Efektivita cvičebního času v tréninkové jednotce u hráčů fotbalu v kategorii U11 / Efficiency of training time in soccer players in category U11

Name: Efficiency of training time in soccer players in category U11 Objective: The aim of the thesis is to find and evaluate the time utilization of football players in the U11 category in the training unit (active vs loss time). Second goal is to compare the values of active and loss time in the training unit in terms of the performance level of the watched clubs (professional vs. amateur club). Methods: Training units were filmed on our own camera. Then the filmed material was analyzed and evaluated. Results: We found no significant differences in efficiency of a training time during training sessions between teams from a professional and amateur clubs in category U11 (40% vs. 42%). No significant difference was also found in efficiency of the training time between two teams from professional clubs (46% vs. 37%). Finally, we did not reveal any significant differences between teams from professional and amateur clubs in an inactive time during training sessions, which was expressed as differences between the time when exercise runs and break (24% vs. 29%). Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Development of motion abilities of women's volleyball players in the age from 14 to 15 years. Goal: The purpose was to found out, how trainers of pupil's categories are realizing the fitness preparation with category of "older women pupils " Methods: For collecting the datas was used Unstandardised Questionnaure (form) and also was used so called Half-Structurized Interview. For following processing and evaluation of collected datas from half-structurized form , we used Sector Diagram and Chart of Frequency, and also we used verbal summary for half-structurized interview. Results: We found out from processed datas that trainers are not realising evenly fitness preparation in training units . Trainers are not keeping rules of growth of motion abilities (universality, individuality, following compensation training). By some trainers we completely miss even their professional knowledge in the area of fitness development of youth . Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. Analýza tréninkové jednotky u přípravkových hráčů fotbalu s ohledem na odlišnou výkonnostní úroveň / Analysis of training session in young soccer players with respect to different performance level

Title of the thesis: Analysis of the training unit for football older prepare players with a different level of performance. Objective of the thesis: Identify the representation of didactic forms and types of training processes in the older football product categories, taking into account the different performance level of the club (professional vs. amateur). Solving methods: Solution Methods: An indirect observation method was used to analyze when we used two camcorders to shoot two training units per week for each team. (AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Praha, FK Motorlet and SK Aritma). The training records were subsequently evaluated. Results: Comparison of professional clubs and amateurs had the most significant difference in game exercises, which was 38.3% for AC Sparta and SK Slavia vs. 22.8% for FK Motorlet and SK Aritma. On the other hand, amateur clubs used more training play (39.7%) compared to 22% AC Sparta and SK Slavia. There was no significant difference in socio-interactive forms, just as professional clubs make more use of group form, especially because of the higher number of trainers per training unit. A more significant difference was also seen in the training process where professional clubs use more fitness training than amateur (28% to 10%). Of all the results we have not found...

Title: Model of training preparation for young future flyboarders Objectives: The objective of the work is to create a model of training preparation for young future flyboarders based on the empiricism of the most successful professional flyboarders. Methods: Ten intentionally selected respondents filled out the survey on their current sports specializations. Three of them were selected based on the frequency of specific and non-specific sports. Individual non- standardized interviews were conducted with them, which were based on direct verbal communication with the respondents. Results: We created a model of training preparation for young future flyboarders. The training preparation model is divided for children from six to nine years old, in which we recommend general sports training (gymnastics, athletics, swimming, sports games). For children from ten to twelve years old, we recommend trampoline jumping, high jumping, swimming, balance exercises, body strengthening and stretching. This work deals with the design of universal wireless timer for fire sport disciplines. Fire sport is a group of more than 15 disciplines. There are different ways of time measurement for each discipline. Important part of this work is detailed research of individual disciplines and their requirements at time measurement system and it's accessories. Another part of this work deals with the specification of wireless timekeeping system, which involves suitable partitioning of time measurement system into wirelessly communication modules. The interface for connecting sensors and accessories is also specified. Designed system is suitable for racing and training purposes, it has short installation time. This work also deals with the design of electronics (power and digital circuits) for each module and also with building of prototype, which is tested using prepared scenarios. New findings are evaluated and lead to design of next generation of time measurement system.

Point out anatomical, physiological, psychological, performance, technical and tactical factors affecting training processes and training units in men's and women's ice hockey. Using a questionnaire among players and coaches, I examined the knowledge of specific gender needs and their placement in the training units, knowledge of competition systems and game plans, differences in rules and men's and women's ice hockey. Furthermore, player and coaching history and hockey coaching education. Using a questionnaire among public, I examined opinions on female players and women's ice hockey, differences in attendance and viewership of men's and women's matches, knowledge of male and female players, teams and international successes of national hockey teams. I compared average age, weight and height of male players in Tipsport Extraliga and female players in women's league. I also compared the amount of training units of men's team HC Verva Litvínov and women's team HC Litvínov in the season 2014/2015.
