Internal communication is essential for every company. However it is not always perceived as such. Internal communication is a conveyor of information and company's values. It is based on corporate culture and it also influences in. It affects atmosphere and performance of the company, engagement and overall happiness of employees. It is also related to the rate of their fluctuation. Diversity, which is the key to the diversity of approaches and perspectives, is also comparatively important to the functioning of the company. Diversity brings more effective problem solving or team functioning. In this respect, companies should strive for gender equality in their working environment and take supportive initiatives to help women overcome barriers in the labor market. The Czech Republic is one of the worst-ranked countries in the European Union in terms of gender equality in the labor market. This diploma thesis deals with the interconnection of internal communication and topics related to promoting women in work and personal life. The aim of this thesis is to use qualitative research to find out how selected domestic companies work with these topics in internal communication.

Preferences for sexual arousal by overstated dominance and submission in sex is categorized as F65.5, sadomasochism, according to ICD, but this behaviour is called BDSM among the general public. The ground of these preferences could be ultimately biological. These preferences reflect behavioural strategy which enables to gain higher reproductive success. Men and women who were sexually aroused by a submissive partner had more male relatives than men and women with other preferences. Contrary to the women, the dominant men reported themselves as more attractive. Women who were aroused by a higher-ranking partner considered themselves more attractive. Sons of couples in which was hierarchical disparity had more siblings than sons of "equal" couples or couples with no hierarchical disparity. Daughters of hierarchically disparate couples had more brothers than daughters of "both dominant" partners. Concurrently, number and gender of offspring as well as self- reported attractiveness are likely to be criteria of the reproductive success in humans. It is also interesting that hierarchically disparate couples, without regard to gender of higher-ranking partner, reached higher reproductive success than "equal" couples. The thesis: "The Causes of Iraqi War: Why the US Administration decided to invade Iraq in 2003" focuses on explanation why the administration of the USA made that step. The specification of the roots of war is based on five causes and seventeen subcauses according to the essay of Stephen Van Evera and other scholars, and the paper trough the methodology of text's analyzes investigates behavior, decision-making process and motivations of the US administration (the level of units) and some steps of the US president G. W. Bush (individual level) in the process leading to the war in Iraq. Concerning the causes of war, the paper introduces different concepts of the offense-defense balance and analyzes whether the balance was disrupted. Secondly, it examines the role of cumulative resources in Iraq like oil, territory and state structures and it shows how they influenced the decision. Third, it searches for the linkage among an emergence of a new threat and responses to it which mouthed to the acceptance of the concept of the first move advantage.
