Abstract The objective of the theoretical part was to define the terms MBD, ADHD, ADD and the narration method. The objective of the practical part was to analyze school experience of children with diagnosed ADHD, hyperactivity. I tried to consider the issues mainly from the insights of children themselves. In doing so, I stem from the theoretical part.

This diploma thesis deals with the self-concept of children in the class which have the specific diseases of learning. These kids are in their pre-adolescent age (12-15 years). The first part of the thesis gives the definitions related to the discussed topic and these defined terms aim to offer basic information to the reader about the issue. The next part reflects the research itself which aspires to find out and compare the self-concept of children with the specific learning disorder with children who were not diagnosed with this disease. The standardized tests were used for the research which allowed to find out the level of extroversion, introversion and neuroticism in case of children and also, these research were used to find out whether there is an effort for desiderabiltiy, and further such child´s positiion among other kids, his imagination of learning skills and abilities in different subject; i.e. whether the types of specific learning disorder can negatively influence mental stability of the child and whether these have a contribution in relation to his possible neurotic development.

My thesis "Geography teaching of students with a specific learning disabilities" is concerned with specific learning disabilities related to lessons of Geography. It presents the ways of manifestation of the issue in educational process and, subsequently, the effective solutions in a form of recommendations usable in lessons of Geography. The practical part is based on the assumption of displays of certain learning disabilities that may occur in lessons of Geography. The ways how the disabilities may be displayed were estimated through studying available literature in question. Based on the above Frame Education Programme for Elementary Education was analysed. Certain proposals have been worked out for the items that seem to be problematic for pupils with dyslexia and dyscalculia. The proposals are presented in a common format usual in Geography lessons and, subsequently, in adjusted format to be checked if it is easier to understand to the corresponding pupil's. The practical part contains adapted tasks, pupils work description in Geography lessons, and analysis of results. The results represent comparing success rates of both the versions, and potential additional information acquired from pupils. The reading process is a demanding cognitive process. With it, we achieve various levels of reading literacy. Pupils with dyslexia face not only problems mastering the reading technique, but also comprehension of the text. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to assess and find out how the learning process of pupils with dyslexia at the second stage of primary school takes place with regard to the reading process, which is weakened in these pupils. The partial goal of the diploma thesis is to find out which methods are used by teachers when working with pupils with dyslexia. The diploma thesis is processed as a qualitative research investigation using the technique of observation of a selected group in the educational process (second grade students), analysis of student documentation and interviews with students, their parents and teachers according to a pre-prepared scenario. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the use of intervention aids on the educational process of pupils with dyslexia at the second stage of primary school and the suitability of individual aids for intervention in specific cases.

The diploma thesis deals with the education of pupils with specific learning disabilities. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of specific learning disabilities, the needs of students and the possibilities of re-education of individual disorders. There are defined degrees and types of support, legislation that regulates the education of students with special needs, but also other opportunities for their education. The practical part deals with case studies or observations of students with SPU, then a questionnaire survey, which seeks to answer the question of how teachers worked with students with SPU at the time of distance learning, whether they succeeded educational goals and also with what difficulties pupils struggled. The questionnaire survey is supplemented by structured interviews with teachers who participated in the education of students during distance learning.

In this Master's thesis entitled "Effectiveness Evaluation of Sfumato Metod of Initial Reading in Prevention of Dyslexia" we tried to find out, whether application of a certain teaching method of an initial reading eliminates presence of dyslexia. Thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part characterizes theoretical basis in the area of specific learning disabilities and education of initial reading with special focus on dyslexia issues and Sfumato Method of Initial Reading. The practical part is based on interviews and questionnaire surveys, which provides us possibility to compare methods of education of initial reading and evaluate them in context of development of specific learning disability - dyslexia. The thesis aims to evaluate of selected methods of education of initial reading in relation to prevention of specific disability of reading learning - dyslexia.

The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretic part includes information about specific leasing disabilities and about basic musical term. Also, there is a chapter about the psychomotor development. The practical part involves information about three children with specific leasing disabilities, be specific two boys and one girl at the similar age.This work will be find out level of musical skills in children with specific learning disabilities and compare their level of musical skills with intact children In second part of this thesis will be particular suggestions and procedure how to develop musicality in children with specific learning disabilities.
