The wide diffusion of software, the development of the materials and the new functions imposed to the constructions represent a great impact on the procedures to creating and to projecting the textile architectures and the tenso-structures. Under this context, this presented work has the objective to demonstrate an investigative study of project activities of the textile architectures and tenso-structures with results like project activities parameters and the formal parameters about this constructive technology. At the same time, observing the textile architectures and tenso-structures already consolidated, the research points that the complexity of textile architectures and tenso-structures is a consequence of the conjuncture of the absorption technology by the project players and from the parameters of technology and project, which that divides them between simple and complex textile architectures and tenso-structures. This work proposes a methodology for the recognition of formal complexities of the textile architectures and tenso-structures through the application of indicators structured to evaluate the project and technology parameters. / As arquiteturas têxteis e tensoestruturas, caracterizadas como construções leves representam formas eficientes de construção e geram grande impacto pela forma, pela flexibilidade e pela tecnologia embarcada que já permitem defini-las como equipamento ou pele ativa de edifícios. A difusão ampla dos programas computacionais, o desenvolvimento dos materiais e as novas funções impostas às construções representam um grande impacto sobre os procedimentos de conceber e projetar as arquiteturas têxteis e as tensoestruturas edificadas. Sob este contexto, este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar o estudo investigativo das atividades de projeto das arquiteturas têxteis e tensoestruturas buscando como resultado a identificação das condicionantes das atividades de projetos e as condicionantes formais deste tipo de tecnologia construtiva, bem como, a partir das arquiteturas têxteis e tensoestruturas já consolidadas, constatar que a delimitação de condicionantes para as têxteis e tensoestruturas complexas resulta da própria conjuntura de absorção da tecnologia pelos atores do projeto e por condicionantes tecnológicas e projetuais que afastam estas das tendas e arquiteturas têxteis simples e tensoestruturas simples. Apresenta-se também neste trabalho uma proposta de avaliação e reconhecimento entre as complexidades formais das arquiteturas têxteis e tensoestruturas através da aplicação de uma estrutura de indicadores de atendimentos a condicionantes projetuais e tecnológicos

Intégration de fonctions sur matériaux composites innovants pour l'aéronautique / Integration of functions to innovative composite materials for aeronautics

L’industrie aéronautique est basée sur le compromis entre les performances et les prix. L’objectif principal est de réduire la masse dans le but d’augmenter le rayon d’action ou la masse utile. Ce document présente une façon innovante de concevoir des matériaux composites basée sur une nouvelle technologie textile et par conséquent une nouvelle stratégie de conception. Je vais me focaliser sur deux applications industrielles qui consistent à ajouter de nouvelles fonctions à des matériaux composites pour réduire le nombre de pièce et donc la masse globale. La seconde application est orientée vers les pièces aux surfaces non développables. Dans cette application, je montrerai comment il est possible d’ajouter des propriétés mécaniques à de nouvelles architectures textiles dans le but d’obtenir un meilleur rapport masse/performance. / Aeronautical industry is made of compromises between the performances and the costs. The main goal is to reduce the mass in order to increase either the flight range or the useful mass. This document presents the innovative way to design composite materials based on a new textile technology and as a consequence a new way of design strategy. I’ll focus on two industrial applications which consist in adding new features to composite materials in order to reduce the number of parts and so on the global mass. The first application is the conception of a thermally conductive composite material which could allow a new way to design on flight computers andelectronic devices. The second application is focused on the non developable shape parts. In this application, I’ll show how we have added mechanical properties to new textile architectures in order to obtain a better mass/performance factor.
