I föreliggande arbete avhandlas upplevelser och hälsosituationer efter utsatthet av fysiskt, psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld som barn i ett långtidsperspektiv, d.v.s. hur sådan utsatthet kan upplevas i vuxen ålder. Syftet är att undersöka vilka hälsosituationer vuxna kan uppleva som en följd av utsatthet som barn. Idag uppmärksammas barns utsatthet i större grad än någonsin tidigare i den offentliga debatten, men det finns en avsaknad av underlag för hur denna typ av utsatthet kan relateras till upplevelser av eventuell ohälsa som vuxen. I urvalsförfarandet skickades frågan om tänkbara intervjupersoner till Sveriges alla landsting och kommuner. Denna undersökning har en allmän kvalitativ ansats samt en fenomenologisk analysmodell. Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med fem vuxna som hade varit utsatta för fysiskt, psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld i barndomen. Dessutom intervjuades en vårdgivare som i arbetet mött personer som erfarit denna typ av utsatthet. Resultatet visar att upplevelsen av hälsosituationen i vuxen ålder kunde se olika ut efter utsatthet av fysiskt, psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld. Det framkom att tidigare utsatthet hade en stor inverkan gällande upplevelse av försämrad fysisk och psykisk hälsa som vuxen. Resultatet visar även på olika utformade strategier i hantering av tidigare utsatthet av fysiskt, psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld vilket kan relateras till två olika coping strategier. Förhoppningen är att denna uppsats ska bidra till en ökad uppmärksamhet gällande att barns utsatthet av fysiskt, psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld kan leva vidare i ett mer långtidsperspektiv där det påverkar barnet även i vuxen ålder.   Slutsatserna i denna studie är att utsattheten för fysiskt- psykiskt och/eller sexuellt våld i barn- och ungdomsåren kan ha en inverkan på upplevd hälsa i vuxen ålder. Vidare är slutsatserna att individer kan utveckla olika coping strategier för att kunna hantera sådan utsatthet. / In the present work, experiences and health situations are discussed after exposure to physical, mental and / or sexual violence as a child in a long-term perspective, i.e. how such vulnerability can be experienced in adulthood. The purpose is to investigate which health situations adults can experience as a result of vulnerability as a child. Today, children's exposure to a greater degree than ever before in the public debate, but there is a lack of evidence for how this type of vulnerability can be related to experiences of possible ill health as an adult. In the selection process, the question of possible interviewees was sent to Sweden's all county councils and municipalities.   This study has a general qualitative approach and a phenomenological analysis model. Qualitative interviews were conducted with five adults who had been exposed to physical, mental and / or sexual violence in childhood. In addition, a caregiver was interviewed who met people who experienced this type of vulnerability at work.   The result shows that the experience of the health situation in adulthood could look different after exposure of physical, mental and / or sexual violence. However, earlier vulnerability had a large impact on experience of impaired physical and mental health as an adult. The result also show on various designed strategies in the management of the earlier exposure to physical, mental and / or sexual violence, which can be related to two different types of coping strategies. It is hoped that this thesis will contribute to increased attention regarding the fact that children's exposure to physical, mental and / or sexual violence can live on in a longer-term perspective where it affects the child even in adulthood.   The conclusions of this study are that the exposure to physical-psychological and / or sexual violence in childhood and adolescence may have an impact on perceived health in adulthood. Furthermore, the conclusions are that individuals can develop different coping strategies to be able to handle such vulnerability.

Denna kvalitativa flerfallsstudie syftar till att skapa en fördjupad förståelse av digitalt socialt arbete. Vi vill undersöka det digitala kunskapshöjande arbetet och det digitala stödet så som det beskrivs på stödorganisationerna Bris, ECPAT och Storasyster hemsidor, avseende barns sexuella utsatthet på internet. Studiens material analyseras med hjälp av tematisk analys .Resultatet presenteras genom två centrala teman, digital informationsspridning och digitala praktiska åtgärder med tillhörande fem subteman. I diskussionen diskuteras stödorganisationernas digitala arbete utifrån teorin om nätverks- och informationssamhälle. Slutsatsen visar att stödorganisationernas informationsspridning på deras hemsidor görs i nätverkssamhället där individer kopplas samman via nätverk. Storasysters “onlinesyster” och“onlinebror” är mer lik massamhällets uppbyggnad med starkare kontakter, medan ECPATs“ snabbhjälpen” och Bris “brisboten” är mer lik nätverkssamhällets ideal med minimal kontakt. Uppsatsen har skapat en fördjupad förståelse av variationer av digital informationsspridning samt av digitalt stöd. / This qualitative multi-case study aims to create an in-depth understanding of digital socialwork. We want to examinate the digital knowledge-raising work and digital support as described on the support organizations Bris, ECPAT and Storasyster websites, regarding children's sexual vulnerability on the internet. The material of the study consists of supportorganizations’ websites and digitally published texts that are analyzed using thematic analysis. The discussion highlights the support organizations’ digital work with the theory ofnetwork and information society. The conclusion shows that the support organizations’ dissemination of information on their websites is done in the network society where individuals are connected via networks. “Onlinesyster" are more similar to the mass society with stronger contacts, while "snabbhjälpen" and "brisboten" are more similar to the ideal ofthe network society with minimal contact. The thesis has created an in-depth understanding of variations in digital information dissemination as well as digital support.
