This thesis deals with knowledge discovery in spatio-temporal data, which is currently a rapidly evolving area of research in information technology. First, it describes the general principles of knowledge discovery, then, after a brief introduction to mining in the temporal and spatial data, it focuses on the overview and description of existing methods for mining in spatio-temporal data. It focuses, in particular, on moving objects data in the form of trajectories with an emphasis on the methods for trajectory outlier detection. The next part of the thesis deals with the process of implementation of the trajectory outlier detection algorithm called TOP-EYE. In order to testing, validation and possibility of using this algorithm is designed and implemented an application for trajectory outlier detection. The algorithm is experimentally evaluated on two different data sets.

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá extrakcí nanočástic oxidu titaničitého z produktů osobní péče, konkrétně opalovacích krémů a následnou charakterizací těchto částic. Počet komerčně dostupných produktů s obsahem nanočástic TiO2 se neustále zvyšuje a to se sebou přináší potřebu vyhodnotit potenciální osud a nepřímou expozici TiO2 nanošástic o různých velikostí a tvarů a zkoumat jejich celý životní cyklus. Bylo zkoumáno použití ultrafiltrace a ultracentrifugace jako extrakční metody. Dvě metody pro extrakci TiO2 nanočástic byly vyvinuty a aplikovány na vzorky opalovacích krémů. Extrahované částice mohou být použity pro ekotoxikologické studie, případně experimenty v mesokosmu. Velikost částic byla stanovena pomocí metody dynamického rozptylu světla a transmisní elektronové mikroskopie.

Title: Neurophysiologic intervention induced changes of the functional foot characteristics in school children. Objectives: The aim of the research was to identify the functional characteristics of the foot in school children selected on the basis of the activity of physical activity in the highest intensity (sporting children) and in the lowest intensity (non-sporting children) and to find out possibilities of influencing the functional characteristics of the foot by targeted neurophysiological intervention. The whole research study was divided into 3 related parts, which were examined separately. The first study aim was an identification of group specific functional characteristics of the foot in 2 groups of school children - actively sporting children and non-sporting children. The second study aim was the influence determination of long-term duration high performance sport activity on the functional characteristics of the school children foot in adolescent elite soccer players. And the aim of the third study was to verify the effect of the targeted neurophysiologic active intervention on the functional foot characteristics in actively sporting children with foot dysfunction of pronated foot and/or flatfoot type. Tato práce je zaměřena na odhad letových parametrů malého letounu, konkrétně letounu Evektor SportStar RTC. Pro odhad letových parametrů jsou použity metody "Equation Error Method", "Output Error Method" a metody rekurzivních nejmenších čtverců. Práce je zaměřena na zkoumání charakteristik aerodynamických parametrů podélného pohybu a ověření, zda takto odhadnuté letové parametry odpovídají naměřeným datům a tudíž vytvářejí předpoklad pro realizaci dostatečně přesného modelu letadla. Odhadnuté letové parametry jsou dále porovnávány s a-priorními hodnotami získanými s využitím programů Tornado, AVL a softwarovéverze sbírky Datcom. Rozdíly mezi a-priorními hodnotami a odhadnutými letovými paramatery jsou porovnány s korekcemi publikovanými pro subsonické letové podmínky modelu letounu F-18 Hornet.
