Zhodnocení metod morphingu otisků prstů oproti reálnému systému / Evaluation of Fingerprint Morphing Methods Compared to a Real System

Kolínek, Daniel January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this work is to design methods of fingerprint morphing, subsequently to implement the proposed methods and to test their effectiveness by breaking into real verification systems made by Innovatrics and Neurotechnology, two prominent companies in biometrics. Methods for morphing were designed mainly based on the article On the Feasibility of Creating Double-Identity Fingerprints where the part of the preparation of fingerprints on the input was modified and an adjustment of the output was made so that it is able to work with fingerprint images taken under different conditions. Fingerprints created by morphing were recognized as genuine in 41.72 % of cases when compared to the default threshold. The main benefit of this work is the created application for generating fingerprints using morphing and to point out that this method is a\,threat to existing systems used for fingerprint recognition.

Izometrické a izomorfní klasifikace prostorů spojitých a baireovských afinních funkcí / Isomorphic and isometric classification of spaces of continuous and Baire affine functions

Ludvík, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
This thesis consists of five research papers. The first paper: We prove that under certain conditions, the existence of an isomorphism between spaces of continuous affine functions on the compact convex sets imposes home- omorphism between the sets of its extreme points. The second: We investigate a transfer of descriptive properties of elements of biduals of Banach spaces con- strued as functions on dual unit balls. We also prove results on the relation of Baire classes and intrinsic Baire classes of L1-preduals. The third: We identify intrinsic Baire classes of X with the spaces of odd or homogeneous Baire functions on ext BX∗ , provided X is a separable real or complex L1-predual with the set of extreme points of its dual unit ball of type Fσ. We also provide an example of a separable C∗ -algebra such that the second and second intrinsic Baire class of its bidual differ. The fourth: We generalize some of the above mentioned results for real non-separable L1-preduals. The fifth: We compute the distance of a general mapping to the family of mappings of the first resolvable class via the quantity frag and we introduce and investigate a class of mappings of countable oscillation rank.

Imunosuprese po transplantaci kryokonzervovaných tepenných alloštěpů v experimentu. / Immunosuppressive protocols after cryopreserved aortal allotransplantation in rats.

Špunda, Rudolf January 2019 (has links)
The aim of our study was to simulate in rats all aspects and techniques used in our new clinical program of cryopreserved alloarterial transplantation and investigate the influence of two immunosuppressive protocols with tacrolimus on acute rejection of these allografts. Cryopreserved abdominal aortic grafts were transplanted between Brown-Norway and Lewis rats. Tacrolimus (0,2 mg/kg daily) was administered from day 1 to day 30 (TAC1) or from day 7 to day 30 (TAC7), respectively. No immunosuppressed isogeneic (ISO) and allogeneic (ALO) rats combination served as control. Aortal wall destruction and infiltration by immunocompetent cells (MHC II+ cells of recipient origin) was studied on day 30 after transplantation. Flow cytometry was used for the analysis of day 30 sera for the presence of donor specific anti-MHC class I and II antibodies. The aortal allografts in both immunosuppressed groups showed regular morphology of aortal wall with no depositions of immunoglobulin G on day 30. The adventitial infiltration of non-immunosuppressed aortal allografts by MHC class II positive cells of recipient origin was significantly higher (ALO 20,7±6,7 cells, P <0,001) compared to both immunosuppressed groups (TAC1 5,9±5,5 cells, TAC7 6,1±5,1 cells). Anti-MHC antibodies class I and II level in peripheral blood...

Sociálně emocionální klima školní třídy / Social climate at a classroom

Kolůchová, Regina January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social-emotional climate in the elementary school class whose pupil is a child with special educational needs. The theoretical part focuses on the development of relationships among the people who influence the classroom climate and on creating a favourable classroom climate with all its positive features. It discusses disruptions of the classroom climate by a pupil with special educational needs and thus also the related competencies of the teacher in charge of the classroom climate and possible ways of diagnosis, intervention and support options. In the practical part, ten teachers from two selected elementary schools provide their insight on the degree of influence the pupils with special educational needs who attend their class have on the classroom climate. The aim of the research was to find out whether the classroom climate is significantly influenced by the presence of a pupil with special educational needs and if it raises the need for special care of the classroom climate. Semi- structured interviews with teachers have revealed that in order to achieve educational goals, it is necessary to create a favourable classroom climate and to maintain or improve it according to the teacher's knowledge and experience, including the possibility of...

Učitelské strategie řešení nekázně žáků při výuce na 1.stupni ZŠ / Teacher's Strategies Solving the Lack of Discipline of Pupils during Teaching at a Junior School

Šedová, Iva January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis dealt with the topic of pupils' lack of discipline at a junior school. The theoretical part contains the basic terms' characteristics, information on teachers' strategies to solve the lack of discipline, and it summarises findings from available literature dealing with pedagogy. In the practical part, opinions, attitudes and experience of teachers and thein pupils concerning the lack of disciple in classes are surveyed using the method of a survey questionnaire. Some answers of teachers and pupils were compared. As a supplementary survey, an interview with junior school teachers was conducted. Some strategies used by teachers to prevent and solve the lack of discipline in their classes were compared with those used by me in my own class. It was found out that majority of teachers' and pupils' answers were similar. Teachers use strategies that not only represent solutions to pupils' lack of discipline but they also prevent indiscipline.

Absence dítěte na škole v přírodě a vliv na klima ve třídě / Absence of the child to school in the nature and affect the climate in the class

Vávrová, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
Title: The absence of the child to school in the nature and affect the climate in the class Author: Bc. Tereza Vávrová Department: Department of psychology Supervisor: PhDr. Irena Smetáčková, Ph.D. Abstract The thesis is focused on school in the nature influence on a class and absence of some students during the season of school in the nature. In theoretical part, the school class is described as a social group, next, the theory of social groups is explained in this part. Then, the issue of school class climate and its structure is outlined. Because the school class is changing as the student are getting older and developing, there is situated a chapter focused on this issue in the theoretical part. Of course, it includes the theme of school in the nature as an obvious and unique part of Czech education. The purpose of the thesis is to find out whether school in the nature changes the climate and structure of class and if the position of students whose did not take a part at school in the nature is being changed by their absence. Therefore, practical part is focused on changes in structure and climate of class which school in the nature causes, on consequences of students' absence and on what the students expect from school in the nature. Conclusions are deduced by comparison of information obtained from...

Studium epigenetické regulace HLA genů II. třídy na úrovni histonových modifikací / The study of epigenetic regulation of HLA class II genes at the level of histone modification

Černoch, Marek January 2014 (has links)
Introduction: The epigenetic modifications can significantly affect and alter the gene activity by regulating their expression, having direct impact on various processes in human body. Epigenetic processes are involved in ethiopathogenesis of many diseases. From this point of view, MHC genes are very important as they were linked to many autoimmune disorders, for example type 1 diabetes mellitus. In general autoimmune diseases appear to be connected to certain MHC class II genes. Aims: The aim of this thesis is to determine the relationship between expression levels and histone modifications present in the promoter area of MHC class II gene, DQA1. Moreover, we also analyze and compare the DQA1 gene mRNA expression depending on the QAP promoter allele. Methods: We isolated both nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) and leukocytes from peripheral blood samples collected from voluntary donors. DNA was utilized for genotypization of individuals. RNA was subjected to reverse transcription and the quantitative PCR was performed in order to determine the level of expression. Leukocytes were used for chromatin immunoprecipitation, which was evaluated using quantitative PCR. Results: The expression level of QAP allele 3.1 was found to be higher than for the rest of the alleles Allele 4.1A showed, on the other hand,...
