In my diploma project I engage in design of fire-fighting car, concrete it's technical type of fire-fighting car, that hit anywhere vhere car accident happened. Konception of this vehical, that is in fact revolutionary, is design like zhe vehical with small technical diferences could by suitable for all rescue organ all over the world ( fire-brigade, ambulance, mauntain rescue, baywath, army and atc.) thanks to exchangeble boxes in the rear part of the vehicle and thanks to take off partition wall, that devide the cabine space and the space of box. Changeble high of the undercart, turning rear axle, changeble wheels for belts, passive safe of the vehicle with hi-tech materials, nanatechnology and with other technical solution make this vehical possible excellent driving quality, that make the rescue more effective and possible where it could't by posiible.

Legal status and economic management of organizational units of municipalities and regions Legal regulation of organisational units of municipalities and regions in the Czech Republic is comparatively succinct; there are not many academic texts that would offer any detailed commentary relating to this topic. In practice, organisational units are often neglected and in fact, no academic texts are even available for the regional level. In my thesis I aim to summarise the key important findings about the organisational units of municipalities and regions. My objective is to create a document that would deal with the functioning of these units from their origination, through financial management to their eventual abolishment. I methodically introduce the necessary sources of law and also aim to draw the attention to the controversial provisions of the relevant statutes. The introductory chapter is historical; subsequently, I define the principal signs of and the issues relating to the origination (the trust deed, etc.) and the abolishment of the units. The following section deals with the workers and the so-called directors. In relation to this, I analyse the acts and responsibilities of organisational units of municipalities and regions. The thesis deals with the accounting of Czech company's branch established in Slovak Republic. The first part is rather theoretical, it shows the branch from a legal point of view and consequently in terms of accounting from the perspective of the founder of the branch itself and from the perspective of the foreign branch. Other chapters are devoted to the practical example of the Czech company's branch established in Slovakia. The branch and its founder are defined in the second chapter of the thesis. The third part deals with the accounting of Slovak branch that means with the various operations carried out during the accounting period from the opening of the accounting books through regular transactions to closing the accounting books. The third chapter also describes how to capture branch in the accounting of its founder. The last part is devoted to correct mistakes, respectively infringement of the Slovak accounting standards, which were found in the accounting of the Slovak branch.

The thesis describes realization effects of the project "Třeboň - rozvoj lázeňské infrastruktury" on the ammount of tax income in the city, especially with focus on the development of the part of tax incomes. These incomes receives the city as a share of tax incomes from self-employed persons (by law of budget determination of taxes No 243/2000 Sb.). According to this law each commune receives 30 % of tax from self-employed subjects, which have place of residence in the territory of this commune. This share of the tax is called as "motivation component" and it should motivate communes to create new business opportunities to increase own incomes. The focus of this thesis is an effect assessment of realization of this project on the size of tax incomes in the city Třeboň. There is the model of fiscal federalism introduced in the theoretical-methodological part. This model is used wide in the whole Czech republic to describe incomes of comunes - especially tax incomes. In the practical part there is a description of the implemented project and its effect on particular targets, for example effect on size of income of local taxes and effeck on growth of employment. The main section of the practical part is the evolution analysis of the "motivation component". This evolution of "motivation component" is compared with the evolution of business subjects, which are registered in the city Třeboň (including the description of the regressive evolution).

This thesis is focused on the topic of financing the organizational division of the state. The topic of this thesis is an analysis and an evaluation of the economy of the Cadastral office for the region of Olomouc in years 2011-2015. The evaluation of the economy is based on a detailed analysis of incomes and expenses in the monitored period. Based on the outcome of this analysis the author will then propose precautions to improve the economy of the Cadastral office for the region of Olomouc. The thesis contains an analysis of collecting the administrative charges depending on the maintnance expenses and a proposal of an optimalization of the height of these charges with respect to the overall effectivity of using the state funds. The first part of the thesis is focused on a research from specialised literature, where there is an explanation of the problems linked with financing the public sector, public funds or the economy of the organizational divisions of the state. In the second, empirical part there are the chracteristics of the author subject of choice and the information gathered is compared with practical application in the chosen subject of the administration, with the goal of proposing an optimalization to improve the economy.

The target of this thesis was to map the methods of acquisition and alienation of the real estate of the state according to the valid legal regulations, i.e. of the Act No. 219/2000 Coll. of the Property of the Czech Republic and its Acting in Legal Relations, as amended in the directive of the Ministry of Finance of CR No. 62/2001 Coll. of the Economic Activity of the Organizational Components of the State and State Organizations with the property of the state as amended including mapping the procedures and methods applied by the organizational component of state ? Regional Directorate of the South-Bohemian Police. As examples the main subjects managing the property of state are stated, moreover the gradual development, history in its acquisition and last but not least also the genesis while performing its registration. In the associated part the possible procedures and methods while acquiring and alienating the real estate of the state in connection to the valid legal regulation is analyzed. In the practical part the thesis deals with the establishment of the organizational component, its acting in the legal relationships as well as with the complete administration of the real estate, particularly in the Regional Directorate of the South-Bohemian Police. There is performed also the analysis of the total procedures and specifics while acquiring and alienating the real estate by this organizational component with focus on individual kinds of transfers especially the sale in the form of the selection procedure.

One important source of coarse particulate matter in urban atmosphere is the resuspended street dust. The aim of this study was to determine the emission potential of street dust samples, to conduct shape and mineralogical analysis of resuspendable fraction and on the bases of the findings carry out a comparison between the different sampling sites. The dust samples were collected in February 2014 in three cities: Ostrava, Prague and Pilsen. For the purpose of this study, nine samples from the selected sites were dispersed in a resuspension chamber. The samples were collected in the center of every city in the following locations: the main square, the tram railway and the curbside. Morphological and elemental analysis was performed using a Scanning Electron Microscope with EDS detector. The presence of mineral components such as quartz, chlorite, calcite, feldspar and kaolinite was observed. In samples from Ostrava were found spherical-shaped particles composed of iron oxides. The samples of Pilsen contained amphibole mineral fibers - actinolite. X-ray Powder Diffraction at high sensitivity showed the presence of amphibole asbestos in the samples from Ostrava and Prague. The Verity in the Aesthetic Appreciation of Nature by A. Carlson and R. W. Hepburn Abstract The thesis being presented deals with the issues of aesthetic appreciation of nature. The aim of the work is to examine the possible meanings of the concept of verity as a feature of the aesthetic appreciation of nature. Firstly, the work analyzes and compare the theories of two recent authors, champions of the cognitive approach in the aesthetics of nature, Allen Carlson and Ronald. W. Hepburn. Each of them relates the aesthetic appreciation of nature with its discovering in a different way. Their approaches are analyzed in three main points. First, the analysis focuses on the terms the authors employ, second, it focuses on the significance the authors attribute to the veracity of the aesthetic experience, and finally, it describes the concept of thought component as it figures by both authors. Subsequently, these two approaches are compared and criticized. The final part of the work develops the ideas presented in the previous analysis. The thought component of the aesthetic experience is presented in a more relativist way and the advantages of such an open approach are pointed out. This new approach is roughly compared with the theory of M. Budd and it is confronted with the concept of indexical fallacy of C....

The major topic of this thesis is tax and accounting aspects of different types of foreign market entrance. Basic types of foreign market entrance and their accounting and tax comprehension are defined in the first chapter. The second chapter is focused on legal point of view of the foreign entities business in Czech Republic and there are defined the main differences in foreign entities business by czech corporate entity and branch. The main differences of these subjects from the tax point of view are established in the third chapter, tax registration, tax duty origin, tax base, double taxation, mutual relations and transfer pricing. The fourth chapter is focused on the accounting duties both subjects, their differences and transactions accounting in practice of branch and its founder, foreign entity, in centralized and separated accounting system.

The purpose of this work is identification with theory of EH antennas, do the simulation of one choice of model of EH antenna from literature and this model optimise on required frequency 14 MHz through the use of computer software CST Microwave Studio. The practical part of work is to produce choice model of EH antenna, to mete his properties and to verify use in real traffic. The EH antenna is an electromagnetic electrically short antenna, which can work as a transmitting or receiving antenna. The main characteristic of EH antenna is distributed radiating electromagnetic field, whose electric component E and magnetic component H are mutually crossed and orthogonal. The advantage of EH antennas is, that they have much smaller size on frequencies in order of magnitude MHz in comparison with conventional antennas (e.g. half-wave dipole). Their disavantages are their more complicated construction and tuning of the antenna, which must be made again, when the position of antenna is changed. Therefore the EH antenna is not so suitable for mobile application.
