Vývoj pohlavních znaků u flebotomů / Development of sexual characteristics of phlebotomine sand flies

Pavlasová, Michaela January 2014 (has links)
Thesis is focused on study of phlebotomus generative attributes development and body dimension influence for some determinant notes therefore is divided into two thema parts. First thematic part of thesis is heeding to rotation of outer genitalia of chosen phlebotomus subgenus males and their representatives: Adlerius (Phlebotomus arabicus), Larroussius (Phlebotomus orientalis and Phlebotomus tobbi), Euphlebotomus (Phlebotomus argentipes), Paraphlebotomus (Phlebotomus sergenti), Phlebotomus (Phlebotomus papatasi), Lutzomyia (Lutzomyia longipalpis) and Sergentomyia (Sergentomyia schwetzi). In this parts was discovered and compared time of station of genitalia for chosen subgenera. Also the time from emergence of adults to rotation and rotation time dependence on adults daytime eclosion was measured. Times of rotation time duration including that of times from rotation beggining were at subgenuses expressively different, from S. schwetzi with the shortest rotation time of 12 hours to P. sergenti with the longest with average time rotation of 32 hours. Further were compared rotations of two genuses within subgenus Larroussius: P. orientalis a P. tobbi. Here also were each rotation times expressively different that do not validate the rotation should be specific for given subgenus. Observed was also...

Cirkadiánní rytmy mouchy domácí (\kur{Musca domestica}) / Circadian rhytm in the house fly (\kur{Musca domestica})

BAZALOVÁ, Olga January 2010 (has links)
In this thesis the expression pattern of five circadian clock genes (cwo, pdp 1{$\varepsilon$}, ck 1{$\varepsilon$}, ck 2{$\beta$} and pdh) was studied in the housefly (Musca domestica). The influence of temperature on the expression pattern of these five genes and of two others genes, per and tim, was examined. The locomotor activity of flies exposed to three different temperature conditions was studied.

Systém vzdáleného monitorování teploty / Remote temperature monitoring system

Gál, Radek January 2018 (has links)
This project describes the design of a system for remote temperature monitoring of stored a more commodities quantity for the horse-breeding. The main task of this system is the early alert before the fire developed to the spontaneous combustion and continuous monitoring of the quality and safety this commodities. The main module communicates with several autonomous temperature sensors, which are located in multiplie locations. The measured values can be stored on an internal memory, displayed on the display and transmitted with the Ethernet network to the client computer, where it is possible this temperatures to view with in the user program and graphs.

Využití akustických metod pro posouzení vlivu složení cementových kompozitů na průběh degradace vyvolané zvýšenou teplotou / Use of acoustic methods for assessing the influence of the composition of cement composites on the course of degradation caused by high temperature

Dvořák, Richard Unknown Date (has links)
The aim of this work is to optimize the acoustic nondestructive method (NDT) Impact-Echo (IE) as a complementary diagnostic tool for the assessment of concrete structures exposed to high temperatures. Commonly used diagnostic procedures for concrete structures affected by fire are most often limited to in-situ core drilling and subsequent testing of the drilled holes by destructive testing. The Impact-Echo method allows non-destructive testing of variously degraded test specimens and concrete structures, but its use for the assessment of temperature-degraded cementitious composites is hardly ever used in practice. Many studies suggest that Impact-Echo is one of the most suitable non-destructive methods for assessing the rate of degradation by elevated temperature. The dissertation work consists of three main stages, where the first stage is devoted to the production of test specimens of different mixtures and their subsequent degradation by elevated temperature and testing by the IE method and by reference destructive and non-destructive methods. The second stage consists of manufacturing a reinforced concrete element with built-in thermocouples and its subsequent inhomogeneous degradation by a local source of elevated temperature. The controlled degraded element thus prepared contains all grades of thermally degraded concrete tested in the first stage. Subsequent testing consists of verification of standard procedures in the field of acoustic NDT with simultaneous use of experimental modal analysis. In the third stage, the objective is to interpret the measured data from both previous parts, to verify whether within the closed element temperature-degraded areas can be distinguished from one another, or the degree of thermal degradation of concrete. Based on these results, the optimal testing procedure was determined and the basic assumptions for the creation of degrees of damage of the concrete by increased temperature were determined.

Systém měření teploty s výstupem Ethernet / Temperature monitoring system with Ethernet output

Hanák, Václav January 2009 (has links)
This master‘s thesis deals with temperature measurement in industrial environment. The first part of this thesis is aimed at studing basic principles of temperature measurement using resistive temperature detectors. Next parts describe design and practical implementation of inteligent temperature transmitter with digital output RS485. This incudes detailed design of circuit solution, printed circuit board, firmware for used microcontroller and user‘s software for personal computer. The second part studies basics of the comunication standard Ethernet (IEEE 802.3), it discusses nowadays possibilities of Ehternet implementation to industrial trasmitters. Last parts of the thesis are aimed at design and practical realization of Ethernet communication module.

Měření teploty v elektrických strojích pomocí LabVIEW / Temperature measurement in electrical machine using Labview

Strmeň, Milan January 2011 (has links)
This work deals with using of virtual instrumental program LabView as a tool for thermal measuring at the surface of asynchronous engine. Its part is managing of problems of measuring by the aid of thermocouple, mainly conversion of thermoelectric voltage on temperature. The product of work is program which measures and displays required form and records values of temperature from four parallel branches of thermocouples.
