The objective of this thesis is to clarify the term efective reading and what belongs to this topic, also to explore how the meaning of this term changes in the field of the electronic documents. This work also examines the reader's options of working with text and his view in this matter. Eye movements are analysed in first chapter. The term efective reading and its related concepts are analysed in chapter two. Third chapter is dealing with efective screen reading and characteristics of electronic texts. The possibilities of user work with texts on e- book readers and software e-book readers are examined in fourth chapter. Fifth chapter assesses online e-book readers. Questionnaire survey concerning reading of electronic documents is evaluated in chapter six.

The aim of diploma thesis is translation, customization, realization and publication English version of Entry profile which is part of ISO/IEC 29110 in Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool with own methodology of realization so that profile will be available to Czech expert public. The goals are achieved by conversion of Entry Profile in Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool into web form. The first benefit of diploma thesis is description and characteristics of Entry Profile which is part of ISO/IEC 29110 standard, which serves to profile understanding and its practical usage. The second benefit is creation own methodology which allows Entry Profile conversion into electronic version. For profile realization is used Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool. The third benefit is detail reference book of profile realization in Eclipse Process Framework Composer. The main benefit is Entry Profile created in web form, which is available to expert public. At the beginning of diploma thesis is described Entry Profile, its goal, structure and implementation packages. In third chapter is described concept of Unified Method Architecture which serves as theoretical input for chapter about Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool. In fourth chapter is characterized tool for management and maintenance methodology - Eclipse Process Framework Composer. Follows chapter about methodology of profile realization in Eclipse Process Framework Composer. Sixth chapter is detail reference book realization of Entry Profile in Eclipse Process Framework Composer. In following chapter is profile published in web form. Eight chapter evaluates realization and publication in Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool.

This master's thesis offers a brief introduction to evolutionary computation. It describes and compares the genetic programming and grammar based genetic programming and their potential use in automatic software repair. It studies possible applications of grammar based genetic programming on automatic software repair. Grammar based genetic programming is then used in design and implementation of a new method for automatic software repair. Experimental evaluation of the implemented automatic repair was performed on set of test programs.

In diploma thesis Open Call I focus on unequal position of artists in current art world in which, despite the transparent practices like open calls, still persists the cult of name, the power of networking and personal recommendation. This topic I artistically process in form of practical artistic intervention, which is close to the tactics of 1:1 scale of Arte Útil - specifically by creation of software tool called Nomin. Its purpose is to support weakened or marginalized groups of artists. Nomin uses properties of email protocol SMTP to allow its users-spectators to send fake self-recommending emails - from email addresses of famous curators to the inboxes various galleries or other art institutions. During development of program Nomin and its technical background (software documentation, web page etc.) I followed the paradigm of free, libre, open source software (FLOSS) and also the methodology of agile software development in order to provide in this gesamtsoftwerk the users-spectators with fully functional, user-friendly software and give them possibility to influence further development of Nomin or directly participate on it. Created artwork is thus not a single artefact but rather a set of interconnected objects and practices grounded in the network of social bonds and behaviours which balances on the edge of institutional critique, useful art, participatory art and collective performance.

The master’s thesis describes hardware opto-electronic instruments for contactless measurement of surfaces. It concentrates on instruments used for opto-electrical transformation of a taking scene and software processing of digital pictures. It presents selected methods of pre-processing, segmenting and following final modifications of these pictures. Then it deals with measuring of areas of surfaces and sizes of selected objects in these pictures and conversion of results from pixels to SI system of units. Possible divergences of measuring are described as well. A flow chart of a program for automatic and manual measuring of surfaces and sizes of objects in a picture, which is commented in detail, is a part of the thesis. The main product of this thesis is application Merovo, which provides measuring of an area and proportions of included objects. This application is analysed and described in detail in this thesis.

This thesis deals with issue of reliability of real-time embedded systems. Contains a summary of basic concepts related to field in real-time embedded systems and mechanisms for dependability enhancement through redundancy techniques and control flow checking. Describes the implementation of selected control flow checking mechanisms, the technique uses software watchdog timers, use of hardware n-modular redundancy in software environment and technique of process pairs using operating system uC/OS-II. The different mechanisms are validated by method injection of faults into the chosen data structures of system uC/OS-II.

The main goal of this thesis is to describe the implementation of continuous integration into the k-Wave project. The thesis focuses primarily on the version written in the C/C++ language with the usage of the OpenMP library which typically runs on supercomputers. Accordingly, many of popular workflows and approaches ought to be adapted, a few more created. The outcome of the thesis is a complete solution with real and practical usage. The author provides design, tools selection, runtime environment administration and configuration for each one of the used services. Software implementation of the basic framework is used in order to utilize running tests on the supercomputers. Furthermore, the implementation of chosen types of regression and unit tests are performed. Realisation is based on Gitlab and Jenkis services that are running on separated Docker containers.

Diploma work is targeted on analysis and description of information sources for software application and management information systems in printing industry. At first information needs and information overloading are shortly defined. Next are descripted concepts of printing industry, software for printing industry and relatives concepts of management information systems and workflow systems. In next chapter keywords for information retrieval was arranged in hierarchical tree structures. Core specialised journals and usefull information sources were found within information retrieval. In work are involved both deep web sources and surface web information sources. Found information object are descripted and cited by ISO 690. At the end of work are given categorised bibliographic lists and simple web page project for specialised information portal.

The thesis is dedicated to the changes of the book market between its entities, libraries and final consumer of information (readers, library users) after the arrival of the internet. Development of the internet has brought searching of the new business models and opportunities for cooperation. Electronic publishing that, along with the internet availability, commenced to raise is the starting factor for the development of electronic books. The thesis outlines the roles of individual entities of the book market, i.e. publisher and seller (distributor, book-seller and digital platform) and libraries during the production, sale and accessing books with the focus on electronic books. After description of used terminology, especially different approaches to the definition of "an e-book", the next chapter presents hardware devices and software programs that enable reading e-books. The third chapter introduces the role of a publisher in the process of publishing printed and electronic e-books. The aim of the chapter is to highlight different strategies of processing the printed and electronic text, incl. possibilities of self-publishing which gives new possibilities to the author's hands. This diploma’s thesis discourses the cryptographic systems and ciphers, whose function, usage and practical implementation are analysed. In the first chapter basic cryptographic terms, symmetric and asymetric cryptographic algorithms and are mentioned. Also usage and reliability are analysed. Following chapters mention substitution, transposition, block and stream ciphers, which are elementary for most cryptographic algorithms. There are also mentioned the modes, which the ciphers work in. In the fourth chapter are described the principles of some chosen cryptographic algorithms. The objective is to make clear the essence of the algorithms’ behavior. When describing some more difficult algorithms the block scheme is added. At the end of each algorithm’s description the example of practical usage is written. The chapter no. five discusses the hardware implementation. Hardware and software implementation is compared from the practical point of view. Several design instruments are described and different hardware design programming languages with their progress, advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. Chapter six discourses the hardware implementation design of chosen ciphers. Concretely the design of stream cipher with pseudo-random sequence generator is designed in VHDL and also in Matlab. As the second design was chosen the block cipher GOST, which was designed in VHDL too. Both designs were tested and verified and then the results were summarized.
