The work deals with the inventory management in project Deuta in company Metra Blansko. It deals with the analysis of present inventory management situation, especially through the use of ABC-analysis. On the basis of executed analyses are made recommendations to ensure the improvement in inventory management.

Presented thesis called "Obliged entities according to The Act on Free Acces to Information" deals with obliged entities in compliance with current legislation, also with legislative development and with current specification in The Act on Free Access to Information. This thesis brings comprehensive view of current problems which arise from practice, primarily from point of view of legal science and specialized literature. Field of obliged entities is especially recently the frequent subject of decision-making practice, which is executed by the constitutional and administrative justice. Mentioned courts spread the number of obliged entities by their judicial working. Author of this thesis tries to present his own solutions of problems, which are related to current legal regulations. Obliged entities are those which have an obligation to provide informatik related to their activities in compliance with The Act on Free Access to Information. Persons subject to duty under Act. No. 106/1999 Sb., on a free access to information Abstract Thesis Persons subject to duty under Act. No.106/1999 Sb., on a free access to information, which aim is to uncover the particular groups of the obliged persons and to point out to the most frequent problems, that during the application of the mentioned legal regulation around this groups occur, consists of the eleven parts in total. The first part deals with the right to information in its wide connection - as a constitonally embodied right, that on the one hand helps to fulfil partial principle of transparency of the public administration, which is a subset and a component of the democratic state of law principle, and on the other hand is means of effective utilization of the another rights, especially the political ones. The second chapter gives the definition of the term "information" and pursues to its typical attributes. This part of the text also points out the potentional non-standard handling with information and its legal consequences following from the various legal regulations. The present diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and the assessment of the state of the art of legal regulations of rights and duties of the persons who participate in the administration of taxes in relation to basic principles of tax administration. The core legal regulation which is relevant for the theme under study is the tax rules that comprise a basic survey of principles applicable by the entities of the administration of taxes in practice. The tax rules is thus a main source of the findings for the enforcement of individual as well as partial rights and duties by tax payers and third persons that participate in the administration of taxes, and at the same time it determines the scope of the powers of the administrator of the tax which he administers against these. Basic principles of tax administration, together with the other legal principles which could also be applied at the administration of taxes, are main principles of the tax procedural law, for which they have significant importance in the form of constitutionally and legally regulated correctives. I focused on the solving of the unemployment social impacts in the South Bohemian region via located economy in my thesis. According to the latest surveys unemployment is on the lowest level from the year 1996 both in the South Bohemian region and the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, there are certain groups of people who are threatened by unemployment. Moreover, current positive development of the unemployment cannot be considered as a permanent status. My thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I focused on the term of local economy, its tools, principles and furthermore I concentrate myself on the possibilities of incorporation people into the working process. Following part deals with global economy issues that have a negative impact on the local economy. Then I concentrate myself on the enterprise entities in the Czech Republic, their ownership structure, legal forms of enterprise and a development of business environment when a support of small and middle businesses can play an important role in the process of creating new job positions. The aim of my thesis is to map tools of local economy and a description of their usage, while emphasizing the business unit´s division, the possibilities of their development and creation of new job positions in the defined South Bohemian companies. With respect to the aim and specific characteristics of the defined group I chose a method of survey done via semi-structured interviews. Defined group is formed by chosen companies with Czech ownership in the South Bohemian region. For completing the employment data, I executed semi-structured interviews with two officers of České Budějovice Labor Office chosen with simple intentional choice. The results of my survey show that the defined companies with Czech ownership in the South Bohemian region are not enough motivated to create new job positions because (as the survey shows) the more employees they have the higher financial budget they need. Unfortunately, this extra budget is not available. Therefore, local companies cannot serve as a pillar against increase of unemployment in the context of current forms of enterprise support. The thesis may serve as a study material for students of Health and Social Faculty in the town České Budějovice or as an informational material for Labor Office CZ and representatives of South Bohemian region.

V diplomové práci se věnuji analýze vlivu implementace jednoho ze systémů řízení jakosti na subjekt územní samosprávy. V první kapitole proto uvádím základní definice a pojmy územní samosprávy. Zaměřuji se na kvalitu ve veřejné správě, na její vývoj a důvody, které vedou veřejnou správu k implementaci a využívání metod řízení kvality. Z možných metod kvality jsem si vybrala systém řízení jakosti pomocí sebehodnocení ? Common Assessment Framework (CAF) a hledám přínosy, které subjekt územní samosprávy může díky modelu CAF získat. Následně analyzuji jednotlivé kroky, které úřad při zavedení systému sebehodnocení musí provést. V závěru této práce analyzuji kvalitativní a kvantitativní přínosy modelu CAF pro občany, zaměstnance, společnost a pro konečné hospodaření úřadu.

Environmental policy instruments in the Czech Republic This thesis deals with environmental policy instruments and related issues. In the introduction I analyze in general what the environment is and what role it plays in our life and its importance for life, then also by short historical excursion and also by the very definition of what is the environment and also the environmental policy itself. A large part is occupied by environmental policy actors that are an integral part of this area, as it would not be possible to carry out environmental policy without them. I divide them into state and non-state, among which the main difference is especially in volunteering. I describe their activities and examples of using individual tools in their performance. An important part is also an insight into the international area in the field of international environmental conferences as well as the European Union action plans. This section presents a brief overview of the development of international conferences on environment and sustainable development. Then, in the European Union, I am analyzing the last seventh action program in detail. This diploma thesis deals with corporate management of selected economic subject and its analysis, on the base of it recommendation are formulated, which can be used for management and growth of company. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the current state of the solved problems in the literature, the practical part deals with investigated company and results of the thesis. In terms of analysis of external environment are realised PEST and EFE analysis, which revealed an above-average dependence on the external environment. In the internal environment, the analysis focuses on the object of business, organizational structure, selected area of human resources management, also on profits and financial analysis. Part of the diploma thesis is SWOT analysis and structural analysis of branch by Porter's model of five power also. These analysis support ether a slightly proactive approach to business.
