Zařízení pro záznam dat / Data logger

Dráb, Dominik January 2018 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with design of universal data logging device. The work proposes the design of device architecture and describes individual systems and components, that are necessary for data logging. Logger is designed as a mobile device, with ARM microcontroller at its core. Thesis specifies requirements for device in terms of performance and versatility. The device uses modular construction, as it comprises multiple PCBs. The thesis describes their design and also design of the mechanical construction of data logger. Designed device has been realized and assembled. Software design for microcontroller is also part of the thesis. In the last part, measurements to determine achieved parameters of the device are conducted.

Pohon garážových vrat s asynchronním motorem. / Garage door drive with idnuction machine

Lažek, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with a design of an electrical drive for a sliding side door. Goal of the thesis is to design of a frequency converter for an asynchronous motor with a gearbox. In the first part, the power supply for the freqency converter is solved in form of a single phase rectifier. Power section is solved by an integrated module IKC10H60GA manofactured by Infineon. The control board is provided with circuits for communication between the processor and the power section. Auxiliary power supply is designed as a fly - back converter. The drive of the converter is realized by STM32 Nucleo - 64 board. The design of the converter and drive algorithm are described in detail.

Vestavěné zařízení pro řízení robotické ruky / Embedded Device for Robotic Arm Control

Kyzlink, Jiří January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with a design and implementation of an embedded device (module), used to control a robotic manipulator. The module instructs servomotors of the manipulator to move according to the commands received via USB interface. The module consists of two double-sided printed circuit boards. The first one allows connection to the CAN bus, redundant and thus reliable power supply for servomotors as well as the whole module. The second board, compute oriented one, embeds powerful microcontroller used to communicate with the servomotors and to solve the kinematics tasks. As a part of the thesis a graphical user interface as well as a web-oriented interface were developed. Both interfaces allow full control of the manipulator. All the communicating buses, tools and methods used during the design and implementation phases of the work are described in the thesis. Finally, measurements proved improvement of the motion smoothness and response times in several orders of magnitude in comparison to the previous system.

Návrh a konstrukce dvoukolového mobilního robotu / Design and Construction of a Two-Wheel Mobile Robot

Meisl, Milan January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with a design and construction of a two-wheeled mobile robot. In order to prepare a high-quality project, a testing carriage has been constructed serving as a basis of useful information for the final design and construction. Beside introduction and conclusion, the diploma thesis consists of four main parts. While the first part of the thesis briefly introduces the field of robotics, the theoretical part focuses both on particular components necessary for the robot's construction as well as the Segway vehicle which served as an inspiration for the robot's functionality. After characteristics of a testing carriage, attention is devoted to individual methods of stabilization, with several different types of sensors being used. Furthermore, the chapter on mechanical design examines choice of devices and their position and provides a scheme for their construction. The electrical design follows afterwards, describing circuits that were considered optimal for the designed wiring. The forth part of the diploma thesis concentrates on the construction of a two-wheeled carriage and covers following topics: construction of mechanical components, production of electric boards, programmatic equipment of the carriage and its implementation, testing of the carriage and finally also an evaluation of achieved results.

Wireless Sensor And Actuator Nodes For A Process Control Experiment

Wälivaara, Jesper January 2018 (has links)
This report details the work which has been done to redesign an older process control lab setup, in order for it to become fully modular and wirelessly controllable. The process control lab setup of interest was the quadruple water tank process. Asa proof of concept, a single prototype tank module of the quadruple tank setup wasto be redesigned, where this new design would use entirely modular and wirelesslycontrollable sensors and actuators. The design of these wireless devices was donefrom scratch, the end result was that a set of micro-controller based devices whichcommunicate over Xbee radios were manufactured. Control of this wireless tanksystem was achieved through a custom Simulink interface, said interface was alsocreated during this project. The finalized tank prototype system worked as intendedand it fulfilled all of the relevant system requirements regarding the sensor and actuator network design. There was originally a mechanical design component in thisproject which had to be left after the initial research stages due to time constraints, which concerned the construction of a new tank system. This prototype system wasa proof of concept, which proved the feasibility of building larger scale wirelesslycontrollable process control systems, such as the quadruple water tank process.
