87 Interrogation tactics ABSTRACT This thesis deals with interrogation tactics. The topic is still relevant as it is one of the most important and used criminal evidence. The aim of this work was to summarize available knowledge from Czech and foreign literature about conducting the interrogation, with a focus on the mistakes caused by interrogators. In addition to describing these mistakes, the work also recommends how to avoid them. Practical examples were obtained from available case-law and interrogation protocols. The analytical-descriptive and comparative method of research was used. The work is divided into five parts, introduction and conclusion. These parts are divided into individual chapters and subchapters. The first part is focused on the interrogation from the perspective of criminalistics, criminal law and forensic psychology. It defines the meaning and the purpose of interrogation and statement, different types and legal regulation. It also deals with psychological aspects of interrogation tactics. Name: Analysis of offensive futsal combinations and their practice Aims: The diploma thesis aims to analyse the offensive game combinations of an elite futsal FIFA team from the point of view of the progression of the match, with focus on its training methods. Methods: The thesis expertly evaluates video recordings of Kazakhstan team from its impersonal and structured observing. To interpret the data, qualitative approach was used, as based on notational analysis and graphical diagrams. Results: The thesis records the game co-operations which are the most important to successfully finish the offensive. It discovers several variations of gradual offensive with the emphasis on the detail of its execution. It also describes and illustrates the scheme of the "power play." Objektas: baidarių ir kanojų irklavimo taktikos analizė. Tikslas: nustatyti 2012 metų Londono olimpinių žaidynių varžybose taikytus taktinius variantus ir nuotolio įveikimo ypatumus pagal valčių klases. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti pasaulio pajėgiausių baidarių ir kanojų irkluotojų 500 metrų varžybinių nuotolių įveikimo taktinius variantus. 2. Nustatyti pasaulio pajėgiausių baidarių ir kanojų irkluotojų 1000 metrų varžybinių nuotolių įveikimo taktinius variantus 3. Nustatyti pajėgiausių pasaulio irkluotojų 500 metrų ir 1000 metrų nuotolių įveikimo pobūdžio priklausomybę nuo sportinio rezultato ir valčių klasės. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros šaltinių analizė, Londono olimpinių žaidynių A finalo 500 ir 1000 metrų varžybų nuotolio sportininkų įveikimo laiko analizė, matematinė statistikos duomenų analizė. Darbo rezultatai ir išvados: Tyrimo metu nustatyta, kad 500 metrų distancijoje dažniausiai naudojamas taktinis variantas buvo 1-2, su šia taktika buvo iškovota visi trys medalių komplektai. 1000 metrų distancijoje patys populiariausi taktiniai variantai buvo 8: 1-2-3-4, 1-2-4-3, 1-3-2-4, 1-3-4-2, 1-4-2-3, 1-4-3-2, 2-1-4-3, 4-1-2-3, o patys efektyviausi 1-2-3-4, 1-4-2-3 ir 1-4-3-2. Pirmąją nuotolio dalį 500 metrų distancijoje greičiausiai įveikė 100 % įgulų, o 1000 metrų distancijoje pirmuosius 250 metrus įveikė 90 % įgulų. 1-3 vietos kanojininkų įgulų nugalėtojai ir 7-8 vietas užėmusių baidarininkų įgulos, 1000 metrų distancijoje, išlaikė mažiausia nuokrypį (%) nuo... Objective: To determine the London 2012 Olympic Games competitions applied tactical options and special features to overcome distance by boat classes. Tasks: 1. Set of the strongest in the world kayak and canoe paddlers normal racing distance of 500 meters to overcome tactical options 2. Set of the strongest in the world kayak and canoe paddlers normal racing distance of 1,000 meters to overcome tactical options 3. Set of the strongest paddlers in the world 500-meter and 1000 meter distance to overcome addictive nature of the sport results and boat class. Methods of the work: analysis of scientific literature, the London Olympic Games in a finale 500 and 1000 meter race distance athletes overcoming time analysis, the mathematical analysis of the statistics. Title: Analysis of techniques in wild water kayaking during competitions in wild water slalom Objectives: 1. To analyze race runs of the best world kayakers in top competitions in wild water slalom in frequency of use of individual types of strokes and technics of passing through upstream and downstream gates 2. Determine the percentage of using forwards and driving strokes in competition runs of best world kayakers Methods: Observationally descriptive study based on organized, non-behavioral observation of a targeted sample of the population of athletes, specifically a group of top kayakers. Sequence video analysis in the Darthfish computer program, based on the recording of predefined technical elements that appear in the competition runs of the best world kayakers. The observation was done by one professional expert by intra-observating method. The data was processed in the Microsoft Excel computer program using basic statistics. Moterims, patyrusioms seksualinį smurtą, kreipiantis į policiją tenka susidurti su sistema, neatitinkančia jų lūkesčių. Vienas pagrindinių to atspindžių yra jų apklausos, atliekamos pareigūnų neturinčių specialaus psichologinio pasirengimo. Kriminalistikos literatūroje nurodoma, kad nors įvairių proceso dalyvių apklausa skiriasi procesiniu reglamentavimu ir taktiniais būdais, tačiau pasiruošimas jai turi bendrų bruožų. Nagrinėjama tik įprastinės apklausos taktika, kurioje nėra akcentuojami tokių subtilių bylų, kaip seksualinio prievartavimo, apklausos ypatumai. Pagrindinis šio tyrimo objektas yra baudžiamosios bylos, nagrinėtos pagal LR BK149 išžaginimo ir 150 seksualinio prievartavimo straipsnius. Tyrimo tikslas išanalizuoti baudžiamųjų bylų praktiką Lietuvoje ir pagrindines problemas susijusias su ikiteisminio tyrimo organizavimu. Tyrimas atliktas naudojantis matematinės statistikos, lyginamosios analizės, tiesioginės apklausos, empiriniu, internetinės apklausos ir teisiniu lyginamuoju metodais. Usually first desperation is an interviewing with police officer, who rarely is qualified to communicate with a delicate victim. Tutorial tells common interviewing concepts, but delicate, such as sexual violence victims. The main object of this research is criminal cases of rape and sexual abuse articles. The aim of this study is analyzing the practice of criminal cases deal with female sexual violence in Lithuania the main problems associated with organizing of investigation. The study was carried out using various methods: method of mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, the direct questioning method, empirical method, online questioning method, the comparative legal method. Mathematical statistical method is used to analyze the main parameters of cases. Methods: Indirect analysis - videoanalysis Results: Most used serve for both sex is backhande serve and three-wall serve, most used return is volley straight back and cross back, third shot was mostly directed to left side of the court. Better chances of winning had female players directing return straight back, men had better chaces directing return cross back. Title: Strategy and tactics in tennis singles Objectives: The primary goal of this study was to inquire, at various levels of the training process, into what elite tennis players require from their coaches in order to maximize the outcomes of the training process. The secondary goal was to supply the perspective of the players with a perspective obtained from experienced tennis coaches. The coaches provided us with their views on what makes the training process effective. Methods: The research design of this study is a version of the multi-case explorative study that gathers data by means of semi-structured interviews. It is a case of qualitative research. The data obtained, in total from 18 respondents (9 players, 9 coaches), were submitted to a deductive form of thematic analysis. Two thematic tables and the related reports are the outcomes. The reports were made with the intention of formulating useful recommendations, whenever possible, and to relate the findings to the content of the theoretical part of the thesis. Byly provedeny dva empirické výzkumy: kvalitativní a kvantitativní. Výsledkem kvalitativního výzkumu jako pilotní studie bylo porozumění současné situaci a vytvoření koncepčního rámce rodinného podnikání v odvětví vína v České republice s ohledem na výsledky výzkumu literatury. V důsledku kvantitativního výzkumu byly navíc zkoumány vztahy mezi hlavními konkurenčními taktiky a výkonnosti rodinného podniku, a to s ohledem na generační fázi rodinných firem. Otevřené kódování bylo použito v prvním výzkumu. Použití testu Mann-Whitney U umožnilo určit významný rozdíl mezi využitím konkurenční taktiky vybranými rodinnými firmami s ohledem na generační fázi. Aplikací korelační a regresní analýzy výzkum pomohli zjistit vztahy mezi konkurenčními taktiky a výkonnosti rodinného podnikání obecně a taky vzhledem ke generační fáze vybraných vinařských rodinných firem v České republice.
