Klimatizace kanceláří / Air-conditioning of offices

Trávníček, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
The aim of a master thesis is the proposal of the air conditioning system for one floor of offices in the administrative building. Propsal of the air conditioning system is based on the calculated ventilation air, further on thermal looses, thermal gains and then psychrometric calculation for summer and winter operation. Obtained values are the basis of the proposal of the air ducts with ending parts like a diffusers. It also obtains the proposal of the air conditioning unit with design of machina room. The proposal and all calculations are supplemented with drawing documentation and list of items.

Vliv tepelných úprav kuřecích jater na změny obsahu biogenních aminů a polyaminů

Sultana, Michaela January 2014 (has links)
This thesis examined the effects of different cooking methods (boiling, stewing and roasting) on chicken liver in order to measure changes in the levels of biogenic amines (BA) and polyamines (PA). Two other factors were also considered, season and method of chicken liver storage. BA and PA levels were determined using a liquid chromatography method (UPLC). The mean level of BA in the original raw material (six and three samples of refrigerated and frozen livers, respectively) was very low, with the highest being histamine (4,11 mg.kg-1). Tryptamine and fenylethylamin were not detected in any of the samples. The level of PA was significantly higher than the level of BA, with more spermine (135 mg.kg-1) than spermidine (42,3 mg.kg-1). The total content of BA and PA in the dry matter of refrigerated livers was almost twice as high in the summer than in the winter (P < 0,001). When comparing refrigerated against frozen livers, the levels of putrescine and histamine were significantly higher in the refrigerated liver (P < 0,01), while the levels of cadaverine and tyramine were higher in the frozen liver (P < 0,001), and the levels of spermine and spermidine were 20 % lower in the frozen liver (P < 0,01). Roasting had less of an effect in the decline of BA (80 % of the original content) than cooking (65 % of the original content) (P < 0,001). The lowest levels of spermine and spermidine were found in the roasted liver (70 % of the initial content) while stewing and cooking caused a decrease of approximately 80 % (P < 0,01).

Vliv fázových přeměn na vlastnosti uhlíkových ocelí

Poláková, Nela January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with the study of phase transformations of wrought carbon steels and their effect on mechanical properties. Attention was paid to the imperfections of primary crystallization and possibilities of their elimination. Special attention was paid to quenching of steels, mainly for the possibility of their resistance to cyclic loading (fati-gue) increasing. A distinction between fatigue damage ,,volume" for steel parts - eg. the springs and damage ,,contact" - eg. superficial damage of the track of rolling bearings. In practical tests on samples made from steel 12 050 has been verified the influence of hardening, annealing and quenching to the steel mechanical properties.

Návrh a vyhodnocení aplikace tepelně vodivého geopolymeru ve vysokoteplotním úložišti energie za pomoci numerického modelování / Numerical evaluation of high temperature thermal energy storage with thermally conductive geopolymer

Černý, Matěj January 2015 (has links)
The paper evaluates the contribution of newly developed thermally conductive geopolymer (TCG) in high temperature energy thermal storage (HTTES). The work contains a review of energy storage principles with emphasis on storage in the form of heat. Evaluation of the benefits of the thermally conductive geopolymer was carried out by mathematical modeling. Both experiments and modeling itself progressed from simple to more complex. It was documented of knowledge and instrumentation experiments and their evaluation. Thanks to the mathematical modeling experiments are analyzed with simple rock samples, medium-sized experiment with a block of granite with artificial fracture filled by TCG to the actual prototype of thermal energy storage. It was demonstrated positive impact of TCG on distribution of heat in the storage core. The acquired knowledge was used to extrapolate the results and to predict accumulation options of medium-sized storage.

Zemní masiv jako zdroj energie / Soil Massif as Source of Energy

Pauli, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
The dissertation with the topic Ground as an Energy Source discusses the utilisation of horizontal heat exchangers as sources of heat at low temperature for heat pumps. Chapter Current Situation in the Field describes the environmental properties of heat pumps, the effects existing in the ground and the individual types of ground heat exchangers. Chapter Objectives and Hypotheses of the Dissertation lays down the individual hypotheses of the research and the objectives of the dissertation. The theoretical part of the Set of Methods chapter gives an understanding of the mathematical relationships describing the theory of heat sharing in the ground, the measurement methods, the method of processing experimental data, and the measuring instruments used. The Results and Discussion chapter includes the basic findings and opinions processed on the basis of values measured. The final chapter Conclusions and Recommendations for Practical Use comments on the results achieved and elaborates on utilising horizontal heat exchangers in practice.

Termodynamické tepelné čerpadlo / Thermodynamic Heat pump

Knebl, Viktor January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of thermodynamic heat pump, used to utilize thermal energy of flue gases arised from the combustion of natural gas in a heat exchanger. The flow rates of the compader compressor, bypass compressor and turbine are calculated. Part of this thesis is simplified design of gearbox and economical evaluation of heat pump installation. The appendix of the thesis contains technical documentation.

Vliv tepelného opracování na trvanlivost vybraných potravinářských výrobků / The influence of thermal treatment on life of particular food products.

Žůrková, Pavla January 2008 (has links)
This work deals with influence of heat processing on longevity of two selected products of the packing company Seliko trading a.s. For the research there were selected products Sterilised sauerkraut in sweet-sour pickle and Fatback spread. Evaluation has been done in laboratory premises of the packing company. There has been monitored mikrobiological stability after heat processing and sensory properties of the mentioned products always with an interval of one month. During the monitored seven months there appeared changes in taste and consistence of the products that are not defective in these products. The microbiological test taken after seven months was negative, just like at the beginning of the experiment. The result of the given findings is that the heat sterilisation was efficient and that during the storage there did not rise number of micro-organisms in the products.

Energetická a ekonomická bilance vytápění rodinného domku tepelným čerpadlem / Energy and economic assessment of heating of family house using heat pump

Pešek, Martin January 2008 (has links)
The diploma thesis is concerned with selection of the optimal heat pump for model family house heating (and domestic hot water – DHW - preparation) where the preferred aspect is the fastest economic return. As a part of the diploma thesis there is an introduction into the heat pumps field and also heat pumps dividing according to their lowpotential heat withdrawing. Calculating part includes both heat loss and electric energy consumption calculation of the object. Moreover there is stated a presentation of leading heat pump producers in the Czech Republic, including their price bids which are compared with their economic return. In conclusion there is presented an economic comparison of electric energy consumption of the object which is provided with the heat pump in contrast to other regular heating systems.
