Subject master´s thesis is design of a measuring device for the study of sliding contact. It including description sliding contact, its importance and application possibilities. Specification of examination possibilities of sliding contact, indicate the possibilities of evaluating the measured results. Design a stationary measuring device for long-term tests of the sliding contact and verify its the basic system concept. The goal of this work is a design of a hydraulic drilling unit and a manipulator for the PSU 9000 machine. The introduction describes the use of underground mining drilling machines and mentions some of the current solutions. The second part contains the design and calculations of individual components. In the final part, the finite-element method is used for calculation of the bearing parts of the construction.

The aim of my graduation theses is to work up the literature search of polymer processing. To give a short summary of their structure, characteristic and fabrication technique. Then to make a structural design of injection mold for producing the scheduled aim and motivate this design with requisite calculation for construction of the tool, a choice of injection machine and rundown of injection cycle. At the end of my work is this aim economically reviewed and compared with alternative form of structural design.

The content of this dissertation is to utilize foundations of heat consumption in Velký Karlov and to propose and replace the main district heating plant into the heating plant which uses biomass as its fuel. With techno-economic evaluation of the annual operating central heating plant evaluate the suitability of using a steam turbine or steam engine. The proposal for a steam turbine is chosen by the preliminary calculation. There are showed suitable possibilities of working and its evaluation considered to return period.

This thesis focuses on design solutions for the Harvester. It is a machine designed for the extraction of timber in large quantities. Its major place of employment is in coniferous forests. The machine is able to cut down the tree, remove branches from the tree and cut it into requested segments suitable for the removal and all in one step. The main aim of the thesis is to create an original shape solution for the Harvester, a machine for the wood harvesting, with a view to future development. The total concept is based on the present progressive, constructional technology solutions. Machine design is based on the the fundamental ergonomic requirements that make it easier for drivers to work. In the proposal I use a combination of a wheeled harvester with a walking robot design.

The diploma thesis deals with replacement of frame for elevator machine. Original frame was made from metallurgic profile and was replaced by bending sheet metal. The thesis contains strength analysis and calculation of original construction solution as well as the new one. Strength calculation was done in program I-DEAS for two load sets: full load in regular operation and immediate cessation of elevator machine in full speed.

In this master´s thesis is after first part, which is study explosions and detonators work, solutions to technology of production case of delay. First is anatomize technology of construction where is solve the form of stock and material from which the case of delay should be produce. Next capitol is about the ways of production of this part. The output of the thesis is complete production processes at all levels of detonators and selection of machine according to technical and economical aspects.
