Prodejnost sortimentu suchého zboží v shopu čerpací stanice pohoných hmot

Bašta, Petr January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis solves an important problem with the supply of fuel in the vicinity of the competitive environment. It was found that the biggest competitors of the subject are two fuel stations in the vicinity, although smaller in the scale of trading range sale, they must be regarded as competitors. Any failure causes the transfer of customers just to them. Analysis of the survey results showed that the proportion of the sales of dry goods to total sales in the years 2010 to 2014 was 13.22 percent on average. In the assortment of dry goods there was a significant increase in sales for vehicles and a reduction in other goods. Other products consists of the following specific items: toiletries, photoes, motorway tax stickers, batteries, telephone cards and coupons and others. The sale of fuel is significantly influenced by the price (for the period 2010-2014 change of 5.06 CZK per liter) and quantity (for the same period change of 28.41 percent). Due to the current low price of fuel and the assumption of relatively same level of sale prices it will be necessary to focus on improving the quality of services provided by employees of fuel station and expanding the trade range of additional sales for motorists.

Faktory ovlivňující zastoupení konečných produktů nitrifikace při biologické předúpravě fugátu / Factors Affecting the Distribution of Nitrification's Final Products during Biological Pre-Treatment of Fugate

Kyselová, Aneta January 2016 (has links)
In this diploma thesis, the influence of chemical composition of fugate, pH value, temperature and other factors on representation of final products of nitrification during biological pretreatment of fugate produced in agricultural biogas stations was evaluated. During the experiment, fugate from biogas station Nový Dvůr with N-amon concentration in the range of 1300 - 3200 mg/l at input was processed. Results from the time period beginning on 21. September 2015 and ending on 22. December 2015 (day 0 - 93) were assessed. Nitrification reactor of five liter operational volume was placed in a laboratory at temperatures ranging from 20.4 to 25.2 degrees Celsius. During the experiment, volumetric loading of N-amon reactor ranged from 0,18 to 0,44 kg/(m3.d) and efficiency of N-amon removal from 68,6 to 96,9 percent. Hydraulic period of water delay was being decreased from 12,3 days to approximately 4,2 days during the experiment. pH value was regulated by NaOH to be approximately 7. The experiment proved that it was possible to attain the process of nitrification in the aggressive medium of fugate. It was ascertained that pH value, which determined current concentration of Free Nitrous Acid (FNA), had significant influence on representation of final products of nitrification. Concentrations of N-NO2 in the reflux from the reactor were being increased from 130 up to 1840 mg/l during the process on the grounds of pH value fluctuations and increasing FNA concentration which inhibited activity of nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB). The representation of N-NO2 from day 0 to day 93 of the experiment gradually increased from 19 percent up to 95 percent. Concentrations of N-NO3 from day 0 to day 3 increased from 570 to 1056 mg/l and conversely from day 3 to day 93 they gradually decreased from 570 mg/l to approximately 100 mg/l. Representation of N-NO3 decreased from 80 percent to 5 percent from day 0 to day 93 and it was not possible to retain them as dominant products of nitrification on the ground of sensitivity of NOB.

Small-scale biogas technology in Southeast Asian countries: current state, bottlenecks and perspectives / Small-scale biogas technology in Southeast Asian countries: current state, bottlenecks and perspectives

Roubík, Hynek January 2015 (has links)
Biogas produced via the anaerobic digestion (AD) of organic waste materials is considered as an important technology in improving the environment because it solves waste management problems and simultaneously produces biogas as a main product and digestate as a by-product, which can also be used as a fertilizer. Within the rising expectations for the substitution of fossil energy with renewable energy as one of the solutions to cope with climate change, the environmental aspects of small-scale biogas plants, as widely used method for energy creation, should be evaluated in a holistic and systematic way. The use of small-scale biogas plants is mostly common for energy creation from waste in Southeast Asia. This source of energy is mainly lauded for its low costs, clean production and high fertilization effects of digested matter for crops. There are number of advantages of small-scale biogas production on farms, including also savings on firewood or fossil fuels and reduction in odour and greenhouse gas emissions from using other fuels. However, biogas plants are often poorly managed and there is lack of proper distribution systems for biogas. That results in methane being release inadvertently through leaks in digesters and tubing, and intentionally when production exceeds demand. As methane has a global warming potential 25 times higher than that of carbon dioxide, environmental advantages of small-scale biogas plants might be compromised. This dissertation intends to provide in-depth understanding about the issue with taking into accounts possible risks. Investigating of such a topic is within continuing concern about small-scale biogas technology in rural areas of developing countries. For this reason technical, social, economic and environmental assessment of small-scale biogas technology will be done. Methods of data collection will consist of questionnaire survey and focus group discussions among randomly selected owners of biogas plants, semi-structured personal interviews with local authorities and facilitators and observation. Furthermore, prediction of future development of this technology will be created.
