Marketingový audit ve vybrané firmě / Marketing audit in selected company

This thesis addresses the implementation of marketing audit in selected companies. For the analysis of the selected engineering company ENGEL Strojirenska ltd. based in the South Bohemian Kaplice. The thesis is divided into an introduction and objectives, literature review, characteristics, implementing marketing audit itself, solution design changes, conclusion and list of references. The literature review is characterized by marketing, micro and macro environments, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, competitor analysis and marketing audit. The next part is a characteristic of the chosen company and the bulk of the work is devoted to the implementation of the marketing audit itself. There is an audit of the marketing environment, marketing audit strategies, audit marketing organization, marketing systems audit, audit marketing audit productivity and marketing activities.The necessary information is collected through structured interviews with company management. Based on the findings that emerged from the marketing audit is given a proposal for changes to improve the current situation in the company.

This thesis aims to develop a business plan on starting a mini-brewery. It is divided into three main parts. Basic terminology regarding the discussed issue is described in the theoretical part, particularly explaining certain concepts from the business sphere as well as concepts related to both beer and the mini-brewery. The next part contains a particular procedure. I intend to deal with more in the practical part. The practical part then specifically refers to the market situation detected through several analyses, such as STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis, and also includes the considered company´s marketing plan. An integral part of the thesis is a simplified financial analysis, which allows to determine whether this type of business is actually feasible.

The graduation theses drala with the conflicts that occur in the recreation area Seč. These conflicts have been identified based on the bachelor's thesis, which carried out questionnaire surveys and situational analysis. PEST and SWOT analysis of defined environment were then processed in the thesis. These investigations revealed conflicts that hinder the optimal use of the recreational area. Based upon the current situation of the area, strategic targets, measures and tourism development plan were presented. The main goal of this thesis was to select a specific conflict in the use of Seč water reservoir for recreational activities and then prepare a proposal of project documentation. The propsal of project documentation is dealing with the lack of tourism infrastructure in the recreational area.

The main target of the thesis was to elaborate a project documentation that would focus on the solution of the conflicts caused by the recreational exploitation of the area. However, the results of preceding bachelor thesis (guestioning of visitors and situation analysis), interviews and of SWOT, PEST analyses pointed to the existence of several conflict issues. Based upon the current situation of the area, strategic targets, measures and tourism development plan were presented. The biggest problem of the area is an underdeveloped infrastructure of tourism and inferior accomodation with a high level of services. Presented project is dealing with a motel building in the camp, which should grafity all requierements of the tourists.

The graduation thesis follows my bachelor thesis, especially results of bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis has unhiden several conflicts which arise in the destination (section of the river Vltava from Vyšší Brod to České Budějovice) using the river Vltava by recreational activities. The main aim of my graduation thesis is to elaborate a scheme of a projectal documentation, which will solve the existing conflicts while using the river Vltava by the recreational activities. I have used the primar and secondary information to work out the graduation thesis. It was necessary to elaborate the STEP analysis. The basis for creation of a SWOT analysis were the results of a situation analysis, the questionnaires, the interviews, STEP analysis. The goals, the strategies and the measures were divided into five difficult groups with the partial goals and strategies included. In virtue of those measures there was one measure chosen, that will resolve the conflict (elimination dificiencies in offer usage free time).

The aim of this thesis was to find and evaluate the possibilities of openning a new branch of boat rental in Český Krumlov. For this task I chose the firm Ká-servis, which gave me the necessary information. The first step was to study necessary literature, which helped me to understand some of the problems important for the right processing of this thesis. In its own part, I characterized the branche of the firm and then its history until today, including the supply of goods and services. Analysing the marketing environment, I tried to map the situation of the firm's market and also to determine the effect that it can significantly affect the near future. After that I made an analysis of customer's needs and wishes through a guided interview with a certain number of respondents. That could help the firm to find out, what it should focus on by opening a new branch. The next step was an analysis of suitable locations to open a branch. The aim was to find the best choice. On the basis of evaluated data, I persuaded that the best place to open a new branch of Ká-servis in Český Krumlov is on the edge of the historic centre.

The thesis ``Analysis of import activities of a selected company{\crqq} has been developed in cooperation with the company TRW - DAS Dačice, which deals with the production of components for cars and trucks. The main goal of this paper was an analysis of imports conducted by the company TRW - DAS Dačice and a forecast of their future development. The analysis of imports for the given company was carried out for the period from 2005 to 2009, the company{\crq}s suppliers have been analyzed and all significant results have been shown by graphical visualization. The thesis deals with an analysis of the growing Asian competition in the supply market. This analysis was performed for the automotive industry in most developing countries in South and East Asia by means of the following concepts: STEP analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these three analyses an appropriate strategy for the company TRW - DAS Dačice was found.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the life-cycle of a water company and its strategic decision making, and then to suggest possible changes to improve the business. For the purpose of the thesis the selected water company was CEVAK a.s. located in České Budějovice. The first section of the thesis contains a theoretical description of the company's life-cycle and strategic management. The strategic management section mainly contains strategic analyses as it is a very important part of decision making. The theoretical section is mainly processed from literary sources and also contains theoretical schemes. The second part is an analysis of the chosen water company. This section also contains a description of how the water company works, how it generates profit, price making and business relations. This section also contains a description of how the water company works, how it generates profit, price making and business relations. The last section of the thesis contains suggestions for improvement in the company. The bulk of this part discusses better integration of the company into the life of citizens.
