house longhorn beetle, rotting, especially in places where there was high humidity. The damage was caused mainly on wall beams and camping piece of tie beams. Based on achieved results we suggested remedial measures which are intended to preserve the built of wood, which is in a satisfactory condition. This thesis also deals with dendrochronological dating where we tried to determine the age of construction by dendrochronological analysis. The roof above the nave and chancel was dated to the period 1769-1771. Thesis is completed with anatomical determination of forest species which were used in individual parts of timbers. The results provide information for planned reconstruction of monument considering its current constructive - technical condition.
