Russellova analýza Peanovy aritmetiky / Russell's analysis of Peano Arithmetic

Jankovská, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is Russell's analysis of Peano arithmetic. This analysis was presented by Russell and A. N. Whitehead in the book Prin- cipia Mathematica and then in Russell's book Introduction to Mathema- tical Philosophy which provided this approach in a more accessible form. The thesis focuses on Russell's critique of original Peano axioms and his effort to use only logical definitions instead of axioms. Another goal of the thesis is Russell's theory of classes and substitution of classes by propositional functions. Furthermore, the type theory for propositional functions is introduced and explained. All is converted into present-day logical notation. Moreover, the non-standard models of Russell's Peano arithmetic are studied. Finally, there are two particular arithmetic exam- ples illustrating the purposes of the thesis. Key words Bertrand Russell, Peano Arithmetic, classes, propositional funkction

Filmová a audiovizuální tvorba na základní škole jako prostředek stmelování třídy a prevence sociálně patologických jevů ve třídě / Film and audiovisual production on basic school as a way of class socialization and prevention of socially pathological phenomena in the classroom

Šuslík, Marcel January 2017 (has links)
Main theme of my dissertation is a use of movie making among secondary school children to support class climate and also to prevent some specific social pathological events. Dissertation closely relates to my previous Bc. dissertation which is summed up at the beginning. Then based on literature review I discuss class climate in general, its basic elements and ways in which can teacher positively influence it. In the section about a prevention of negative social pathological events I was focused on those imminently related to class environment. Then I analysed methodology of consecutive movie making and suitable methods of research of class climate benefits. The focal point of my dissertation is however a participant observation of school movie making which was created as a part of Antifetfest contest. The movie making was observed from an initial topic formulation to a school opening. An analysis of my observation was connected to sociometric measurement which was done before and after the movie making. In an effort to state if the movie making is a suitable secondary school method was the whole analysis joined with opinions of my colleagues and students.

Dědění ze zákona / Intestate Succession

Oravcová, Petra January 2016 (has links)
1 Abstract This thesis focuses on the regulation of intestate succession, particularly in relation to the Civil Code no. 89/2012. It is not limited only to this regulation, but also includes the historical development of inheritance law and intestate succession from the Roman period, through the Middle Ages and subsequently identifies also modern civil codes. The thesis is divided into four sections, each dealing with certain aspects of intestate succession and related institutes. The first part, which describes the historical development of the intestate succession, is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is devoted to Roman law legislation and in the second chapter a succession in the Middle Ages is described. Followed by a fairly detailed regulation of intestate succession according to the General Civil Code of 1811 and a brief reminder of the government's draft of Civil Code from 1937. The fifth chapter deals with the intestate succession under the Civil Code no. 141/1950 and finally in the sixth chapter there is a brief description of the intestate succession under the Civil Code no. 40/1964., as detailed adjustment is included in other parts of the thesis in the context of a comparison. The second part deals with the preconditions of inheritance succession under effective legislative. The...

Dědění ze zákona / Intestate Succession.

Kučerová, Eva January 2013 (has links)
Intestate Succession Inheritance law is a very important part of civil law, because it ensures transfer of rights and obligations of the deceased to his successors and to preserve the values for future generations. Our inheritance law is characterized by its essential feature is the influence of the state in probate proceedings through the judicial commissioner (notary). This thesis focuses on the regulation of intestate succession in our legal system and in particular to the regulation contained in the Civil Code, 40/1964 Sb. and regulation in the new Civil Code, 89/2012 Sb. I'm trying to refer the changes that with the new Civil Code in our law occur and the possible positive or negative consequences of these changes. My work consists of four main parts, which are further divided. In the first part of my work I try to show to preconditions that are needed to make the inheritance ever happen. These preconditions are the death of a natural person, the existence of heritage, capacity of heir or legal reason inheritance (inheritance titles) and finally rejection heritage. Individual preconditions are divided into chapters and there is every precondition described in more detail. In the second part of my work is contained regulation of inheritance law now effective, thus regulation in the Civil Code, 40/1964...

Endangered tree species and their populations: a case study Dendrosicyos socotrana

Ali, Abdulwahab Saad Saeed January 2014 (has links)
The study was performed on 24 localities throughout Socotra Island to approach the threatened tree species of Dendrosicyos socotrana (DS, Cucumber tree), its population and regeneration. 14 localities out of these localities contain DS individuals. This survey studied the land-cover classes of High Shrubland with Succulents, Low Croton-Jatropha Shrubland, Sparse Dwarf Shrubland, Wadies, Submontane Grassland, Submontane Shrubland, Frankincense Woodland, Dracaena Woodland, Urban land, Date Palm Plantation, and Frankincense Forest. Studied localities form an area of 96 square kilometres and 204 individuals have been found (excluding seedlings). The basic measurement of specimens had been taken (height, GBH, fertility and coordinates) as well as collected data about biotope site and regeneration. Regeneration occurred approximately on 36 % of all localities. Dendrosicyos socotrana could be fertile on height of 2 m. The estimation of total number of DS population on Socotra Island could be 8 113 individuals. It is conspicuously showing that High Shrubland with Succulents and Wadies are the best habitat for Dendrosicyos socotrana, the reason is that the northern-slopes and wadies protect Dendrosicyos socotrana from the strong monsoon wind in the Island. As for others land-cover, DS species prefers wind-protected locations. In conclusion the DS population are decreasing in whole Island and I am suggesting to seek for a solution for this unique species.

Vliv šířky pracovního pole plně mechanizovaných technologií na zpeněžení dříví stanovený na základě sortimentace - případová studie na ŠLP Masarykův les Křtiny

Kyselý, Martin January 2015 (has links)
There was the field investigation carried out at Habrůvka forest district in eight Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) dominated forest stands from 4th to 11th age class. Based on the survey data the individual stems were notionally split into parts, assorted, classified into quality grades and valued according to average prices on the timber market for 2013. The results of assorting clearly show the difference between the expected realization of the trees along the forest tracks and from the inside of the forest stand, where trees from the inside achieve higher values. Subsequently, the evaluation of two basic forest infrastructure schemes was conducted, as the more forest tracks, the larger area affected and the higher number of the trees with lower expected value occurs. In terms of yields from the forest stand the variant with wider working fields seems more profitable, even though different technologies have to be applied.

Porovnání výkonnostních parametrů vybraných hřebců a jejich dcer

Hortová, Petra January 2016 (has links)
In this work I focused on the Czech warmblood breed, its history and combustibility characteristics. The aim of the thesis is to compare the performance parameters stallions, their daughters and description of the performance tests of the Czech warmblood. The basis for database was selected stallions stallions list, with permission for bree-ding in the Czech Republic in 2015. The work was focused on the performance parame-ters of sires and their daughters, while I conducted an evaluation of whether stallions are worse or innovators. The data were processed using Excel and Statistics 12, in which I-selected stallions ranked alphabetically. Then I developed a table, where they are evaluated and compared the average value of the relevant class mares with stallions (father).

Kolísání konjugačních typů - korpusová a dotazníková studie / scillation within the Czech Verbal Conjugation

DUŠÁKOVÁ, Lenka January 2012 (has links)
The Czech conjugaion is typical of relative instability of particular conjugation paradigma. The aim of this thesis is to examine a systematic transitiv of verbs of one class to another class on the one hand and to examine fluctuation of chosen verbs between different patterns, to determine topical forms of these transitions and fluctuation and finally to determine the direction of this transitiv, i. e. identificate more frequently used paradigma for each transitiv and fluctuation on the other hand. De facto it is the eximinaton of stability of verbal conjugation, with the aim to identify stronger or more dominant paradigma. A typice example of the transitiv is the migration of verbs from first class (mazat) to fifth class (dělat), a typice example of fluctuation is the second class, in which individual verbs tend to fluctuate between different patterns. Neither the fluctuation nor the transitiv do not happen at the same level in all morphological forms: the aim of this thesis is to identify these forms and determine the level and frequency of fluctuations and transitions in the contemporary usage from the corpus data (ČNK) and data obtained from questionnaires. This work is dividend into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part we discuss verbal categories and classification of verbs based od them. Besides the classical Czech systém, we describe also one-stem systém (Townsend 2000, section 2.2), then we describe individual classes, patterns and also transitions and fluctuations esistin in the Czech verbal systém. The practical part is dedicated to verification of described tendencies. We proceed along two lines: on the one hand we use data from ČNK and on the other hand, (led by an effort to reach even spoken, not only written languages, in which the corpus SYN is based), the author made a questionnaire to which 85 people responded. The results of both examinations overlap.

Temporální vývoj záborů zemědělské půdy ve vybraném území a jeho dopady na krajinu

Slováková, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with the development of the appropriation of land during different time periods in the area of Kopřivnice. Using the method of literature research, the concepts and suburbanization problematics in the Czech Republic and in the world were defined. The results were found by analyzing the individual details using data within three time horizons and evaluated by comparison. Furthermore, strategic, planning and implementation documentation in the area were analyzed. Then the form and extent of occupation in the area was evaluated based on the data. Finally, further possible development of the area was proposed with the application ArcMap with regard to the protection of the soil fund.
