The thesis deals with design of new administrative building, which supposed to serve as headquarters of midsize company with approximately 100 employees. Concept of the building with two overground floors and basement would meet requirements of growing corporate structure, company representation and modern working environment. Rectangular shape of the building allows future dispositional reconstruction and modernization. This layout allows to simplify solution of technical equipment. On the first floor of 870 square meters is facility for employees and clients located including technical background of the building as well. The underground floor is designed as storage, technical background and civil protection shelter. On the second floor are employees and management´s space located. The structural system of the building is composed of reinforced concrete skeletal structure casted in situ. Cladding of the underground section is designed as monolithic concrete walls. Upper part cladding is designed as ceramic masonry walls. The building facade is a combination of smooth aluminium panels, aluminium windows and glass facade with transparent and opaque parts. The main carousel entry is located in the glass facade part.

The theme of the diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of two designed buildings of the Primary School. Building plot for the planned new building is located near the existing nursery school near the center of Vracov. The campus is designed to provide basic education in a total of 18 classes with a proposed total capacity of 540 pupils. The complex consists of 4 main buildings that functionally divide individual operations. These are designed as free-standing, SO01 and SO04 objects will be two-storey, without basement. SO02 and SO03 objects as four-storey without basement. The construction system is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with filling masonry from ceramic blocks to thin-walled masonry mortar. The ceiling construction consists of pre-stressed ceiling panels SPIROLL in combination with reinforced concrete. The staircases connecting the floors are designed in reinforced concrete. Vertical communication between floors will also be made possible by barrier-free passenger lifts. The roof cladding consists of a single-shell construction with thermal insulation made of EPS, the covering will be made of PVC foil weighted with a layer of peacock. The building will be insulated with a façade thermal insulation system with a ventilated gap and external surface treatment of HPL façade cladding panels. Paved pedestrian roads will be made of concrete interlocking pavement. The road for vehicle traffic will be with an asphalt surface. Parking spaces are designed from drainage concrete pavement. The project documentation was processed in ArchiCAD.

The subject of this thesis is elaboration of design documentation in the stage of documentation for the construction of mixed-use building in Karviná. It is a new building which is functionally and despositionally divided into commercial part, residential part and garage part. This mixed-use building disposes with four above-ground floors and one basement. On the first floor there is a commercial part, and the next three floors are intended for living. The basement is reserved for parking. The building is designed as a combination of frame and wall system and it is based on foundation pads and strips. The roof is designed flat and green.

Master´s thesis describes foundation of reinforced concrete framed building and preliminary design of upper construction. Calculation of internal forces was performed by computer program SCIA Engineer like 3D model. This substructure is designed as water resistant construction that is supported by deep foundations.

This Diploma Thesis addresses the new building of the municipal library. Building has two floors and one basement. Operation of library is divided into public and private part. In the basement there are technical facilities, storage space and archive of books. In the first floor is space for the readers and coffee bar. In the second floor is study room, conference room and offices to ensure the operation of the library. All floors are equipped with sanitary facilities and room for staff. The building is covered with flat ply roof.

The focus of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a construction. The construction is a department store with eight residential units - a multifunctional building. The proposed building has five floors, a basement with cellars for each apartment, parking spaces for visitors of the department store, and independent mechanical parking system for residents of the building. The first floor is comprised of technical room, bicycle shed, and also a pharmacy, bakery, and florist with separate entrances. The second floor serves as a cafe with a terrace and sanitary facilities. There is also a drugstore and a clothing store. The other three floors are used for accommodation, comprising of eight apartments in total. The fifth floor consists of one apartment and a terrace for all residents. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeletal structure with a monolithic ceiling and stair slabs. Ceramic blocks are used as infill masonry as well as internal masonry. The roof is designed as flat walkable with concrete paving or as non-walkable with gravel, which is graded according to the floor.

This thesis deals with the design of a primary school for the 1st degree in Kromeriz. This is a set of 3 buildings. Object A is partially cellared, with 2nd floor above ground floor. In this building there is a boiler room with air conditioning, changing rooms, offices for school management and a dining room. Building B is an unsym basement 3rd floor building, which serves for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the elementary school. Object C is unsymed, single-storey. It is a gym, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This thesis solves object B, which is used for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the primary school. The building is of irregular rectangular shape and is designed as a three-storey, unsymed. The structure consists of a skeleac structure. Linings of perimeter masonry made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 Profi, based on concrete feet. The inner supporting masonry is made up of porotherm 25 AKU blocks. The inner non-supporting masonry is designed from POROTHERM 14 Profi blocks and POROTHERM 8 blocks. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact system. The horizontal supporting structure of the ceiling is solved by a cross reinforced ŽB plate. The staircases are ŽB monolithic. Roof structures are made up of flat roofs.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the village Rokytnice nad Jizernou. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive touristic and skiing area of mountain range Krkonoše. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, kitchen and administrative facilities of hotel. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and room for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, technical facilities and garage compound. Construction of building is made of the reinforced concrete monolithic transverse frames with beam filling of ceramic block.

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. The objective of this diploma thesis is the processing of the construction technology design as a part of the preparation and implementation of the fire station in Jaroměř. It is a new construction of the main building, which is supplemented by other objects and engineering buildings. The thesis deals with complex design of the implementation of the construction and then focuses in more detail on the installation of the supporting frame structure, which consists of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The whole project also includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, solutions for transport routes for construction supply, construction site design, machine set design, technological regulations with assembly diagrams, control and test plan, time plans and balance of resource needs, itemized budget and occupational safety and health plan. The diploma thesis is supplemented by a specialized part dealing with the reconstruction of the area road with a bituminous cover and the implementation of other paved areas within the area of the fire station.
