Zaměstnávání starších osob / Employment of the elderly

Junová, Lia January 2015 (has links)
1 Employment of the elderly This paper focuses on employment of older people. The issue is tackled in the light of the international documents of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union. In the following sections the paper analyses French and Czech policies and compares their approach. There are major differences between these two countries in terms of social systems as well as lifestyle of the population. However, France deals with ageing of its population longer than the Czech Republic, therefore its approach may offer an inspiration. The employee representatives traditionally play an important role in France. They also influence the state policy on employment of older people on the basis of the tripartite agreements from 2005 and 2013 respectively. Several action plans on ageing were issued in the Czech Republic. However, there seems to be a lack of political will to introduce proper legislation. The programmes reflect the international documents and recommendations but they are just declarations. On the other hand, the ideas of French agreements are really put in practise. Nevertheless, the French approach cannot be considered a coherent policy of employment of older people. It is rather a set of measures which originated from concessions of the subjects on the labour market The...

Motorická výkonnost dětí staršího školního věku / Fitness of 12 - 15 age children

Pěkný, Marek January 2020 (has links)
: Title: Motor performance of secondary school children Objectives: Assess the level of motor performance of secondary school children. Methods: Using motor tests, I have examined the motor performance of secondary school children in the comon class and in the class with extended physical education. The testing took place in the gym of the secondary school and at the athletic stadium as part of physical education lessons. For the results analyses I have used the following characteristics: arithmetic mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, variance and variation range. I compared the measured results with UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 scales. I compared the results of pupils from the common class with the measurements Pávek (1977), Máchová (2009) and Zapletalová (2011). I compared the results of pupils from the class with extended physical education classes besides scales UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 with measurements of Kraus (2007), Máchová (2009) and Kůta (2016) Results: The thesis has confirmed the hypothesis that pupils from the class with extended physical education have better results in all tests than the pupils from the comon class. The hypothesis that pupils from the extended physical education class will not have a significantly lower level of performance compared to Máchová 2009 or Kraus 2007 was...

Germánské spony starší doby římské v Čechách / Germanic Brooches of the Early Roman Period in Bohemia

Černý, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This dissertation evaluates Germanic fibulae of the Early Roman Period found in the area of Bohemia. The catalogue mainly consists of ca. 740 already published brooches. For the purpose of this dissertation, many of them have been newly documented as well as some so far unpublished finds which are introduced in the appendix of the dissertation. The dissertation sums up our present knowledge of particular types and variations of fibulae and makes their chronology more accurate - based on various combinations of brooches occurring in graves. Alternatively it deals with their connection to certain sex, age and social status. The most common type of brooches is by far the group of the eye-brooches (ca. 300pcs). Regarding the dating, the author managed to cast doubt upon information about some of the brooches found in the literature. The analysis has proven a long survival of some types of fibulae. Key words: brooches - fibulae - Early Roman Period - Germans - Chronology

Krchová, Eva January 2013 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the topic of motivating workers, particularly on two groups of workers - workers in the life period of young adulthood and workers in the period of late middle adulthood. In the introduction the reason for chosing this topic is explained, there are also defined the key words of this problematic and the classic motivation theories; the overview of the motivation theories focused on work environment follow afterwards. Also the findings of developmental psychology, concentrating on the life period of young and late middle adulthood and its differences are presented. Not only the classic literature was the source for this thesis; also many researches that were carried out in recent years and that are focusing on finding out the main difference of motivation of these different groups of workers were the base for this thesis. In the last part of this work I analyse my own findings that are based on the interviews I made with young and older workers and I compare these findings with the findings presented in the international researches. Finally, I state that even though there are some differences in factors that motivate young and older workers and it is necessary to take these differences into account, in the elemental aspects the factors that motivate workers are the same for...
