Cejpová, Irena January 2017 (has links)
The main topic of the thesis is a description of the transformation of the Sport Cynology during the second half of the 20th century in the Liberec region. I focus on a historical progress of the sport and its significant events, which were crucial for the next development of the sport activity. In the context of the Sport Cynology, "The Association for Cooperation with the Army" is mentioned because Czechoslovak cynology had to become a part of the association in 1953. K svobodě je dlouhé putování: Život Českobratrské církve evangelické v letech 1968 - 1989 ve svědectví starší generace jejích farářů a farářek. / Long Journey to Freedom: The Life of Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren in 1968-1989 in the Testimony of the Older Generation of its Ministers.

Pfann, Michael January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the dissertation is to find an answer to the question of whether the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (ECCB) in the years 1968-1989 could be considered "free" in any way. This work describes the life of the ECCB in that period and the ways of the freedom und unfreedom the ECCB enjoyed and formed. Thereby, the research is based on the careful analysis of documents of church and state archives and the results of ten author-led biographical interviews with then active pastors. Combining these methods and sources, the dissertation offers an innovative view on the ECCB in the period and provides new, deeper, and more personal insights into the processes of the time. The first four chronological chapters describe the situation and development of the ECCB during the socio-political liberalisation during the Prague Spring and during the years after the Warsaw Pact troops' invasion of Czechoslovakia, when the so-called "normalisation" began. The fifth chapter presents the main strategies that the church developed in reaction to the restriction of its freedom. The sixth chapter presents the perspective of two ministers of the ECCB on their contacts with the representatives of the state authorities in the form of a case study. An insight in the internal life of the church and the forms of the church...

Pojďme oživit nedávnou historii ... aneb jak na výuku soudobých dějin na středních školách / Let's give life to recent history ... or how to teach contemporary history in high schools

Hofnerová, Marcela January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis entitled Let's revive recent history… or how to teach contemporary history in secondary schools is conceived in the form of a methodological manual for secondary school teachers who would like to understand their teaching of contemporary history in an interesting, research and effective way. It outlines the obstacles due to which teachers avoid contemporary history, and compares and evaluates history textbooks, which are among the most commonly used in teaching at secondary schools. It is also clear here how much space is devoted to contemporary history in these textbooks and which topics of contemporary history are preferred by the framework educational program. The work is focused on Czechoslovak and Czech contemporary history, for which it offers the possibility of using various Internet platforms, which are directly intended for teachers or from them can draw inspiration for their teaching. Last but not least, it also offers several activities involving working with sources or other period artifacts that can be used in class. At the same time, it offers the possibility of thematic excursions with supplementary material, which can be used to effectively supplement teaching. The work also presents a small research, which aims to map the attitude of history teachers to the...

Počátky pražské klubové scény / The beginnings of clubbing in Prague

Kazdová, Darina January 2011 (has links)
This piece of work was meant to be countinuous to my bachelor's thesis. In that essay I was dealing with the history of Czech electronic dance music in general. This time I focused just on Prague and surrounding area. The Czech capital was deeply influenced by presence of tourists. After the Velvet revolution, they were suddenly able to visit Prague. And as they they were already familiar with electronic music, they could help to spread it here. The situation in Prague is also compared with the rest of the world (western civilization). In the first part of the essay, I describe the qualitative research and the method I have used, which is the oral history. I also enclose a brief vocabulary of frequently used terms that are not very well known to the greater audience, I suppose. The last part is the analysis of the interviews itself. The interviews were done with important narrators.

Výmolová, Tereza January 2017 (has links)
Diploma thesis named Theme of the city in a contemporary Czech fairy tale story aims to examine various styles of constructions of space and shaping it in a Czech literature for children and youth of last decade. This thesis chooses a theme that is popularized by Pavel Šrut and his novel Lichožrouti - city space. In the first part of this thesis are briefly characterized children proses which were chosen for analysing. Mainly because of showing on which aspects of space are these proses focused and because in the theoretical section are mentioned some of the findings connected to chosen books. The last part of this thesis is focused on analysing the interpretations of different text sections from space point of view. Parts related to each individual proses are organized and divided by locations, in which the books are placed. Taking into account that authors are operating with the space differently based on their intentions and audience, this thesis points out differences and similarities in how the city space and through it its inhabitant and their worries are formed. The thesis indicates how contemporary literature for children and youth is not avoiding serious issues of modern society. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Jakubíková, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
The designed area of residential buildings responds to the surrounding buildings, the development of existing block and defines the frontage streets of Gorkého and Údolní street. The ends of the lines extend to the building of a hospital and between them is the private garden for the residents. Recessed floor apartment buildings react to remote vista through Čápkova street to the Orthodox durch of sv. Václav from the 30s of the 20th century. The proposed passage in the extension of Čápkova street, bordered on one side with three-story apartment buildings, allowing access to Špilberk, which is an alternative to the uncomfortable route along the busy Úvoz stree. The new use of the historic building should be private fertility clinic and center for assisted reproduction, which follows the 130 years of unbroken tradition, and the object corresponds to the developing trend of contemporary luxury parenthood.
