Title: An analysis of safety measures in Tipsport arena for dealing with emergencies Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze technology in Tipsport Arena ice stadium in Holešovice in terms of safety and security measures and to evaluate the internal measures of HC Sparta Praha. Identify emergency situations that may arise at the ice rink and bring preventive measures generated against these situations. Methods: In this thesis compilation methods were used for the analysis of the key points about technology and hazardous substances used at the ice rink, security plans arising from legislation and an analysis of the integrated rescue system. In the practical part, a technology and safety measures selected ice rink, the used of methods of analysis, observation and interviews. Results: Safety measures Tipsport arena is evaluated as positive and its analysis is given in the safety measures servicing of refrigeration devices, security controls before organizing events, breakdown of activities performed by fire hazard and are accompanied by the documentation of fire protection in Tipsport arena. The thesis "Education and Educational System in Zlín Region and its Connection with Labour Market" describes and analyses the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region. The main goal is to answer a question whether there is a connection between the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region. The first part of the thesis provides basic pedagogical terms, basic terms of the labour market and it demonstrates the role of education in the labour market and in the regional development. It continues with the description of the educational system in the Czech Republic and its legislative regulations. The third part characterizes all levels of the educational system in Zlín Region. The last part of the thesis is focused on the development of the labour market in Zlín Region and on the analysis of free job positions. From the results of the thesis it implies that there is a connection between the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region and at the same time that there is an effort to adapt the educational system, especially in secondary education, so it can better reflect needs and demands of the labour market.

The thesis deals with the analysis of landscape and the evaluation of the area. On the example model of the cadastral city Lázně Bohdaneč was made relevant landscape analysis of the primary, secondary and tertiary landscape structure. Natural , cultural and aesthetic values of the area were determined as well as limits of the use. An important part of the thesis was to evaluate the character of the landscape and the identification and evaluation of historic landscape structures. The proposed measure is based on the analysis and evaluation of that area. They focus especially on the reconstruction and maintenance of the important historic landscape structures, that are also the significant positive features of the landscape. Another proposal level is to ensure the protection of nature, improvement of recreational use, elimination of negative character of landscape and optimization of using that lan d including economic use. The output is the design of the territory arrangement in the form of spatial studies, that can serve as a basis for the detailed design of the landscape conservation area and the provision in it. It can also be an important basis for complex land adjustments.

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and implementation of control applications for measurement and regulation of the technology for heating system in building. The main purpose was to create the control program and launch the whole system operation with controlling and monitoring from the operator panel and the control room. The result of this thesis is software for automatic controlling of the entire technology along with visualization screens.

This thesis deals with the analysis of economic connections of viniculture branch development and development of municipalities in wine regions of Czech republic. The diploma thesis is divided in two parts, which represent literature research and the thesis itself. The literature research is theoretical and it describes the most important concepts and characteristics connected with analysis of branch development and development of municipalities. The main work is practical and the analysis of viniculture branch is carried out using the indicators to measure economic efficiency of the company. Afterwards is executed the comparison of connections of the branch development with particular selected development of municipalities.

The main objective of this thesis is to identify and then compare the financial and human resources embedded in education. Specifically, these are the investments in education in the Czech Republic in comparison with selected countries, and from the perspective of public and private expenditure spent on education and expenditure on education as a percentage of GDP. The theoretical part of the work, focusing on the importance of education for society, human resources and human capital, defines the basic concepts and establishes a theoretical frame work. The analytical part is to assess investments in education at various levels of study and funding for research and development in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with selected countries of the OECD and EU28. The conclusion of the thesis, containing a summary and evaluation of the previous parts of the work, the apparent decrease incurred expenditure on education relative to GDP, when the Czech Republic is below the OECD average. This trend may be due to low interest government about this resort. Research and development brings new knowledge and technologies needed to increase the productivity of individual states. Czech Republic attaches to investment in research and development due to GBARD share of total public expenditure in the long term greater significance than the average for the EU28.

The thesis deals with the use of cable sections in the overhead transmission route of the 400 kV transmission system in the Czech Republic, with the design of the arrangement of the cable route and with the solution of the crossover of the cable line with other networks of the technical infrastructure or natural obstacles. The thesis shows what the construction of a 400 kV cable line in the overhead transmission route - which has not been implemented in the Czech Republic as of yet - entails in practice. The first, general part deals with the electrical properties of both the cable lines and the combined overhead transmission lines with intermediate cable sections, and this sets out limitations on the maximum possible length of the cable sections. The following chapters provide an analysis of the magnetic field of the cable line, its impact on the surrounding environment and the possibilities of its shielding. On the basis of this knowledge optimization of the designed cable route arrangement is carried out in order to make the route comply with hygiene limits. The next part uses selected locations on a real route of overhead 400 kV transmission line to show what the construction of cable sections inserted into the route of overhead 400 kV line would involve. The design includes a professional estimate of the time and financial demands of the construction.

The thesis is focused on the exploration of the relationship and connection between education and the labor market on the basis of analysis of expert reports and publications. The work justifies the importance of promoting education referencing the Strategy for Lifelong Learning as the basic document for education. The aim is to define and propose measures that would improve the current situation in education in the Czech Republic in comparison with OECD countries, greater student satisfaction with the quality of education and to better prepare students for their future careers. These are defined as for the whole country, and specifically for the Středočeský region, with emphasis on the district of Kolín. Findings from the analysis of strategic documents relating to education are used to design possible recommendations for preparing a strategy to educational policy of the Czech Republic in 2020. Its intention is to offer suggestions that might provide improvements shortcomings of current strategic and policy documents, and thus contribute to improving the overall quality of education . The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts and issues in education , the description of the education system to analyze its present state and regional differences in educational structures counties. It is focused on the educational structure of the population of the Czech Republic and its regional disparity. While exploring the mutual relation of education and the labor market is assessed continuity of Regional Development Strategy 2014-2020 and the Strategy for Educational Policy of the Czech Republic in 2020. The practical part is devoted to the description and evaluation of the state of the educational system of the Středočeský region with a focus on district of Kolín. Recommendations for the Kolínsko based on the overall characteristics of the labor market situation in the region, the development of job seekers and analysis of groups of people at risk of unemployment in the district of Kolín. The work used materials of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports , Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Regional Office of the Central Region, the Czech Statistical Office data and data of the regional branch of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic . In this thesis methods are applied research, comparison and analysis and synthesis of the findings.
