This is the need to know how far the curriculum of the program through the training process , contributes to the construction of identities . Thus, our point of reflection focuses on understanding of professional identity as something plural intertwines social representations around each subject . Therefore, to carry out the research , we seek to support us in the categories of analysis : identity ( Hall ; Silva ) , memory ( Halbwachs , Bosi ) , training ( Josso ; Souza ) and resume ( Sacristan ) , through which we aim to understand the universe construction of discourses involving the identity of the school officials . To the fabric of the study, we initially speeches of the history of these employees in Brazilian education , the creation of the first Initial training program for these subjects , and consequent analysis of the relationship of the training process , through the curriculum of the program and the constitution of identities these / the staff / the . We proceed to the analysis of documents , photos and records of activities developed during training, in order to try to understand that identities are articulated in the construction of these individuals as professionals. Also resorted to the technique of open interviews and the analysis of personal narratives , through the eye on the training and memorials on the voices of employees subject / the . In this study , organized in four chapters , we present the construction of the object and its texture , as results of our trajectory approach . / A presente pesquisa objetiva analisar a identidade profissional de funcionários/as da escola da educação básica (merendeiros/as, vigias, secretários/as, zeladores/as, funcionários/as responsáveis pelas salas de multimídia, de vídeo e biblioteca), por meio dos discursos oficiais e dos discursos produzidos por estes/as em seu processo de formação no Programa Profuncionário Programa de Formação Inicial em Serviço dos Profissionais da Educação Básica dos Sistemas de Ensino Público. Isto ocorre da necessidade de conhecermos até onde o currículo do Programa, por meio do processo de formação, contribui para a construção de identidades. Logo, nosso ponto de reflexão centra-se na compreensão da identidade profissional, como algo plural que se entrelaça às representações sociais em torno de cada sujeito. Portanto, para realização da pesquisa, buscamos nos apoiar nas categorias de análise: identidade (Hall; Silva), memória (Halbwachs; Bosi), formação (Josso; Souza) e currículo (Sacristán), por meio das quais pretendemos compreender o universo de construção dos discursos que envolvem a identidade dos funcionários de escola. Para tessitura do estudo, partimos, inicialmente, dos discursos da história desses funcionários na educação brasileira; da criação do primeiro Programa de formação inicial para esses sujeitos e, consequente análise da relação do processo de formação, através do currículo do Programa e a constituição das identidades desses/as funcionários/as. Procedemos à análise de documentos, fotos e registros de atividades desenvolvidas durante a formação, de modo a tentarmos compreender que identidades se articulam na construção desses sujeitos como profissionais. Recorremos, ainda, à técnica de entrevistas abertas, bem como à análise das narrativas pessoais, por meio do olhar sobre os memoriais de formação e sobre as vozes dos sujeitos funcionários/as. Neste estudo, organizado em quatro capítulos, apresentamos a construção do objeto e sua tessitura, como resultados de nossa trajetória de abordagem.

SUMMARY THE NEED OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES AT THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF ALYTUS TOWN Author: Daiva Kubiliene Supervisor: Linas Sumskas, PhD, Assoc. Professor, Department of Preventive Medicine, faculty of Public Health, Kaunas University of Medicine Aim of study. To evaluate the need of health care services in the secondary schools of Alytus. Objectives: 1. To assess the health and health behavioral problems in school-aged children. 2. To evaluate the attitudes of parents to the need of health care services at the secondary schools. 3. To evaluate the attitudes of staff of health care services at school about the provision of health care services in school settings. Methods. Questionnaire survey was carried out in parents of school-aged children of 3rd, 7th and 11th grades at the secondary schools in Alytus town in 2004. 216 respondents were selected for the study, 161 (74.5%) of them have filled in the questionnaire forms (response rate – 74.5%). A set of questions was addressed to parents in order to clarify parents’ attitudes about the health care services at schools. Also another questionnaire was developed for health care specialists of secondary schools: 9 from 12 have responded (75.0%). Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 10; criterion and p<0.05 confidence level was used for comparison between the variables. Results. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the performance management of teachers in a school established in accordance with § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the concept of human resource management and defines the individual personnel activities as a tool for human resource management. It highlights from personal activities the function of performance management and describes it using the literature. It specifies in detail the phases of the cycle of the performance management process. The theoretical part contains the description of the process of performance management of teaching staff, defines the identification of the specific conditions in a school established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act, which may have an impact on the monitored personal activities. The analytical part of the thesis provides the results of research in primary schools established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The survey was conducted using explorative method in questionnaire and the type of the case study.
