Due to the airliners and aircraft operators pressure on reducing the operating costs, the diagnostic systems are included in aircraft, so that the wearness of single functional elements of other functional systems can be monitored. This monitoring can save money, that are usually spent on maintenance and especially, it leads to an increase of the overall safety of aircraft operations. The task of this work is to design a diagnostic system for small transport aircraft. For the right and proper design, is the correct understanding of the functions of each part on aircraft systems needed. The part of this work is attended to the selection procedure of appropriate diagnostic parameters, next section deals with the suitable options of their scanning. I do mention the summary of the chosen diagnostic parameters for the scanning and the recomended ways of their measuring.

Fascioloides magna (giant liver fluke) is a digenetic trematode with two-host life cycle and high veterinary importancy. Typical definitive host is a deer (Cervidae), but many other species from different families can be accidentally infected, for example sheep, goat or cattle. Very important role in the life cycle of F. magna has the first host - fresh water snail of the family Lymnaeidae. Three different life stages of F. magna, two of them with ability of reproduction - sporocysts and rediae develop in the body of snail. The third stage - cercaria is produced by rediae. Cercariae are able to escape from the snail, encyst and become infective for the definitive host. Since the second half of the 19th century many researchers studied the development of particular stages in the first intermediate host, but many characteristics of this process are still not fully understood. This thesis should reveal some of unanswered questions concerning to the reproduction and ontogenetic development of trematodes, which is presented on the examples of three organ systems - muscles, nerves and excretory system of rediae and cercariae of F. magna.

This thesis deals with model predictive control principally Based Predictive Control (MPC). The first part describes the principle of predictive control, cost function, the choice of a constraints in regulation and the choice of weights. In the next section is an analysis system: a system with non-minimal phase (control water turbine), oscillating systems (trolley frame control) and system with a time-delay . In all of these systems is performed classical feedback control using PID control and concurrently regulation with the MPC. MPC is selected as the solution fy Mathworks Model Predictive Control Toolbox and Simulink. The results are then analyzed using the criteria of quality control.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of a didactic mathematical environment Biland. The theoretical part is concerned with the definition of two opposite educational styles, transmissive and constructivist, and their comparison. Within the constructivist educational style, it is also focused on The Hejný's method, and it defines the two basic pillars of this conception. The first pillar is the personality of the teacher and the other one is the mathematical content, which is provided by different mathematical environments. This diploma thesis introduces the environment Biland, describes on which mathematical basis it stands on and shows why should be Biland included into the teaching of mathematics. It answers the question of importancy of teaching also non-base ten systems and therefore it describes the history of place-value system. It also studies the tasks in contemporary textbooks of mathematics for primary schools by Hejný et al. published by publishing house FRAUS. The practical part includes the preparation and implementation of experiments in which the new environment Biland was introduced to the pupils. The theoretical part of this master thesis analyses appropriate financial models for financial appraisal, trends, proportion indicators and models for prediction of future development. I carried out the analysis of the financial administration of the chosen company in three points of view: hierarchical proportion indicators during the period of 2008 and 2012, comparison of financial results among the sector and appraisal by prediction models.

This thesis provides a basic overview of the ancillary services in a transmission system. It summarizes changes regarding the implementation of European directives SOGL and EBGL. It describes in detail a portfolio of non-frequency ancillary services used in the distribution systems. It evaluates the demand of E.ON distribution system potential for those services in particular locations. Practical part is focused on a potential of reactive power management in this distribution area. It evaluates reactive power flow into transmission system and indicates the most critical substations. This thesis also covers analysis of existing resources in this distribution area and assign their possible potential in reactive power management.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction of an NC rotary table with a linear axis. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of science and technology in the problem, the use of various drives, mechanisms for torque transmission, linear feed lines, measuring and an overview of tables from various manufacturers. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the creation of 4 variants of construction, then the selection of the best variant and technical calculations. Hence it could be convenient to consider a system of econometric equations for modeling such data sets. At the beginning of this thesis, we describe general definitions and we talk about different types of variables from the perspective of exogeneity. Later, we describe some specific cases of these equations: SUR system, simultaneous equation models and the model of vector autoregression. For selected models, we also discuss estimation methods and their properties. In the final section, the described approach is applied to real financial data making use of appropriate software. We mention issues of an identification and an inconsistency of OLS-estimates for simultaneous modeling. In th second chapter we introduce theory of estimation, especially we will focus on the interval estimation and precision. We mention empirical approach too. In the third chapter we perform a numerical study on the simple macroeconomic model of generated dates.
