Ekologické důsledky polyploidizace u mokřadní rostliny šmelu okoličnatého (Butomus umbellatus) / Ecological consequences of polyploidization in populations of the wetland plant Butomus umbellatus

Rydlo, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This thesis aimed on comparison of environmental requirements and morphological and biological traits of diploid and triploid cytotypes of wetland plant flowering rush (Butomus umbellatus), occurring in Eastern Slovak Lowland in unique mixed populations, and to develop primers for variable microsatellite loci suitable for further genetic studies. In total, 72 populations of Butomus umbellatus were found. The analysis of relative genome size by the flow cytometry (FCM) technique revealed 34 exclusively triploid cytotype populations, 8 exclusively diploid populations and 30 mixed populations of Butomus umbellatus. In mixed populations, the numbers of diploid and triploid individuals are quite equivalent and the plants create combined compact communities. Analyses of environmental characteristics of sites with specific cytotypes (PCA, RDA, ANOVA) revealed no difference in site requirements of diploid and triploid Butomus umbellatus plants. Morphometric analyses (PCA, CDA) of traits of 36 diploid and 54 triploid plants confirmed differing morphology of both cytotypes occurring in the nature. Subsequent replanting of these plants into pots and cultivation further increased these differences. The ratio of width and length of internal perianthium is the most reliable parameter to distinguish diploid and...

Kontumační rozsudek - analýza a komparace / Default judgment - analysis and comparison

Wesselý, Jan January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of judgment by default, or default judgment, the issuance of which is based not on the classic course of proceedings, i.e. the participation of defendant and plaintiff, taking of evidence, argumentation, findings of fact etc., however only on the fact that the defendant failed to appear before a court during first hearing of the case without duly excusing his absence. The purpose of the institute of default judgement is to expedite the decision-making activity of courts. At the same it aims to motivate the defendant to be active in the dispute. The aim of this thesis is first to analyse and evaluate the current regulation of the judgement by default, which lasted in its current form for almost 30 years without significant changes, including the remedies provided by the Code of Civil Procedure in defense against this type of judgment. In the next section, the thesis concerns the legislation on the default judgment in the Slovak legal system as Slovak civil procedural law has undergone a relatively recent recodification. It is thus certainly necessary to compare how such an important institute is regulated in a legal order that is relatively close to ours. The establishment of the Slovak regulation of the default judgment is followed by a comparison of the two...

Komparace systémů sociálních služeb v České republice a na Slovensku / Comparison of the system of social services in the Czech Republic and the Slovakia

Hrubišková, Markéta January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to compare the system of social services in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The author's purpose is to focus on ongoing reforms of both systems and to analyze how successful they are in achieving their targets. These targets come from current trends in the field of social services and are also incorporated in the documents of the European Union. The thesis consists of two parts. The first contains an analysis of the legislation of social services in the Czech Republic and the Slovakia - author analyzes the historical evolution in their legislation and the content of their current laws. The second part of the thesis contains the comparison of the Czech and the Slovak system of social services. Therefore, the main research method used in this work is the method of comparative analysis. The work finds out that Czech and Slovak enactments of social services have some common features. It is obvious that they are based on the common ground. They bring new precautions which should lead into an increase in quality of social services. These precautions can be mainly seen as positive, despite the fact that they have a few shortcomings. But the systems of social services have still lot of serious weak points. The economic inefficiency seems to be the main problem of the...

Malíčková, Jana January 2016 (has links)
RESUMÉ - THE STATUS AND THE ROLE OF CENTRAL BANKS IN THE EU This diploma thesis compares the Czech National Bank, the Slovak National Bank, the Bundesbank and the European Central bank. Central banks play a significant role in every state and they have big influence on economy of each state. Therefore, their legal regulation as well as precise definition of their competencies are essential. The thesis focuses on their establishment, legal base and legal form, organisation and independence (institutional, financial, personal and functional). Its aim is also to compare tasks, monetary policy, issuance of banknotes and coins, banking and financial regulation and supervision. Establishment of a central bank depends significantly on the historical background of the given state (or union). All of the described banks are settled in regulations of the highest legal importance on the particular state (or union), which is not usual, and also in many other legal acts. Members of the highest body are selected after the agreement of the legislative and executive powers. The Czech National Bank is an exception, since the members of its Bank Board are appointed by the president without a counter signature. The budgets of the central banks are separated from the states' budgets and they are approved by the central banks....

Státoprávní změny v ČSR v letech 1938-1939 / Constitutional changes in the Czechoslovak Republic in 1938-1939

Hofman, Lukáš January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with legal aspects of changes in Czechoslovakia in 1938-1939. Firstly, it outlines the historical background and relationships that were being formed during the First Republic. It further deals, in particular, with the constitutional development in course of so-called Munich crisis, i.e. describes plans for rebuilding of Czechoslovakia, as well as adopted measures and the Munich agreement itself that led to reduction of the territory of the state and liquidation of its political and economic independence. It also deals with development of the Second, post-Munich Republic from both internal and international perspective. Regarding internal changes, it points out to creation of autonomous lands, election of president Hácha, adoption of Enabling Act and elections to autonomous assemblies. To make the picture complete, several issues regulated on level of ordinary acts are chosen that demonstrate a shift from principles of humanism and democracy. A part devoted to the international development depicts territorial losses in favor of neighboring countries, effort to obtain guarantees of borders, as well as it mentions forms of forced cooperation with Germany. The end of the work deals with disintegration of the state, i.e. declaration of Slovak independence and invasion in the Czech lands...
