Vyhodnocení heterogenity výnosu plodin a ověření senzorového systému pro variabilní aplikaci hnojiv

Mezera, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
In the theoretical part of this thesis there is summarized basic knowledge about precision agriculture, soil condition monitoring, mapping yield and state of vegetation. The practical part deals with evaluation of yield heterogeneity, creating yield maps, and verification of Isaria online sensor system for variable application of nitrogen fertilizers. The methodology of the work was based on the collection of data from the Isaria sensor system and the yield data from combine harvesters on the land of Zdounky center of SALIX MORAVA a.s. during 2016. The available documents were processed using tools in geographic information systems and then statistically compared to each other, including the underlying maps of the yield potential and satellite data of remote sensing. The significance of dependencies of the above mentioned factors was evaluated by correlation analysis and linear regression. The results show that the varying degrees of dependence were found between variables.

Efekt sulfidu sodného na vlastnosti modelových hemových senzorových proteinů s globinovou strukturou senzorové domény / Effect of sodium sulfide on the propreties of model globine-coupled heme-containing sensor proteins

Bartošová, Martina January 2014 (has links)
Hydrogen sulfide mediates various physiological functions and along with carbon monoxide and nitric oxide it is an important gaseous signaling molecule. Cellular targets for H2S are proteins, enzymes, transcriptional factors or ion channels. In many cases, the effect of H2S on the regulatory protein is mediated by modifications of its cystein residues. In hemeproteins, the regulation of catalytic activity is induced by formation of the Fe(III)-SH complex or by reduction of the heme iron with subsequent formation of Fe(II)-O2 complex. The effect of Na2S on model sensor heme-containing proteins is presented in this thesis. Protein, isolated from bacterium Anaeromyxobacter sp. strain FW109-5, containing a globine coupled sensor domain and a histidine kinase domain is one of the studied proteins, the second one is protein isolated from bacterium Escherichie coli, containing a globine coupled sensor domain and a diguanylate cyclase domain. The effect of Na2S on both model proteins and their mutants was studied by UV-Vis spectral analysis. Spectra of YddV-HD Y43A were very unique, because thery confirmed formation of a homogenous complex Fe(III)-SH in this protein, whereas only mixtures of varous heme complexes were detected in other tested proteins. Additionally the effect of Na2S on functional domain...

Porovnání vlastností transkripčního faktoru "Bach1" v jeho apoformě a holoformě / Comparison of apo- and holoforms of the transcription factor "Bach1"

Vávra, Jakub January 2019 (has links)
Hemoproteins represent very important components of many living organisms. Participation in the processes of oxygen transport and storage, electron transport or enzymatic catalysis of reactions involving oxygen or hydrogen peroxide are commonly known functions of hemoproteins. Recently, there has been discovered a new group of hemoproteins. The main feature of this new group of proteins is their ability to detect changes in heme concentration (heme-responsive proteins) or changes in diatomic gas concentration (gas-responsive heme-containing sensor proteins) in their vicinity. Detection of these concentration changes generates signals that induce structural changes of the respective sensor proteins. Finally, the structural changes of the respective sensor proteins affect their functions or activities. The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation and characterization of the eukaryotic heme sensor Bach1. We especially focused on the ability of Bach1 to bind heme molecules and on the comparison of various Bach1 properties in its apoform and holoform. Determination of the exact amount of heme molecules that specifically interact with heme sensor Bach1 represents very important part of this thesis. We also studied the effect of different redox states of heme iron and the presence of interaction...

Senzorová síť WirelessHART / WirelessHART sensor node

Řežucha, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
The master’s thesis is focused on building WirelessHART node demo and on a description of WirelessHART standard, which is used in wireless sensor networks. Out of the comprehensive WirelessHART specifications firstly, the two lowest layers of OSI networking model are described: physical and data link layer. Secondly, burst mode and device variables are described to provide necessary information for data publishing in the network. The mote is assembled according to hardware and software requirements of WirelessHART demo system. The node is complemented by its firmware and PC application demonstrating its features in a user-friendly manner.

Elektrochemické senzorové pole / Electrochemical sensor array

Šulc, Jakub January 2009 (has links)
In recent years (Of late year)microelectronic technology significantly affected in the field of sensor technology, especially in the field of electrochemical sensors. This thesis deals with design and construction of thick-film voltammetric sensors array. The reason for proposal of voltammetric sensors array is to increase of speed, increase the accuracy and extension possibilities measurement compared with common systems.By reason of increase of sensitivity of these sensors it is efficient use the potentiostat chip for measurement output signal. Created sensors must fulfill the specified parameters and also requirements of thick-film technology. Next step is design the basic blocks of electronic circuit used to evaluate the measured values.

Hromadná komunikace v bezdrátových senzorových sítích / Multicast Communication in Wireless Sensor Networks

Valouch, Jaromír January 2009 (has links)
This master’s thesis describes energy consumption in wireless sensor networks. It is focused on energy consumption during communication and it provides rules to save energy during this operation. There are terms like wireless sensor networks, multicast, ad-hoc networks, routing protocols, multicast routing protocols, IGMP protocol, AODV routing protocol, MAODV routing protocol explained in this thesis. The main difference between multicast and unicast communication is analyzed as well. In the end of this thesis there are results of simulation small wireless sensor network from network simulator2. The simulations were focused on energy consumption during communication. The length of packet was changed during communication between two nodes in this simulation. In wireless sensors network nodes play a dual role as both data sender and data router therefore there were made research into energy consumption senders, routers, receivers in wireless sensor network during communication.

Pekárek, Jan January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis describes localization of communications nodes in the Wireless Sensor Networks. This thesis contains basic algorithms for localization sensor's nodes as are Map-Growing and ABC (Assumption Based Coordinates). Then is chosen acceptable algorithm for simulation on random sensor networks. For research these problems is used software MATLAB. For a given the university's environment are researched appropriate algorithms with possible optimalization algorithms. The result of diploma thesis is a localization algorithm with initial multilateration system and this system is located in the center sensor's network. As algorithm IMap4-Growing (Improved Map4-Growing) with optimization, which uses optimization distance between sensors and radio range. In the diploma thesis is simulated optimalization algorithm Mass-Spring.
