This master’s thesis assess the financial health of the company in 2005-2008 with using suitable methods of the financial analysis. It also suggests convenient proposals for strengthen financial situation of the company.

This master´s thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of company BODOS Czechia Etc. between 2006 and 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part work is contains basic information about the company BODOS Czechia Etc. The second part focuses on theoretical analysis from which I will proceed in the third analytical part. Then I suggest recommendations which should have a positive influence on the economical situation of the company based on the results of this financial analysis.

The aim of this thesis is a complete assessment of the financial situation of a company between 2005 and 2009 on the basis selected methods of the financial analysis. Proposals of potential solutions of discovered problems are presented in next part of the work which should result for improvement of current situation.

The subject of the dissertation is a financial analysis of an enterprise and following overall assessment of financial condition of the company during 2006 - 2009. The design part of the dissertation is focused on development and streamlining of enterprise management and individual proposals are concentrated mainly on optimization of reserves and investment in the area of production technologies.

Objective of this thesis is to make a summary elaboration of particular proposals, which can reform the financial situation of the company and target the elimination of inconvenient financial indicators. In this thesis, there are used the financial analysis methods to parse financial situation of the company. For a consideration of the company financial results are proposed the processes to improve the financial situation of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to design a system based on wirelessly comunicating devices that will be able to record an information about persons presesce in certain area. Aquired data will served for evaluation of the area lighting system efficiency. Partial goals related to this work are: to analyze electricity consumption mesaurement methods, to analyze presence and movement detection methods, to analzye wireless communication methods, to desin system's HW and SW including realization, to put system into a real operation and finally, to evaluate measured data.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and subsequent proposals for the improvement of problem areas. The elaborated financial analysis shows the development of the company in 2012-2016. The theoretical part deals with specific indicators and concepts, which are subsequently used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part contains an evaluation of the internal and external state of the company Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and the subsequent design of the solution. The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate high quality financial analyses showing the reality of the company and to propose appropriate measures for the improvement of the current state.

This thesis focuses assessments of the financial situation of LENA-hračky, s.r.o. company for years 2011 – 2015 through the use of selected methods of financial analysis and following use of Balanced Scorecard. Thesis objective is to suggest possible solutions for the improvement of the financial situation of this company in the coming years using Balanced Scorecard.
