Focusing the inclusive education, in order to answer the question raised by us, I have decided to use the theoretic-methodological reference of the Psychology-Socio-Historical being Vigotski one of the main authors. Therefore, I have used the qualitative research approach where the semi-structered and repeated interview was the instrument. The analysis of the data demonstrated to be extremely relevant thoughts involving the inclusive education given its complexity and the need of transformation/knowledge production in the area. Consequently, we need to consider the need of: overcome of prejudices; professional committment allied to a efficient project; theorical and administrative support, practice obtained by the companionship with the child who presents deficiency and the importance of the partnership work valorizing the network which is formed by: teachers, parents, institutions and governmental politcs. Besides of all these factors, it is necessary to know the teacher, as cognitive as emotionally, so as it is possible to demistify the facts naturalization, offering not only conditions for the entrance but more, the manitenance and success of the student with deficiency on a regular school / Este trabalho de pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar os sentidos e significados atribuídos por uma professora à sua prática bem como à proposta de educação inclusiva apresentada por uma escola da rede regular de ensino particular. Tendo como foco a educação inclusiva, para responder à questão por nós posta optou-se pelo referencial teórico-metodológico da Psicologia Sócio-Histórica sendo Vigotski um dos autores centrais. Portanto, utilizou-se a abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa tendo como instrumento a entrevista semi-estruturada e recorrente. A análise dos dados demonstrou ser de extrema relevância reflexões que envolvam a educação inclusiva dada sua complexidade e a necessidade de transformação/produção de conhecimento na área. Para tanto, há que se considerar a necessidade de: superação de preconceitos; compromisso profissional aliado a projeto competente; suporte teórico e administrativo, prática possibilitada pelo convívio com a criança com alguma deficiência e a importância do trabalho de parceria, valorizando a rede que compõe: educadores, pais, instituições e políticas públicas. Aliado a todos estes fatores faz-se necessário conhecermos profundamente o professor, tanto cognitiva como afetivamente, de modo a desmistificar a naturalização dos fatos, oferecendo com isso condições não só de ingresso, mas, de permanência e sucesso do aluno com deficiência na escola regular
