Šťastná, Veronika January 2010 (has links)
Introducing electronic devices into Public Administration is a long-term process that has begun in the Czech Republic in 1990. Until the present day, a number of measures to support the advancement of Electronic Public Administration has been made. The basic changes were also made in the legislative framework, the Offices of Public Administration, and, in accordance with the strategies of the European Union, some strategic documents have been passed. All these steps have impacted Czech society, the relationship between the citizens, companies and Public Administration. In this Thesis I would like to define the causality between introducing electronic devices and subjects in the Czech Republic and at the end of the Thesis I would point out the impact of the changes on the concrete course of Public Administration. To achieve this goal I am going to use the analytical methods, the ratio analysis that explores the dependencies between the two phenomena, and casual analysis that is focused on the research of phenomena causes. The currently available data shall be used as evaluation input.

The objective is to first characterize virtual teams, summarized the theoretical approaches to trust in virtual teams, define the specifics of the communication process in virtual teams and design own model of trust based on communication. The proposed model is achieved on the basis of own research specifically: analysis, synthesis and detailed summary. The summary includes limitations of particular papers and weaknesses of research, what is taken into the consideration for the proposed model. The proposed model is based on the active form of trust that is build on proactive approach of team leader in the first phase of virtual team's life cycle and later on communication strategies through dialogue technique leading to shared mental models. The proposed model describes the process of building trust in first two stages of the virtual team's life cycle together with the implications for the leader: How to build trust in virtual teams through the communication.

For this aim, analysis of macro-environment is employed and focuses in detail on legislative and technological factors. Definition of possible scenarios starts with the description of current situation of saturated market. Solar power plants are then presented as reasonable equity investment from the point of view of large power utility company. Assumptions and entry data are described and the investment is evaluated using the net present value evaluation tool. For chosen entry parameters, sensitivity analysis is performed. This thesis then defines the situation when electricity produced from solar irradiation becomes competitive with other conventional sources.

Concurrence, Innovation et Choix Optimal de Licence de Brevet / Competition, Innovation and Optimal Licensing Regime

Bouguezzi, Fehmi 19 December 2014 (has links)
We study in this thesis technology transfer through patent licensing in a Hotelling mdel, a Salop model and a two dimensionnal model. We find that the optimal licensing regime depends on the costs, on the size of the innovation and the geographic model of consumers locations. We show that a fixed fee can be optimal in a two dimensionnal model and that royalty licensing can be optimal even for a drastic ennovation in a Hotelling model with asymmetric costs and ineficient patent holder.
