Čáslav: Bytový dům pro tři rodiny

This thesis is aimed at the design of the technical materials for potential realization of a wooden apartment building in Nový Čeplov 1, Čáslav, plot no. 1744/26. The main part of the thesis deals with the design of project documentation of the 3 storey apartment building with the pent roof. The thesis contains three variants of the design with various characteristics. The technical documentation is elaborated for the most convenient variant of the design. The technical documentation is completed by the thermal transmittance calculation of the building peripheral walls. The conclusion of the thesis consists of the overview and the evaluation of specified issues. The technical documentation, the utility infrastructure design and the static analysis of the building are enclosed in the attachment.

Návrh stavby pro cestovní ruch a stravování

The subject of the thesis is to create a design of a boarding house from a wooden skeleton structure. The building is covered with a flat roof. The non-cellared guest house is situated on a common plot. The building has three floors. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen on the left and a social background for guests and employees in the right part. The second floor is dedicated to eight guest rooms, two of which are for disabled guests, the total capacity is 14 guests. The last floor is designed as an administrator's apartment. The output of this work is drawing documentation and basic technical calculations, especially static calculation of skeletal structure and fire safety solution. The heat transfer coefficient of the structures is calculated for the envelope structure. Finally, the approximate price of the building is determined. Formula clause:Prohlašuji, že jsem práci: „Návrh stavby pro cestovní ruch a stravování“ vypracoval samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Souhlasím, aby moje práce byla zveřejněna v souladu s § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně a doplnění dalších zákonů (zákon o vysokých školách), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a v souladu s platnou Směrnicí o zveřejňování závěrečných prací. Prohlašuji, že tištěná podoba závěrečné práce a elektronická podoba závěrečné práce zveřejněná v aplikaci Závěrečné práce v Univerzitním informačním systému je identická. Jsem si vědom, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.

The thesis is elaborated by calls for use of the old complex area called Perla 01 in the center of Ústí nad Orlicí. Among to the planned investment projects of town is building a new gallery. The work is focuses on the choice of suitable location in the area. Also architectural appearance and justify the choice of main construction materials. For the purposes of civic amenities building is designed for and other facilities necessary for gallery operation. For final design of gallery is as an implementation tool project documentation and visualization of the building. The pivotal part consists structural analysis of the skeleton structure and suitable design all supporting elements. Work includes price valuation assessment and calculation thermal coefficients of building envelope construction.

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the use, working process and application of natural materials in family house construction, as well as their impact on the health aspects of building users. The thesis defines the environmental footprint of each particular material. The practical part of the thesis is primary focused on the building design which combines different structural systems from solid wood. The visual concept of the construction in particular was designed with the emphasis and respect to the surrounding countryside which belongs to Protected Landscape Area and is liable to special requirements. Requirements for permanent residence under the applicable legislation in the Czech Republic were respected with a maximum effort to use natural materials in the construction itself.

The intention of this thesis is to design and develop the necessary technical documentation for a wooden restaurant with occasional music production. The restaurant is divided into a smoking section and a non-smoking section, in which there would be the room for the occasional musical production. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Kopřivnice on a gentle slope and is partially embedded in it. The underground part of the building is made up of a suitable masonry material. The skeleton of BSH prisms forms the bearing structure of super terrestrial part of the restaurant. The peripheral shell of the building is non-bearing. The majority of it will be glassed with isolating triple-glass and in addition with diffusely closed wall construction system. The building is provided with the flat vegetation roof. Design of timber structures of mountain hotel is performed. The building is slab-on-ground, three – storeyed, plan size axially 36×15 m. Total build up area is about 567 m2. It’s constructionally timber skeleton structure of modern construction that consist of supporting members and joists in several meter grid. Wall and floor frames, that provide object stability, consist of components of elementary frame structure. The roof of building is designed as plate girder in modul grid with lengthwise purlin.

Subject of my thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for building permit municipal library land parcel. no. 885/1,. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the town dissertation received. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and because it is designed to fit into the local structure. Further emphasis on ensuring the structure after the static, architectural, energy saving and safety in use of the building. The building has four floors with a flat roof on three levels. It is a monolithic skeletal structure. Layout 1st floor is composed of hall with information, bookstore and multi-purpose hall. In the 2nd floor there is a borrowing of books for children and youth with stationery (copycentrum). In the 3rd floor is located also borrowing books, but this time for adults. 4th floor consists of the administration of the library. Each floor has restrooms for visitors and staff, storage and archives. The entire building is designed as a barrier.

The diploma thesis deals with project design documentation of House of Furniture in Trenčín. The object is designed as a two floor buildings with basement below grand level. Object´s ground plan is rectangular shaped. First floor contains a lobby and open store space. Second floor is meant predominantly for an administrative purposes. Underground garage is designed in basement. Construction system is monolithic skeletal structure with transverse dies and stiffening core. In the middle of object is designed open atrium with vegetation surface. Atrium goes through both of above- ground floors. Object is covered by a flat roof.

Mateřská škola Solivar / Kindergarten Solivar

The goal of this diploma thesis is a design study and project documentation for a new-building of a kindergarten in a city of Prešov (city part Solivar), Slovakia. The kindergarten will be a institution for pre-school education for children from 3 to 6 years old. The projects of the kindergarten building consist of one classroom for children within the age from 3-4, one classroom, for children within the age from 4-5 and third classroom for children from 5-6 years old. The designed object also contains janitor’s room and closet, laundry room, director’s office and a community room for cultural happenings held by kindergarten. Parking spaces are designed outside, in front of the building next to the main entrance. The playground is placed on the south-west side. The building of a kindergarten is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton structure with longitudinal beams. The circumferential walls will be made of ceramic bricks with a contact thermal insulation ETICS system. Ceilings are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. Over the 2nd floor, there will be a saddle roof and the roof over the first floor will be flat, with a gravel layer. Foundings of the building are designed as a concrete strips which expand to pads under columns.

New university dormitory in Trnava with five stories is based on the flat land. The first floor is the technical part of the building, space for a temporary accommodation and a separate sales area. Part of the second floor consists of offices for administration, the second part of the floor, as well as the other three stories are designed as a unit system for student accommodation. Total bed capacity is designed for 134 students. The bearing structure of the building is reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with infill perimeter walls of ceramic bricks. The flat roof of the building is not walkable.
