This research addresses the collision of aircrafts with wild animals, which analyzes, evaluates and stores processes and technological equipment. It also discusses the biological protection of airports, terrorist attacks and security measures that are related to this phenomenon. An important part of the economy, especially the need to respond to the current growth trend, long-distance, international air transport is experiencing.

The submitted thesis seeks to answer the question "Is the relationship between Islam and terrorism uniquely determined?". It is divided into three parts. The first chapter aims to define the term terrorism, with the associated basic facts, as well as the progressive historical development. The second part is concerned with the theme of the youngest monotheistic religion - Islam. Besides the phasing its history, it includes the fundamental realities connected to it. The final chapter unifies the theory contained in the previous two sections with practice and illustrates it on the various examples of terrorist acts. The main objective is to answer the hypothesis stated in the introduction of work.

Po 11. září 2001 po útocích na USA se stal terorismus součástí života západních demokratických států. Samotným problémem je však chápání a výklad pojmu terorismus. Navíc je otázkou, jaký vliv má terorismus na ekonomiku států. Co se týká České republiky, není příliš mnoho teroristických cílů na jejím území, které by mohly v takovém rozsahu přímo ohrozit nejen hospodářství České republiky, ale i hospodářství okolních zemí a možná i celé Evropské unie, jako je sektor elektroenergetiky.

Terrorism - criminological aspects Abstract The author deals with the term of terrorism and its criminological aspects. First, the definition of terrorism is defined, and then the readers are given a look into the history of this phenomenon. In accordance with the negative definition of this problem, the difference between the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism, organized crime or guerilla is described. The thesis also describes legal regulations in the Czech Republic and the United States of America as well as the potential risks for future development in the Czech area. In the key part of the work, the author deals with individual criminological aspects. The perpetrator of terrorism, both an individual and a terrorist organization, is approached on examples and through scientific studies. Then, the most frequent motives and causes of radicalization of these offenders are mentioned. The analysis of these factors is described from a psychological and sociological point of view. Part of the thesis is also devoted to the victims of this crime, both material and financial support, and the syndromes the survivors can face after the attack. At the end of the main part the different forms of terrorist attacks are described, focusing on bomb attack and hostage holding or kidnapping. And the conclusion of this...

Záměrem této diplomové práce je analýza protiteroristické legislativy Evropské unie. Důraz je kladen zejména na období, které následovalo po útocích z 11. září 2001. Je podán rozbor a zhodnocení akčních plánů, strategií a nástrojů zaměřených na potírání terorismu. Kromě protiteroristické legislativy EU je zde také podána komparace protiteroristických politik a nástrojů ve Velké Británii a Španělsku. Text je také zaměřen na analýzu teroristických útoků na území EU, a to na útok z 11. března 2004 v Madridu, ze 7. a 21. července 2005 v Londýně a na letecký komplot z léta 2006 opět v Londýně. Útoky jsou analyzovány podle několika základních hledisek. V závěru jsou podána doporučení pro protiteroristické působení EU i jednotlivých členských států.

This diploma thesis is about financing of terrorism and the countermeasures of the international community. First, the issue is described from a general perspective. The first half of the thesis deals with the definition of terrorism and general ways how terrorist groups finance themselves. The following part is a summary of the most important countermeasures at universal and regional levels. The second part deals with the case of the terrorist group ISIL. First, the development of the group and its financial resources are explained. In the final part there is a list of international measures against ISIL and, given the still ongoing development, so far limited evaluation of their effectiveness and how they could develop in the future. The aim of this thesis is to cexplain how ISIL obtains the necessary funding and what are currently international countermeasures.
