Diplomová práce pojednává o aplikaci benchmarkingu z pozice Realitní společnosti České spořitelny. V teoretické části práce je popsán celkový proces strategického řízení, z kterého benchmarking vychází. Poté je dán teoretický základ samotného benchmarkingu (postup, druhy, výhody, nevýhody). V praktické části práce je nastíněna situace Realitní společnosti České spořitelny na realitním trhu, její největší slabiny a je zvolen benchmark pro porovnání. Po samotné aplikaci benchmarkingu (finančního i nefinančního) jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti.

Theoretical part deals with characterization of marketing mix and brand management. Practical part includes analysis of the market of alcoholic beverages in Czech Republic and consumers trends and analysis of up to now marketing strategy of the firm. Properly it deals with analysis and evaluation of marketing strategy while launching new product. The thesis also contains marketing consumer research. In the end there is the whole evaluation of the campaign with some recommendations for future progress.

The final assessment and recommendations are made focused on these analyses and then, a product strategy is suggested to improve the company's performance on the market.

This thesis aims to investigate pension funds'investment behavior in times of a capital markets crisis; to discuss actions taken and changes of an investment policy; and to point out legislative issues. Another topic is a discussion over the contribution of each investment tool to the portfolio performance, and a prediction of the investment policy of pension funds. An important part of this thesis is the analysis of the detailed portfolio of PF Stabilita. The outcome of this paper is not to predict a future developement of capital markets, although a broad prediction for each investment tool is made, but to investigate a reaction of pension funds to the 2008 capital markets turmoils.
