Monitoring of operating parameters for biogas plants is currently the only tool that is used to control the process of anaerobic fermentation of biodegradable materials.. At biogas plant pH, dry matter content, production of methane, FOS/TAC are monitored usually. Work that is monitoring parameters changes over long time period is missing. Present work deals with annual monitoring and evaluation of the operational parameters of agricultural biogas plant that is process typical input materials (maize silage and pig manure). The aim of the study was to determine whether there is a correlation operating parameters, which could be applied in agricultural biogas plants and possible effect of heavy metals on the process.Formula clause:I do not agree with the publication of the work in accordance with Directive no. 3 / 2017- Publishing undergraduate theses in order to protect trade secrets and sensitive data of the company in its entirety ie. This master’s thesis is the design of the system of the differential GPS, creation of the software for basic wireless communication between 2 GPS receivers, and practical tests of the designed system. Parameters and characteristics of system were determined and they should inform us better about the appropriateness of the designed system for navigation of a mobile robot in outside conditions.

The main goal is to design new platforms suitable for passengers with reduced mobility and orientation and valid standart. Another goal is to increase line speed. This master’s thesis describes a sensorial subsystem of a mobile robot. The thesis mentions the structure and a basis of the satellite navigation. There are also described each systems and visualization techniques as e. g. WGS 84, including also other systems for specification of more accurate position on the Earth (EGNOS, WAAS and others). This thesis describes closely also a differential GPS and the corrections. For the purposes of the thesis there has been assembled GPS software for a fundamental and a remote station. There have been chosen and used modules for receiving a GPS signal and wireless modules for their communication. There are also used outcomes from the project of the Open Street Map in the thesis. Results of this project are described in details, decoded, adjusted and converted into RNDF file. At the end of this thesis there has been composed a function of the program for portable camera which works on principle time of flight. This portable camera is dedicated to look for immediate barrier and also for 3D space view in front of the robot. This thesis also including the process how the power source has been built up for this portable scanner.

This master´s thesis deals with the design of measuring station used for the temperature and humidity measurement. There is a theoretical basical description of sensores for temperature and humidity measurement in the first part. Furthermore I deal with a theoretical design of measuring system, especially with types of materials and possibilities of communication between these parts. The main part of thesis is about communication on buses I2C,UART, SPI, RS485. There is a description of function procedure of particular integrated circuit, moduluses which are used in task in the next part of thesis.In the practical part I was engaged in a functional design of autonomous system for the temperature and ralative humidity measurement. Data could be presented by the computer after connection with the station. There is a description of testing the particular circuits and the full description of function particular blocks of system in the task. I have used the program called Eagle for schemes and printed wirings designing. The copy is placed on CD ready for next using. In the last part of thesis is a brief description of program algorithm "Meteostanice", which I have created for data presentation. There is an illustration of measuring results in these last part. The task is completely ready for the realization of autonomous system of weather station with its own memory.

Title: Short-term loyalty program at the filling station OMV Czech republic Goals: In general terms to present loyalty programs, which have become a necessary part of many companies in the last years. These companies struggle with the competitors, they try to keep their customers and also to get new ones. The goal is to clarify making of the loyalty program and describe the steps and methods which are associated with the creation together with the introduction of loyalty programs. Another aim of this thesis is to introduce OMV company and its short-term loyalty program, which was taking place at the OMV Czech republic filling station at the turn of year 2012 and 2013. Based on the interviews and SWOT analysis certain improvements have been proposed. Method: For the theoretical background were used studies of specialized literature from marketing and economics. For the final recommendation were used method interview and SWOT analysis. Results: We have introduced the important procedures and methods which are used in creating of loyalty programs. Subsequently, we have analyzed specific loyalty program LIORA, in which we have found several positive and negative aspects. The topic of my master thesis is analysis of farm biogas station in Drahobudice. It is machinery, which processes agriculture crops and garbage from animal produce. From these substrates is produced biogas and burning of this biogas arises electric and thermal energy. This system of production from renewable resources is in accordance with demands of European union on reducing emissions from burning fossil fuels. This thesis contains overview of legislation relevant to given issue, describes development of this project, technical solution and process of operation. A part of this work also covers analysis of economic efficiency this investment and considers effects on environment. The main objective of my thesis is to identify, analyze and evaluate economical and environmental aspects of biogas station in Drahobudice.

Diploma thesis The Differences between Public and Commercial Radio Broadcasting (exemplified by Radiožurnál and Rádio Impuls) deals with differences in broadcasting of public radio station Radiožurnál and commercial radio station Rádio Impuls. The selection of stations was not random. Radiožurnál stays according to Radioprojekt, official radio audience research realized by companies MEDIAN and STEM/MARK, the longterm most listened radio station of Czech Radio and belong to most listened radio station countrywide. Rádio Impuls is since the begining of this research most listened radio station countrywide. Diploma thesis does not examine general differences in radio broadcasting between these two radio stations which are valid for another radio stations of Czech Radio and for other commercial radio stations. Instead of this it deals with specific differences in their radio broadcasting. After introductory inclusion of examined radio stations to media system in the Czech Republic, description of their origin and current format, other chapters focus on individual differences. Attention is dedicated to programs, news, moderators' inputs and two publicistic programs - Ranní interview and Tři Impulsy na tělo. Last chapter evaluates audio, lexical, morphological and syntactical level of moderators'speeches.

Diplomová práce obsahuje informace o přínosech a perspektivách bioplynových stanic v zemědělství. Zprostředkovává čtenářům údaje o možnostech realizace výstaveb bioplynových stanic za spoluúčasti EU, přibližuje proces žádosti o dotaci v rámci Programu rozvoje venkova ČR pro období 2007 -2013, prokazuje ekonomickou efektivnost těchto projektů a poskytuje návod pro vypracování projektu jako klíčové obligatorní přílohy žádosti o dotaci.
