Lokalizační služby ve webových aplikacích / Localization Services for Web Applications

Kočan, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis was to develop an application that would visualize the position of sensors placed indoors. Since the sensors are located in the buildings, geographical maps are not used as basis, but the user has the option to upload his own background in the form of floor plans of rooms, floors, buildings,... For this purpose, application has tools for uploading, managing and editing such plans. The paper also describes how to use the application to monitor the current and past positions of these sensors. Support for these features is provided by several server components consisting of a REST server, WebSocket server, Upload servers and other services. Their design, description, and implementation is also part of this document. In addition, the work describes RTLS (Real-time locating system) technology, architecture, client application and data security.

Technologie senzorových sítí / Technology of Sensor Networks

Koval, Miroslav Unknown Date (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with sensor networking technology, namely about ZigBee. This work consists of two parts - teoretical and practical. The teoretical part is created by some chapters which describe protocols and standards which compose a bases to ZigBee technology. Some parts of this chapter compare ZigBee network with the other wireless solutions and deals with their features. Practical parts is based on properties of available ZigBee devices and summarize communication among sensor network nodes,  own ZigBee application, application gateway design and its implementation for ZigBee network monitoring and control from Internet. The last chapter is devoted to discusion about problems and their solutions alternatively  about suggestions of next study and improvement this project.

Votava, Martin January 2010 (has links)
Work is focused on wireless sensor networks. The main theme is the mobility and localization in these networks. This work describes different methods and capabilities of mobile and localization schemes. This work describes a new localization protocol for wireless sensor networks. Finally, there is included a new protocol in the simulation at Network Simulator 2 and evaluate the results obtained.

Detekce hraničních uzlů v bezdrátových senzorových sítích / Boundary Nodes Detection in Wireless Sensor Networks

Bocek, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Theoretical part of thesis describes several known algorithms and new approaches for the bourder node detection in a wireless sensor networks. The new algorithm BRB was inspired by failures of previous algorithms and its major supporting idea is select several neighboring points (B, C). Approach algorithm BRB is a decentralized detection of nodes located at the perimeter. The practical part compares several algorithm with the new BRB algorithm. Quantity of successful and false detection of boundary nodes was evaluated in ideal and real environment. The simulation results shown, that the proposed algorithm is effective solution for accurate border node detection in wireless sensor networks.

Návrh systému pro vzdálený upgrade firmwaru pro uzly bezdrátové senzorové sítě / Over the Air Firmware Upgrade for Wireless Sensor Networks

Minár, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis is dedicated to one of the problems in wireless sensor networks – over the air upgrade (OTAU) of nodes. The requirements for upgrade and possible ways how to transfer new firmware image to nodes are stated in the first chapter. The second chapter is focused on solving the problem of firmware dissemination to whole network based on analysis of known protocols. The practical part of this thesis deals with OTAU design and implementation in Lightweight Mesh software stack from Atmel. Proposed system was tested on deRFnode platform with plugged in deRFmega128 module. The upgrade process of designed system is evaluated on test network in last part. Practical test results are compared with OTAU solution for BitCloud.

Lokalizace v bezdrátových sítích s omezenými energetickými zdroji / Localization in Wireless Energy-Constrained Networks

Morávek, Patrik January 2012 (has links)

Bezdrátové senzorové sítě s využitím mobilních zařízení / Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Mobile Devices

Dorazil, Jan January 2013 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with the idea of using mobile devices as sensor nodes in wireless sensor network. Focused mostly on Android platform, we explore possibilities of wireless communication, and describe various types of sensors on mobile devices. We design and implement wireless sensor network based on mobile devices running Android operating system. The network performs real-time capturing of data from all sensors available and optionally from GPS. All measurements are visualized at the base station, which is Java Standard Edition desktop application. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or even cellular internet can be used for communication within the network. Nodes can be remotely configured via SMS messages.

Kürti, Szabolcs January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this work is to design and implement a graphic development environment of agent language ALLL. Language ALLL going to be described in details, such as the ANTLR framework for generating language recognition tools. Theoretical basis of multi-agent systems, together with the features of the selected platform, will be discussed as well. Description of the implementation is followed by the presentation of testing. Closure deals with the discussion of the achieved results.

Studium struktury a funkce modelových hemových proteinů / Structure and function relationships of model hemoproteins

Lengálová, Alžběta January 2020 (has links)
Heme is one of the most important and most studied cofactors that are essential for proper function of many proteins. Heme-containing proteins comprise of a large group of biologically important molecules that are involved in many physiological processes. The presented dissertation is focused on two groups of heme sensor proteins, namely prokaryotic heme-based gas sensors and eukaryotic heme-responsive sensors. Heme-based gas sensors play an important role in regulation of many bacterial processes and consist usually of two domains, a sensor domain and a functional domain. The dissertation thesis aims at the study of two model bacterial heme-based gas sensors, histidine kinase AfGcHK and diguanylate cyclase YddV, in order to elucidate their mechanism of interdomain signal transduction. Using X-ray crystallography and hydrogen-deuterium exchange coupled to mass spectrometry approaches, significant differences in the structure of the AfGcHK protein between the active and inactive forms were described. The signal detection by the AfGcHK sensor domain affects the structural properties of the protein, and these conformational changes then have indirect impact on the enzyme activity of the functional domain. Further, the dissertation pays more attention to the effect of a sensor domain dimerization...
