The aim of this work was to analyze complexly the failure of financial market entities, with the accent of a banking institution, comparison with the European legal system, but also with the emphasis on solving the financial crisis of the banking system and its ways of resolving or maintaining the activity, possible insolvency of banking entities. At the end of the thesis, the author also deals with practical aspects of selected banks. From the above point of view, three sub-concepts are key to this work, which deserve a brief explanation as they permeate the work and gradually reveal the basic issues of the subject matter, but also their hypotheses outlining the next direction of research, and at the same time offers some legislative guidance material solution of the given issue. This diploma thesis provides a complete information about local politics in the town of Vlašim. Theoretical basis is primary focused on the theory of coalitions and its typology. Then characterizes socio - economic indicators of the municipality, which have the main effects on the local political system. Further, it describes election periods from the year of 2002 to 2010. This part is important to know all contexts that have influenced today's composition of coalition and in fact the whole situation in the city council. The last chapter applies the theory of coalition at the local level. For the correct interpretation and understanding of the formation of coalitions in Vlašim it is fundamental to detect the local specificities such as motivation of creating partnership between the parties, relationships between councilors etc. Now it is possible to understand the local political scene and subsequently the principles of local coalitions.

The object of this diploma thesis was to analyze the tourism potential in the Macha{\crq}s region and analyze the partnership between subjects of tourism in this area. Tourist attractions and tourist services were analyzed too. There were given tips to improve the development of tourism.

I have chosen the topic of this diploma thesis for its relevance. The number of ordered executions is still high and the ratio between rights and obligations on the part of individual subjects of the execution proceeding is unclear. The diploma thesis discusses subjects of the execution proceeding according to the Execution Procedure Act. It analyses who can be subject and participant of the execution proceeding, the status of the subjects, their role in execution proceeding and also their rights and duties. The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare the position of individual subjects, describe how the execution can affect lives not only of the obligated and entitled subjects but also lives of third parties and to elaborate on future legislation. The diploma thesis is, except for the introduction and the conclusion, divided into ten chapters. The beginning is devoted to general questions regarding subjects and participants of the proceeding and the proceeding itself. Then it discusses individual subjects of the execution proceeding. The last chapter focuses on the discussion about future legislation.

This thesis considers acquisition, depreciation and disposal of long-term tangible and intangible property. The objective of the thesis is to compare related bookkeeping operations of the entrepreneurial subjects and of the non-profit organizations, to prove by evidence and to explain, how the operations influence the trading income. In the survey, which includes seven allowance organizations, the particular attention is paid to low value long-term property and book depreciation.

This thesis deals with the subject of independent theatre in Prague. Its aim is to present the current representative of the Prague independent theatre operators in the cultural centres as well as between performing arts organizations. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of entities operating in this sector. Within the practical part one selected artistic entity is analysed in detail in terms of its repertoire and financing. Further, one of its major projects is also being analysed. In conclusion, the issue is even more insight in today's society through the lens of the processed survey. Labour aims to map the situation in today's theatre scene and the chosen example to present the possibilities and limitations with which operators may face.

The thesis focuses on the relationship between the European Union and platform companies, and it tries to explore a debate about binding regulations regarding the moderation of illegal content online. The Regulation on preventing the dissemination of illegal terrorist content online from 2018 was applied as the case to test the arguments. The thesis applies the concept of platform governance triangle to analyse whether the Regulation has the potential to be effective. The research argues that the effectiveness of the Regulation depends on the actors competencies, the legitimation of the Regulation and how it was contested during the decision-making process, and finally on the power relations between actors and the tools to monitor and enforce the Regulation. The research shows that the EU has extensive competencies in areas of independence, representativeness and expertise due to the work of EU specialised agencies. Platform companies, on the other hand, possess unique technical competencies to moderate terrorist content online. Furthermore the specific design of the Regulation, and the fact that it was designed under the ordinary legislative procedure and was contested by various actors, suggest the Regulation is legitimate. Unemployment is a subject examined in many fields, e.g. sociology, economics or psychology. However, all these areas for the most part disregard gender implications within the topic. This is why I have attempted in my work to address the issue of unemployment from a gender perspective in greater detail through the activities of the Labor Office, as the central institution dealing with unemployment in the Czech Republic. Specifically, I have examined whether or not there are gender stereotypes in the work of female and male employees of the Labor Office; in particular, whether or not jobs and retraining programs have been offered, or demanded, in a gender-stereotypical manner. Since I conducted interviews for my research shortly after the amendments to the Employment Act and the Labor Code took effect, which fundamentally influenced the activities of female and male employees of the Labor Office, I have obtained significant additional information on the functioning of the new measures in practice. Therefore, my thesis provides an insight not only into gender stereotypes in the work of the Labor Office, but also into the new tools of what is referred to as "active employment policy" (from the point of view of the Labor Office's employees), including both the envisaged benefits of these tools as well...

The diploma thesis is focused on fan participation in current state of play in professional football. The paper provides three case-studies of the establishment of fan teams and associations in the background of professional football in the Czech Republic. The objective of thesis is to compare the situation of three fan teams in the Czech Republic and the world. Secondarily, the paper seeks to analyze fan teams as part of civic society and to what extent the teams contribute to the fulfillment of basic functions of civic society.

Social entrepreneurship is an innovative solution to increasing social problems related to unemployment and its inseparable social impact, such as social exclusion of persons that are disadvantaged in terms of labour market access. In spite of the fact that the law of the Czech Republic lacks a legal framework of social entrepreneurship (the term of social enterprise as such is not legally based nor defined), there are many local activists who make effort to change this state of inequality, using social enterprises as a means of generating new workplaces for people handicapped in terms of entering an open labour market. The main practical goal of the thesis I hereby present is to help those social entrepreneurs with creating more sustainable organisation structure of their businesses. The first part of my thesis is dedicated to explaining basic concepts and charting a theoretical framework of the research. In the second part I focus on the results of empirical research regarding social enterprise operation. The results may serve as practical advice on organisation structure optimisation in the field of gastronomy.
