Endogenita peněz v měnových uniích a malých otevřených ekonomikách

Sedláček, Jaroslav January 2014 (has links)
This thesis examines the nature of money in the monetary union and the small open economy. The first part describes the different theories that deal nature of money in economy. Thoroughly discussed here post-Keynesian approach from which is the assumption of endogeneity of money primary based. The empirical part of the thesis is based on the individual theoretical approaches, where are defined the default causal relationship between selected variables. These relationships are tested on real quarterly data in Euro area in the period 1998-2013 and in the Czech Republic in the period 2002-2013. Analysis of collected data was performed by using vector autoregression models, namely Granger Causality. Causal relationships are detected between loans, GDP, money supply and monetary base. From obtained results were made recommendations for monetary policy makers in the Czech Republic and Euro area.

Dilemata v sociální práci s uchazeči o zaměstnání / Dilemmas in Social Work with Job Seekers

FENCLOVÁ, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
Thesis entitled "Dilemmas in Social Work with Job Seekers" deals with ethical dilemmas reflection of labour office employees with clients. In the text we encounter issues, which connect the practical implementation of the profession of labour office workers working with ethics. The thesis contains the terminology associated with the topic, defines the personality of the worker and his relationship with the client. It shows also list of clients with whom the workers meet and what dilemmas of these meetings may arise. The content of the work also deals with the basic concepts of professional ethics. Further, there are various forms of dilemmas defined in relation to working with clients. The thesis summarizes three specific ethical theories applicable to the issue of labour offices. Significant part is devoted to specific dilemmas with which workers encounter during their job with unemployed clients. Dilemmas are presented in the conclusion, in relation to the previous text supplemented by means of practical examples dealing with clients. It indicates possible reflection of the problem and behavior on the part of the worker. At the end of text there is presented a set of dilemmas that can bring negotiations with unemployed clients. The usability of this work is in the field of education in subjects related to ethical dilemmas and its solutions. It is also possible to extend the text for a doctoral thesis in the topic of dilemmas of employees from a specific department in comparison with other departments.

Labour market reforms in Spain and its impact on labour market flexibility

Vojče, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the labour market reforms in Spain that were adopted in order to increase the labour market flexibility and decrease the extraordinarily high unemployment persisting in Spain over decades. The thesis focuses especially on the latest labour market reform adopted in February 2012, which is considered the most impactful one, especially regarding dismissals and their cost. After introducing the main characteristics of the Spanish labour market including, among others the historical circumstances that have led to the current situation, an analysis of several labour market indicators is performed, aiming to find out whether the objectives of the 2012 reform were fulfilled or not. Furthermore, the thesis investigates the performance of the German Hartz reforms adopted in 2003-2005 and attempts to quantify the cost of potential application of their measures on the current Spanish labour market situation. This provides a valuable insight useful for the proposal of recommendations to improve the Spanish labour market.

Microscopy - Point Spread Function, Focus, Resolution

NÁHLÍK, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to design new algorithms for processing image data from microscopes and demonstration of the possibilities of their use on standard samples (latex particles of different diameter). Results were used for the analysis of real objects inside the living mammalian cell. For the design of these algorithms was necessary to first understand how the image in the microscope is build, including a variety of lens aberrations. It was necessary to start with simulations of ideal case displaying one point (simulation PSF). Images of Airy discs in the plane of focus, or simulations using the ENZ theory. Available ENZ simulations provide only a few sections of different focal planes. It was necessary to adjust them to a usable form for generating a full 3D view. Using these algorithms, it was examined the behavior of the basic lens aberrations, and the behavior of two particles (objects) at different distances from each other. At the conclusion of these observations, it was necessary to redefine the terms Focus and resolution. Furthermore, the definitions have been introduced for discriminability and distinguishability of objects in an image. Thanks to the new definitions and new viewing (information entropy) to challenge the discriminability/distinguishability problem of objects in the image was possible to design and develop algorithms for image processing that enable to detect objects below the Abbe resolution condition using standard optical bright field microscopy. It has been found experimentally that the limiting factor for resolution using this method is the size and resolution of the camera chip. When using a chip with a higher density of points, we can achieve better results (detection of smaller objects) using the same algorithms.

Vztah kognitivní agility, sociální inteligence a vkusu diváka / The relationship between cognitive agility, social intelligence and taste of the spectator

Zapletal, Vít January 2014 (has links)
The social inteligence, cognitive agility and universally education of a concrete spectator can be the most important aspect, which has an influence on his final evaluation and process of perception. The strong uncompatibility between the type of spectator´s perception and structure of a movie is often source of desorientation and rejection, especially in case of modernist cinema.

"Pathos" as an ultimate inspiration in the macedonian cinema / Pathos jako ultimativní inspirace v Makedonském filmu

Banov, Dimitar January 2015 (has links)
