Tendence vývoje známkového práva / Development trends in trademart law

Development Trends in Trademark Law Abstract This thesis deals with the development trends in trademark law in terms of the development of the subject matter of trademark law, i.e. trademarks. In particular, it seeks to answer three questions. Firstly, what are the trends of the development of trademark law from the point of view of the subject matter of trademark law. Secondly, whether the abolition of the requirement of graphic representation has the effect on the development of trademarks as intended by Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council. And thirdly, what development of the subject matter of trademark law can be expected in the future. This thesis tries to answer these questions with the help of legal regulations, professional literature, methodological guidelines and decision-making practice of courts and competent authorities. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are then divided into subchapters. The first chapter theoretically deals with the trademark as such. It focuses mainly on the position of trademark law within the framework of intellectual property law, important trademark principles and the functions of a trademark. Paradox volby a související osobnostní determinanty / Paradox of choice and related personality characteristics

In the master thesis, we present theoretically-critical analysis of current academic knowledge about the paradox of choice and related selected personality characteristics. In the theoretical part, we examine the topic of desition-making. First part defines concept of the paradox of choice. The next part also includes previous research related to paradox of choice and related factors. In addition, we examine the phenomenon of post-decision regret in the context of the paradox of choice. In final section we elaborate relevant personality characteristics. The empirical part investigates the effect of paradox of choice, its relation to personality characteristics and post-decision regret. The research includes experiment, which is extended with personality questionnaire measuring maximization tendency, decisiveness and optimism. Those traits are measured by using Maximization scale Lai (2010), Life Orientation Test- Revised (LOT-R) and Bochum Personality Questionnaire (BIP). In the discussion, we further explore features of maximization tendency. Results does not show presence of the paradox of choice. Nevertheless participants from group with the most choices showed significantly more satisfaction with choice compared to participants from group with least choices which suggests opposite effect. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of regional development of Slovenia and Croatia. The theme of regional differences and territorial differentiation is one of the classic themes of social and political geography. The main goal of the diploma thesis is - a comparative analysis of the regional development of Croatia and Slovenia at several scale levels. At the same time, the aim is to map the change in the regional image of Slovenia and Croatia over a longer period of time, especially since the end of the war in the Balkans, which took place here in the early 1990s. At the same time, the work aims to find out what general and specific factors play the most important role in regional development. A data set covering a wide range of socio-economic and demographic variables serves to achieve the proposed objectives. With the help of quantitative methods, the trends of regional disparities of the monitored countries, the influence of the most developed areas and the monitoring of regional variability of both countries are examined. The thesis "Purchasing tendency of consumers buying fair-trade products" examines aspects that influence consumer behaviour when buying fair-trade products. The thesis is based on a combination of two research methods - secondary data analysis and semi-structured interview. Secondary research uses data from a survey focused on the purchase, preferences and attitudes of fair-trade that was carried out by the Institute of evaluations and social analysis (INESAN). The quantitative part consist of two texts. The first part concentrates on finding aspects that can play a role in consumers' preference in purchasing fair-trade products. The second part concentrates on the purchase itself. It focuses on the extent to which consumers' purchase of fair- trade products is planned or impulsive. The qualitative part is based on quantitative analysis and focuses on established facts in detail. The thesis concludes that buying fair-trade products is influenced by social aspects, quality, price, availability and awareness of fair-trade products and the level of planning depends on the situation.

This thesis deals with design of new product in field of office furniture. The product should, firstly comply with trends of development and transformations of office environment and, secondly, be producible using up-to-date technological equipment a company. The aim is this thesis is to create a concept of product, together with a prototype which might be included in a product-portfolio HON a.s. company. My thesis includes six crucial parts: The first presents historical context containing tendencies in dealing with office space and environment. The second deals with environmental and behavioural background of office projects, and its principal output is presented as a design and realisation of one office using knowledge incoming from wide bibliography. Philosophy and strategy of HON a.s. company, as well as a furniture trade investigation are described in the third part. In the fourth part I describe technology equipment and used materials in the company. The fifth part deals with final design of furniture object. Herein I describe my mind process of creation of office reception desk as a furniture office supplement. The process is explained using mind maps, concepts, drafts and 3D visualisations resulting in a prototype output and also strategy of presentation. The sixth part includes discussion which deals with questions about use and assertion in the office trade and practice.

Regionální diferenciace populačního vývoje v Ústeckém kraji: historickogeografická analýza / Regional differentiation in the population development of Ústecký Region: historic-geographic analysis

This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of regional differentiation of population development in Ústecký Region. The analysis is divided into three stages of human society evolution, such as pre-industrial, industrial and post-industrial. Beside these stages, the thesis also deals with a historical context of given period and at the same time, deals with comparison of this phenomena with the rest of the Czech. The population in Ústecký Region was influenced by factors, as natural and socioeconomic determinants. The thesis emphasises phenomena connected to railways, hierarchical arrangements of residences and their administrative functions. Intensity of these three facts had been examined on a sample of 119 villages. After the analysis, the evaluation of dynamics of the population development follows; this time it is viewed from the perspective of microregions. The synthetic part follows the analysis and deals with categorization of those microregions, it generalises population´s trends and it predicates its development. The final part then confirms hypothesis given in the beginning of the thesis.

The Abstract The name of the dissertation: The position of adjectives in Spanish and French - increasing tendency The keywords: adjective, Spanish, French, a position of adjectives, anteposition, postposition, increasing tendency. The dissertation named The position of adjectives in Spanish and French French - increasing tendency deals with issues of position of adjectives in French and Spanish language. The main topic of this dissertation is tendency to anteposition for these two languages. It's split to several parts which are separated by themes. At the beginning, we are focusing on adjectives in general and to its basic properties as a part of speech. After, we will get to know an adjective from semantic and syntactic aspect, which is underlying exactly for the position of adjective. In the end of the theoretical part we will also focus on increasing tendency in this area. The practical part will be about corpus and questionnaire research which is intended for native speakers. The aim of this dissertation is confirm or disprove a hypothesis of common tendency to anteposition for French and Spanish adjectives.

This diploma thesis is written on one of the least investigated and the least known areas of the Russian literature - contemporary Russian poetry. The aim of this thesis is to propose certain perception of, on one hand, the artistic patterns and contents, and, on the other hand, of the historical, cultural, social and aesthetic significance of the contemporary poetry. The key principles of the current poetic scene include the shift of the literary paradigm, aesthetic pluralism, and variety of the artistic styles. This work consists of three parts. The first chapter describes the theory of the forming of the post- Soviet literature, as well as its state after the second half of the 1980's until the present day, in the context of social, cultural and literary factors. The features and certain phenomena of the current literary process are also discussed within the first chapter. The second chapter examines the main aesthetic trends of the contemporary Russian poetry. The last part of the thesis provides the look upon the problematic and thematic characteristics as well as the stylistic features of the contemporary poetry. This diploma thesis deals with the partial analysis of two teaching materials which are used while teaching German as a foreign language. These materials are Themen aktuell 1 and Direkt neu 1, which are frequently utilized at secondary schools for the teaching of German at the language level A1-A2. The analysis of these teaching materials concentrates on the presentation of the grammar curriculum. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the teaching methods, current trends and also with the role of the teaching material in teaching. In the practical part of this diploma thesis the analysis of the presentation and the practice of the selected grammatical phenomena and also the classification of the exercises, which are found in the teaching materials, is carried out. The practical part also presents the results of the test, which was carried out on the basis of selected grammatical phenomena at Akademické gymnázium, school of the capital city Prague and Biskupské gymnázium J. The study focuses on the manners of representations of Czechs and other nations/ethnicities in the journalist work of Karel Havlíček Borovský before and after the 1848-9 revolution. Its methodology is based on concepts and approaches elaborated in the area of literary imagology. The theoretical part of the study deals with the issue of emergence of images, their stereotypical components and the mutual relations between self-image and hetero-image. It also describes the features, functions and the process of formation of national stereotypes. The following chapter describes the development of national-political tendencies emerging in the Czechs lands and corresponding to five different concepts of a nation (Austrianness, Germanness, Slavness, Bohemism and Czechness). The following chapter depicts the course of the revolution, where tensions between the individual national-political tendencies were increasing, and Havlíček's work before and during the revolution.
