Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením organizační složky podniku zahraniční osoby v právním systému České republiky jako jedním ze způsobů podnikání zahraničních subjektů v České republice. První část práce se věnuje uznávání zahraničních osob jako subjektu práva. Druhá část se zabývá podnikáním zahraničních osob obecně. Třetí část se věnuje právnímu postavení oraganizační složky podniku v jeho základních charekteristikách. Část čtvrtá se zabývá zřízením organizační složky podniku. V páté části jsou rozebrány označení, sídlo a postavení vedoucího organizační složky. Šestá část je věnována zrušení organizační složky podniku. V sedmé části je srovnání české právnické osoby a organizační složku podniku v určitých znacích.Osmá část obsahuje zhodnocení významu organizační složky podniku.

The aim of this thesis is the work out of the economic analysis of the management of the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic during years 2011-2015, as a government department and departmental organization of Ministry of the Environment. Furthermore, it was needed to find suitable methods to evaluate the effectiveness of state management of the non-profit organizations. First of all, available literature sources were searched. In the practical part the financial analysis method of the municipal organisation was applied. Analysis part-indicators got into the creditworthiness assessment models of the selected organization. The last part of the thesis contains recommendations, which should increase effectiveness of management.

Tato práce se věnuje činnosti organizačních složek zahraničních právnických osob na území České republiky. První část práce je věnována definici základních pojmů a postavení org. složky v právním řádu České republiky. V další části jsou zmíněny povinnosti, kterým musí organizační složka dostát, pokud chce na území ČR zahájit svoji ekonomickou činnost. Třetí kapitola je věnována účetním a daňovým otázkám v činnosti organizačních složek zahraničních právnických osob. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje krátké shrnutí úkonů, které musí organizační složka podstoupit v případě, že dojde k ukončení její činnosti v tuzemsku.

THE ABSTRACT Topic: Problems of activity of foreign foundations and endowment funds in Czech Republic. This thesis is primary aimed to clarify problems regarding to activity of foreign foundation and endowment funds in Czech Republic. The purpose of this work is to explain related problems and provide possible solutions for such issues. In the early chapters, the author familiarizes readers with history of foundations and endowment funds in Czech Republic and explains the terminology and meaning of foundations and endowment funds as a legal person. Secondly, the author analyses legal situation in Czech law and presents various options for activity of foreign foundations and endowment funds in Czech Republic. Furthermore, the author deals with the description of the solution consisting in the establishment of branch in Czech Republic. This part of the thesis is the largest content because the author provides possible solutions for various problems arising from establishing of branch. The thesis also describes foreign legislation relating to foundations and endowment funds. And finally, the author states possible changes in Czech law, which will lead to the better foundation's legislation in Czech Republic and attaches drafts of documents usable for the thesis topic.

This diploma thesis deals with economical analysis the Administration of National Park Podyjí as governmental organization established by the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. The part of analysis is comparison with other national park which represents the Administration of the National Park České Švýcarsko, as a governmental department. Economic analysis of investigated subjects was focused on financial statement (statement of profits and losses) and selected economic indicators. The analysis was running in years 2008 -- 2012. In the diploma thesis were used basic characteristics of the time series (simple arithmetic mean, mean absolute increase, the growth rate and the average growth rate). The goal of the diploma thesis is evaluate and compare selected economic indicators of national parks.

The thesis is focused on the issue of composting. It is based on the requirements of the legislation to reduce the amount of biodegradable municipal waste, that is disposed of in landfills and composting support. The thesis describes the composting process, the possibility of composting facilities, the oversize folders of compost and evaluation of the current technologies, which are used for composting. The second part primarily deals with the drafting of the method of separation of wood from the oversize fraction of compost. There are described two proposals -- the wet and dry method of separation of wood. Both methods are subsequently evaluated with considering to a composting facility and the quantity of processed waste.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the harmony of the visual and verbal component in childrens' books. In the theoretical part, fundamental definitions of the underlying terms (visual component, ilustrator, verbal component in its written context, writer) with respect to scientific literature are given. Further, carefully selected opinions of experts on childrens' literature are delved into and supplmeneted with author's comments. The popularization of books for children is to be credited not only to experts from the specified field, but also to individuals who promote them to the general public by recognition awards. A detailed overview of authors of the past 70 years, i.e. from the turn of the first and second half of the 20th century up until today, is presented. The harmony of both, the visual and verbal component present in their works is further enquired. Selected books are introduced and classified in terms of the connection of their text and artistic components. The practical part of this thesis introduces the aggregate of conclusions drawn from teaching four lessons on the subject of literary education and an additional lesson on art education. Title: The source process of Greek earthquakes Author: Dana K ížová Department: Department of Geophysics Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: Prof. RNDr. Ji í Zahradník DrSc., Department of Geophysics Abstract: Investigations of moment tensor (MT) and its uncertainty are topical. This thesis is focused on isotropic component of three shallow earthquakes: Event A in Cretan Sea (Mw 5.3) and two events near Santorini island, B (Mw 4.9) and C (Mw 4.7). MT is inverted from full waveforms in an assumed 1D velocity model. The inverse problem is non-linear in centroid depth and time, and linear in six MT parameters, one is the MT-trace. Uncertainty of isotropic component is studied by a new approach (K ížová et al., 2013). The trace is systematically varied, and remaining parameters are optimized. The method reveals tradeoffs between the isotropic component, depth, time, and focal mechanism. From two existing velocity models, we prefer the one with lower condition number, in which a (positive) isotropic component is indicated for event B. To rapidly assess a likely existence of isotropic component, an empirical method is proposed (K ížová et al., 2016). This thesis assesses accounting treatment used within the specific organizational unit of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. On the basis of expert knowledge and analysis of professional literature and relevant regulations are explained important areas of accounting of organizational branches of government resulting in a comprehensive overview of designated accounting procedures in the selected entity. It clarifies some of the specifics used by this entity arising from its activities. In the conclusion are proposed some remedy actions to address the identified issues.
