The aim of the Master thesis is to describe and evaluate the communication strategy of Budějovický Majáles for the year 2014. The first two chapters are describing theoretical terms from nonprofit sector and marketing. The practical part contains history of majáles in the Czech Republic and in České Budějovice, where the festival follows its origin and is noncommercial. Furthermore it describes the used communication tools and their timing. Last chapter contains results of a questionnaire, which was used as a source for further recommendation.

This thesis offers a theoretical perspective on strategy, strategic management and strategic analysis. Theoretical knowledge is applied in a practical part and the company's draft strategy has been formulated using the strategic analysis results in the form Business model Canvas.

The theoretical part deals with the general solutions of creating the marketing strategy and marketing plan and then with the specifics of the B2B marketing. In the second part the daughter company Cloos Praha is introduced as well as the German mother company Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH an then it deals with the creation of the marketing strategy and marketing plan of Cloos Praha for the year 2014.

They facing a continuous decline in market share. At the same time, the whole category of white mold cheese is growing. The thesis is divided into two parts.In the first part,there are described theoretical approaches of creating marketing strategy, brand management, brand differentiation and market segmentation. It contains various concepts of shaping marketing strategies and their realization. In the second part, there is an analysis of the brands, the market situation and the consumer behavior. In the final part, the author proposes recommendations of the future marketing strategy.

The goal of this Master's Thesis is to create business plan including draft of company strategy and financial plan and to assess viability of the business plan. The Thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps legislation framework of company establishment in the Czech Republic with regard to limited liability companies, practical activities related to company establishment as creation of business plan, establishment budget and assessment of business activities. Last part is focused on company strategy. The practical part is focused on business plan of fictive company BEZLEPO CHLÉB s.r.o., which is involved in producing mainly gluten-free bakery products. The last part shows financial plan for the next five years including three options. Lately there is assessed the feasibility of the project.

The thesis is divided into two parts. First theoretical part aims to define political marketing and his individual concepts and models, and then election campaigns and strategies. In analytical part of thesis it will be accomplished the strategic analysis of party TOP 09 and then analysis of communication strategy. Evaluation of communication strategy of political party TOP 09 and proposals to streamline is the important part of this thesis.
