The diploma thesis deals with a design of illuminating system for tandem-scanning confocal microscope using a high-power LEDs.

This thesis deals with dynamic behavior of swirl turbine vibrating in a liquid. Primarily is studied decrease of natural frequencies of rotor due the interaction with fluid environment, namely for different levels of submerged rotor in fluid. After that follows the detection of natural frequencies of swirl turbine in operating speed. The problem is solved by computational modeling in ANSYS system. For this solution is used acoustic elements method. The results are compared with experiment.

The thesis deals with the reconstruction of the heating system for a family house after complete overcladding. The first part is dedicated to an introduction of the subject under consideration. The next step is the calculation of heat loss.. A suitable method of insulation including economical recovery was designed according to the research of potential insulation materials, then heat loss were re-calculated. Another point is to determine a suitable temperature gradient and select the most appropriate source of heat and hot water preparation. The pressure loss circuit through the various radiators were calculated and balanced by thermostatic radiator valves. Finally, the insurance elements of the heating system were checked and the drawings documentation were prepared.

This master thesis deals with design of injection moulding technology for plastic holder of carbon brushes made of polycarbonate labelled Lexan 945A. The injection is performed into injection mould with hot runner system. Initially there is general study related to plastics and injection moulding technology. Further the study continues with injection moulds with hot runners and ends with computer analysis of injection moulding process. The designed injection mould for production of plastic holders is three-plate, double cavity mould with four hot nozzles and one parting plane, where one of the plates serves for mounting of the hot runner system inside the mould. This work contains part of the drawing documentation and item list of the injection mould. The selected injection moulding machine is Arburg Allrounder 370 U labelled 700-290 according to EUROMAP.

Master’s thesis deals with selection of a proper technology for manufacturing of chosen plastic part. The beginning of thesis contains part survey. Plastic injection was chosen as the most suitable manufacturing technology. Required theoretical knowledge for plastic injection mould designing were extracted in the recherche. Individual chapters deals with plastics, their manufacturing and plastic injection technology with all required knowledge about this technology, machines and moulds. Designing chapter contains every required calculation for mould design and all individual sections of mould design and injection machine selection. Injection simulations and their evaluations are part of this thesis aswell. Assembly and forms drawings as well as other documents used during thesis processing are included in the attachments.

This thesis processes heating of the apartment house in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Vsetín district. Revit program was used for the design of the heating. Some calculations were made in Revit too. Then the correctness of the calculations was checked. The Revit families were made in this thesis. These families support the calculations and design automation. Then these procedures were applied to the apartment house. It is five floors building with 1012 m2 of built area. Thesis solves design of heating and technical room equipment. The technical room is placed in first floor. Heat supply is solved as central heat supply system. The ventilation is mechanical, equal pressure. Thesis is in – cooperation with the house planner and the air – conditioning system design.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems of a communal vehicle. This thesis includes a theoretical part where hydraulic and pneumatic systems of a communal vehicle are described; it also refers to a design of a pneumatic suspension system, a hydro-pneumatic breaking system, a hydraulic system for hook carrier containers including a design and a calculation of hydraulic motors and the volume of a hydraulic tank and a presentation of possible construction alternatives.

The work deals with distance measuring in space. The first part is about evolution of space arrangement and dimension imaginations from ancient times until the 20th century. Also Aristarchos´ heliocentric model of the solar system is described in detail, including his quantitative estimates of the Moon and Sun distances and dimensions. Hipparchos´ and Ptolemaios´ geometric models are described in detail too. Great attention is given to a genesis of heliocentric theory of Nicolaus Copernicus. The second part deals with contemporary methods of distance measuring. The work proceeds systematically from distances in the solar system to distances between stars as far as to distances between galaxies and quasars. It was necessary to write also about physical principles because distance measuring is based on them. The part of the work is a large pictorial supplement with text comments.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to use relevant economic knowledge for the analysis of the key legal aspects of the natural monopoly, particularly the main theoretical aspects thereto. The interpretation is not limited to principle features, however, it covers also the related issues. The text is focused mainly on electricity and gas industries. Apart from applicable law and legal books, the relevant case law of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Administrative Court of Czech Republic has been also a significant source of knowledge hereto. The European Union legal regulations and expert opinions of the European Commission have been taken into account as well. The diploma thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on economic aspects of the applicable law. It provides thorough overview concerning the model and its introduction into reviewed fields. The principal information, historical background and view of the critics are introduced. This chapter also labels the entities under the Czech law that are considered to be the natural monopolies. Furthermore, three basic fields of legal institutes that are subject to subsequent review are outlined. The second chapter defines elementary terms relevant for further research. The thesis is based on the financing of educational system in the Czech Republic and Denmark, and it focuses on the resources which are associated with this branch. It deals with all levels of the educational system and presents different ways of its financing from public funds. The main attention is given to the comparison of funding systems' structures with emphasis on the differences between the two countries. Following part studies the development of partial and total public expenditures on education, including its relation to the key macroeconomic indicators. In the last part of the thesis I come up with my own ideas of adopting certain elements from Denmark to Czech model of financing education.
