Main goal of thesis is create educative circuit which increase interest about region Uvaly. Research has been based on fotodocumentation all chosed little religious architecture which consist twenty buildings. Following analysis of place and recommendation what is suitable add to circuit (e.g information board, bench, trash bins or bicycle holder). Next step was choose suitable supplier of these things. Last point was set economical and optimal variant which has been refilled for options where is possible to get financials.

Abstract: This paper is studying peat and soil from the former lake Bokaren in stavby parish. The peat comes from a darkening around a skeleton that was dug out in 2015. The purpose is to investigate whether the previously measured level of arsenic found in previous analyzes can say something about the individual/skeleton found in Bokaren. Is it possible to determine whether the individual has been exposed to arsenic during his life or is naturally present on the spot. The purpose is also to include this in a discussion about poison and poisonings in a prehistoric context, as a possible cause of death for bog bodies?

In the final thesis is solved design of a building for a dancing school. The building is designed from solid wood panels CLT with a diffusion-open system and the building envelope is in passive house standart. Design is subject valids standarts and meets requirements of the investor. Part of the final thesis is drawings with technical description of the building and thermal assessment of the building envelope. Also, in the final thesis is solved fire safety requirements, which is with drawing and fire safety report.

This Master Thesis deals primarily with the legal institute of the right of superficies. It also deals with some another legal institutes which can be used for a building construction on another's land. The Thesis' aim is primarily the analysis and evaluation of the effective legal regulation of the right of superficies and furthermore its comparison with historical regulations, with the Swiss regulation, as well as the comparison with another institutes which can be used for a building construction on another's land. The Thesis is divided into five chapters which are divided into subchapters. The first chapter defines the basical relevant terms which are important for understanding of the legal institute of the right of superficies. The second chapter is dedicated to the history of the right of superficies and introduces historical legal regulations of this legal institute. At first, the original Roman law institute of superficies is introduced, furthermore all the acts which governed the right of superficies in the history in the area of the Czech Republic are analysed, including the regulation of the proposed Czechoslovak Civil Code that never came into force.
