Magistro darbo objektas – kinų literatūros vertimų leidyba Lietuvoje. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti Kinijos leidybos raidos tendencijas, ištirti kinų literatūros vertimų leidybos raidą ir perspektyvas Lietuvoje. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: atskleisti Rytų ir Vakarų dialogo plėtojimąsi per literatūrinius vertimus; išanalizuoti Kinijos leidybos raidą; įvertinti svarbiausiųjų jos epizodų svarbą pasaulinėje leidyboje; nustatyti kinų literatūros vertimų vaidmenį Lietuvos leidyboje; ištirti Lietuvos skaitytojų ir leidėjų susidomėjimą Rytų ir Pietryčių Azijos literatūra; nustatyti kinų literatūros vertimų perspektyvas Lietuvoje. Naudojantis pirminių ir antrinių šaltinių analizės, empiriniu ir lyginamuoju metodais, prieita prie išvados, kad literatūros vertimai yra unikalus būdas kokybiškai tarptautinei komunikacijai. Vakarų pasaulis Rytais domisi vis labiau, nes tai naujos rinkos galimybė. Ypač domimasi spartų ekonominį augimą išgyvenančia Kinija. Kinijos leidybos pramonės sudėtį, organizavimą ir raidą lemia politiniai veiksniai. Tik pasirašyta Berno konvencija, narystė Pasaulio prekybos organizacijoje ir Tarptautinės Pekino knygų mugės rengimas užsienio leidybininkams pamažu atveria kelius į Kinijos leidybos rinką, tiesia tiltus tarptautiniams bendradarbiavimui, deda pamatus abipusei autorių teisių prekybai. Nors pasaulyje kinų literatūros vertimų išleidžiama vis daugiau, Lietuvoje šis skaičius yra labai mažas ir nekinta. Apklausus leidėjus ir skaitytojus paaiškėjo, kad... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The object of the study is the publishing of Chinese literature translations in Lithuania. The aim is to study the trends of development of publishing in China, also to analyze the development and perspectives of publishing of Chinese literature translations in Lithuania. Primary goals of a study set are as following: to reveal the development of dialog among the East and the West through literature translations; to analyze the evolution of publishing in China; to estimate it’s impact on global publishing; to determine the role of Chinese literature translations in publishing of Lithuania; to examine the interest of Lithuanian publishers and readers in literature of Eastern and South-Eastern Asia; to determine the perspectives of Chinese literature translations in Lithuania. Referring on analysis of primary and secondary sources and applying different empirical and theoretical methods a following inference was made: literature translations are the unique way of international communication. The West is increasingly interested in the East of the possibilities of new market. The main interest is focused on China as its economics are rapidly developing. Although the number of Chinese literature translations in the world is increasing, there is no evidence of such trend in Lithuania. Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotos ir įvertintos pasirinktos nusikalstamos veikos vaikui ir šeimai bei jų kvalifikavimo teorinės ir praktinės problemos. Pirmajame darbo skyriuje analizuojamas vaikas ir šeima, kaip baudžiamojo įstatymo saugomos vertybės. Pateikiama vaiko ir šeimos samprata pasirinktų nusikalstamų veikų atžvilgiu. Antrajame darbo skyriuje analizuojamos dvi XXIII skyriaus veikos, - piktnaudžiavimas tėvų, globėjo ar rūpintojo arba kitų teisėtų vaiko atstovų teisėmis ar pareigomis (BK 163 str.), ir vengimas išlaikyti vaiką (BK 164 str.). Skyriuje nagrinėjami pasirinktų nusikalstamų veikų sudėties požymiai, pateikiami kvalifikavimo probleminiai momentai, teisingos kvalifikacijos siūlymai. Naudojami teismų praktikos pavyzdžiai bei aptariamos problemos, su kuriomis susiduriama kvalifikuojant veikas teismuose. / This Master’s Thesis solely analyzes two types of legal criminal acts chosen by the author. The examined criminal acts are as follow: The Abuse of the Rights and Obligations of Parents, Guardian or Any Other Legal Representative of a Child (LR BK 163 str.) and Child Support Evasion (LR BK 164 str.). The Master’s thesis presents the analysis of child and family protection ensured by legal criminal acts. It also provides the concept of the child and family according to the chosen criminal acts. Thus the main Children’s Rights and Fundamental Freedoms as well as violation of them are taken into consideration as the main cause of Article incrimination. The paper analyzes in depth the constituent elements of chosen criminal acts as well as enlists problematic points of qualification and suggests right legal qualification. This thesis is based on examples of case law and the results of the research done by the author.
