Ohlas na selekci na velikost kořenového systému u pšenice

18 populations from mutual crossing of 6 winter wheat varieties (Akteur, Meritto, Sakura, Simila, Sulamit, Vlasta) were evaluated in shooting and in heading by its electrical capacitance in F3 and F4 generations and selected for great (A) and small (B selection) root system size (RSS). Progenies of A plants in F3 had also greater RSS in F4, and progenies of B plants in F3 had also smaller RSS in F4. From the selection difference in F3 was inherited in selection A into the following generation 43%, in selection B 18%. The selection for the RSS was therefore effective with higher response for greater RSS, what can be evolutionary advantageous. The RSS of the 18 combinations was significantly correlated not only to the respective parents, but also mutually in A and B selection. Variety Akteur increased RSS in its progenies. Correlation between RSS and grain yield in F3 generation was significant. The grain yield increment was inherited into following generations F4 and F5 insignificantly (by 14 and 9 %, respectively). These results show efficient selection for RSS, related to grain yield; the selection can be used for breeding for drought tolerance.

Vliv mykorhizních hub na morfologické a růstové parametry zeleniny

The task of the experiment was to confirm or reverse the positive and negative effects of mycorrhizal fungus on morphological changes in selected vegetable representatives. Its main part consisted of verification of these influences in the plant of concrete representatives, and other secondary experiments followed. Representatives for this task were Paprika Annual (Capsicum annuum) and Tomato Plant (Lycopersicon lycopersicum). The bulk of the verification took place at the Faculty of Horticulture at Mendel University in Brno. It has been found that the application of mycorrhizal fungus can influence certain quantitative parameters of selected vegetable representatives.

This diploma theses deals with the topic "Full characteristics of cumbustion engine and its use in vehicle operation". This work is focused on the heat balance of petrol engine. This work is divided into two parts. In the first part of the thesis I focused on each part of the vehicle that is directly related to the heat balance, such as the engine, cooling system and exhaust system. These parts of the vehicle I will try to describe in more detail and divide. Second part of the theses describes the methodology for measuring the heat balance on the petrol engine in the test room of Ústav techniky a automobilové dopravy of the Mendel University in Brno. I focused on fuel consumption, changes of the temperature of the coolant, intake air and exhaust gases. Special attention is paid on the heat balance calculation.

The diploma thesis presents a topic The Influence of the Mode of Work of a Petrol Engine on its Heat Balance. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on the characteristics of combustion engines and on individual components of a spark-ignition engine, which are closely related to a measurement of the heat balance. Second part of the presented thesis describes methodology of the heat balance measurement on a spark-ignition engine at the motor testing institute of Department of Technology and Automobile Transport of Mendel University in Brno. It is primarily focused on change of the individual heat flow components during different loading modes and graphic representation of them.

Judicial system in the Czech Republic Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to give a comprehensive picture of judicial system in the Czech Republic, especially its roots, current state and possible future development. The first part of this thesis is developed into four chapters in which concept of judiciary and its functions, the important principles related to the judiciary, the related concept and the basic division of the types of courts are interpreted. The second part is divided into five chapters, which are separated by important historical events. These chapters summarize the historical development of the judicial system from the Austro-Hungarian Empire to the disintegration of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, with an emphasis on the system of general courts. At the end of this part is an author's personal appreciation presented. The third part represents a crucial part of this thesis. First chapter of this part defines the relevant legal regulations relating to the judicial system, followed by six chapters, which are gradually devoted to district courts, regional courts, high courts, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. Current energy situation in the Czech Republic is evaluated and views for the year 2014 are predicted. Second part of the thesis is focused on the energy evaluation of the manufacturing enterprise model. On the basis of all the information obtained, possible measures to reduce the final electricity consumption of the factory are suggested.

Diagnostika brzd – náběh brzdné síly / Diagnostics brakes – start braking power

The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current state of vehicle brakes construction, possibilities of measuring the brake power, braking deceleration and to analyze the influence of pipe diameter to the beginning braking force, based on data from the measuring in the dynamic cylindrical testing lab. In the first part are described braking systems and Czech and International legislation, which have to comply with all road vehicles. The section also describes ABS, the modern brake system elements and testing methods that measure the requirements of the braking effect. The next section discusses the methodology of measuring and describes the experimental cylindrical test at Czech Agricultural University in Prague. In this thesis, they are processed and evaluated the data obtained from the measurement. At the conclusion are summarized the findings from the data evaluation and overall assessment of the influence of pipe diameter to beginning braking power.
