This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the company Jaromericka dairy, and using methods of financial analysis. Were used absolute (horizontal and vertical analysis), differential (analysis of funds) and ratio (profitability ratios, activity, liquidity and debt ratios) indicators of financial analysis. Then used some reputable and bankruptcy model (IN95, IN99, Tafflerův model Kralickův Quicktest). And it was calculated the economic value added EVA. Financial analysis was performed and the methods were applied in specific conditions Jaromericka dairy. Jaromericka Creamery, Inc. based in the Jaroměřice Rokytnou (District of) and is the subject of extensive activity. This is a business activity, production of milk products, organizational and financial advisers and brokers. Financial analysis was conducted for 5 years, ie since 2005-2009. Jaromericka indicators were then compared with indicators of a dairy next ten dairies, which are located in the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the actual situation of the company by SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and selected indicators of financial analysis. The problems identified by these indicators are further elaborated, compared with competitive company operating in the same branch and used a propsal of improvements. The content of this thesis is the evaluation of development and current state of the financial health of the company Conteg, spol. s.r.o. which has been gained by way of the selected financial analysis tools. Afterwards, this thesis engages in the comparison with the competitor company Triton Pardubice, spol. s.r.o. and as well as with average values in this branch (sector). In addition to that one of the result of this thesis are the recommendations of the possible improvement of the financial situation and the increase of competitiveness. The thesis itself is divided into two main parts. The first one occupies of the theoretical framework and the second one puts the described knowledge into practice.

The theme of this diploma thesis is fittings of heating systems and it is divided into three parts. The first part deals with this topic on theoretical level. In the second part, there is a calculations and drawings that deals with heating and water heating of the apartment building in Uherské Hradiště. This part is solved in two variants concerning hydraulic balancing and regulation of the heating system. The last part of the thesis is an experimental solution and processing of pressure loss results of selected valves. These results are compared with the values reported by the manufactures of the valve.

This diploma thesis deals with efficiency of heat sources and indirect heating of hot water. First part of this thesis is about heating of hot water, particulary indirect heating of hot water and it is all summarized in theoretical knowledge section. Second part deals with central heating and indirect heating of hot water in four floor flat house. The heat source for this object is cascade of two gas condensing boilers. In this building there are mostly used panel radiators. In the last, third part, I experimentaly deal with operational efficiency of heating sources with heating of hot water.

This master´s thesis is focused on the complete financial situation assessment of the company Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. in years 2004 – 2008. The theoretical part describes an issue of financial analysis and the practical part contains financial analysis of this company. The last part includes suitable suggestions for improvement of financial situation of the company.

This work deal with taking advatage of ballance thermodynamic sensors as the replacement of commercial temperature sensors.

The Thesis deals with the current problem related to the connection of dispersive sources to the distribution network. The advantageous legislative support, however, gives a rapid rise to the sources of this kind. Current pricing philosophy favours in particular the growth of photovoltaic power plants. The introduction is aimed at the dispersive sources locating so as to give a comprehensive solution and better understanding of this issue. The equipments of this kind are located in accordance with legislation in force; however, it is necessary to formulate the possibilities of placing them from the view of rational use of the area with the aim of the public weal accordance of both public and private interests. Talking about connection of the new dispersive sources to the distribution network, it is important to mention the legislation, legal directives and regulations delimitating this kind of trade. This theme is the subject of another chapter of the work. Particular attention is paid to the regulation on conditions of connection to the distribution network. When connecting the sources to the distribution network the biggest technical problem from the view of electrical engineering is undesirable influence on the quality parameters (voltage) in this network. This is in particular the voltage change after connection, then, depending on the type of source, the emission of the current harmonic, sharp voltage change, etc. Considering current rise of the dispersive sources connected to the distribution network, more and more influence will appear in quantity parameters. For this reason there will be a lot of search for the methods of preventing from the negative influence on the network. From all of the above said reasons, the work is aimed at the operation analysis of the part of the distribution network, calculation of the network qualitative parameters and searching for the methods of negative influence rectification owing to switching processes of the distribution system. So as to determine the quantitative parameters we used the E-influence programme. Final paragraphs are devoted to the changes to come not only in legislation but, in general, in the approach of the distribution system operators not only to the ways of another connection of such sources but even the regulation of the dispersive sources already connected.

This Master's thesis deals with solution of nonstandard operation connection of E.ON's 22kV distribution network in given area, considering the possibilities of operating dispersed electric power sources currently available, as well as possible power sources connected to the distribution network in the future and its potential operation limitation. A part of this paper is a description of calculation methods used for network evaluation in steady state, with emphasis on linear calculations used by E-Vlivy program, in which the operational possibilities are simulated. Therefore, a description of this program is also included. Suggested operation possibilities correspond with E.ON's valid distribution network operation rules. The outcome of this paper will serve to E.ON's 22kV network's controllers as materials for network operating in nonstandard operation states.
