Ověření tepelné vodivosti dřevěných materiálů / Verification of thermal conductivity of wood materials

Kostka, Petr January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with verifying the thermal conductivity and other thermophysical properties of different types of wood (spruce, oak, ash and maple). A special device ISOMET 2104, which is based on dynamic method of measurement, was used. Three different samples for each type of wood were used (for example, different age of trees). Values of the thermal conductivity, the thermal diffusivity and the specific heat capacity, depending on the gradually decreasing moisture of wood, were obtained. The key point of this study was finding that the values of thermophysical properties of wood materials vary significantly depending on the age, growing conditions, properties of the soil and other factors. Some of the data correspond with previously published studies but other data are in contrast to them.

Výběr optimálního způsobu vytápění pro potřeby obecního úřadu / Choice of the optimal heating system for particular municipal office

Marcellová, Miluše January 2016 (has links)
The current trends in sources of heat designed for heating the houses are influenced by the consequences, that interfere in the decision making process from the professional point of view (the advisory activity by the expert) as well as from non-professional point of view (the owner or the operator of the house, usually represented by one person). The aim of this thesis is to find the optimal method, that is supposed to secure disinterested decision making, that will be minimally influenced by the subjective experience, customs and also by the advice given by the friends of the decision maker. The thesis concerns the town hall, that will be insulated in the future. Therefore it is eligible to propose to change the heating source, as the current one will be redundant, once the insulation is done. Using the old heating system would be uneconomical. The current heating source is the gas boiler JUNKERS CERAPUR. The energy (heat) loss of the town hall building will be lowered by 50 % once the insulation is done.

Výpočet tepelných ztrát obvodovým pláštěm dřevostavby a teplotního pole ve vybraných konstrukčních detailech

Pokora, Radek January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis clarifies a description of thermal field in a construction of wooden building and deals with heat loss issue in an envelope of a building in specificed constructions detailes. You can find in this thesis description of thermal diffusivity in buildings constructions. The task is to create 3-D models of selected construction details of selected wooden building. In those detailes, based on finite element method is created thermal field and thermal flux. And the calculation of heat loss in those construction details. A family house and a house envelope are designed by myself and simulations are made on that family house. I needed to know a boundary settings and heat transfer temperature gradient. The important result is what is the value of heat loss. Then I need to know why and what can I do to fix problém points. There are written stacionary calculations in selected detailes in the thesis. In the end is an evaluation of designed house envelope heat loss. Problem detailes are showed also.

Používané metody pro stanovení termolabilních bílkovin v procesu výroby vína a jejich srovnání

Hodeček, Radomír January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis explores analytic techniques used to determine the amount of thermolabile proteins in wine making processes. It also includes the comparison of applied analytic techniques. The analysis was preceeded by the study of available sources dealing with thermolabile proteins, methods of assessment and the influence of thermolabile proteins on the colloidal stability of wine. The applied analytic techniques were assessed in the aspect of accuracy and speed. At the end of the thesis there is the list of reference suitable for wine making processes. In the experimental part I compared different analytic techniques used to determine the amount of thermolabile proteins. The measurements took place at the Institute of Viniculture and Viticulture at the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, South Moravia. We used turbidimetric measurable methods, such as heat-cold testing with the temperature of 90 °C and 60 °C for different time range. We also did acidic test with sulfosalicylic acid, trichloroacetic acid, and also taninn and ethanol test. The later testing involved just turbidimetric unmeasurable technique, in the form of a foam test.

Vliv tepelného zpracování na magnetické vlastnosti aditivně vyráběných dílů z nerezových ocelí / The influence of heat treatment on magnetic properties of additive manufactured stainless steel components

Schäffer, Matúš January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is selection of heat treatment for additive manufactured multimaterial components composed of 1.4404 and 1.4542 stainless steels regarding their magnetic and mechanical properties. Individual materials were studied after fabrication and also after the same heat treatments. The chosen process consists of solution annealing and subsequent precipitation hardening. A significantly higher value of maximum relative permeability and lower of coercive field of 1.4542 steel were achieved. At the same time, the relative permeability of 1.4404 was not considerably influenced. A decrease in Rp0,2 of 1.4404, but an increase in Rm and Rp0,2 values of 1.4542 steel were observed. Elongation at break A increased in the case of both alloys. The experiments proved that multimaterial components composed of these stainless steels can be successfully manufactured by SLM technology. It is therefore possible to design and manufacture stainless steel components of magnetic circuits and adjust their magnetic and mechanical properties by heat treatment.

Optimalizace technologie perlitizace masivních vývalků / Optimization of heat treatement for steel beams

Dyčka, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with heat treatment of pearlitic steel beams with using of induction heating. The aim of this heat treatment is to improve mechanical properties of steel beams. In theoretical part are described pearlitic steels and theory of induction heating. In experimental part of this thesis analysis of current state of technology with its results was made. Numerical model describing current state of technology was assembled. Then this model was used to recommend adjustments in current technology of heat treatment, which leads to enlargement of heat treated depth. Experiments with adjusted parameters were executed on heat treating machine. Analysis of microstructure using LM and EM, measurement of hardness and fractographic analysis were done. The result of adjustments is enlargement of heat treated depth about half compared with current technology.
