A metodologia e esquema prático adotado trazem uma contribuição importante para a análise laboratorial de modelagens e simulações aplicadas a relés de proteção presentes no mercado e contribui de maneira substancial para os estudos teóricos de possíveis soluções para limitações eventualmente encontradas / This dissertation presents a complete procedure of simulation of digital differential protection applied to power transformers, focusing on its use to evaluate of the behavior of commercially available relays. Software ATP (Alternative Transients Program) was chosen as a tool for the simulation of distinct situations in a differential protection system applied to a 25 MVA three-phase transformer. Amongst the evidenced occurrences internal and external fault conditions, energization with or without internal fault of a three-phase transformer, overexcitation and CT (Current Transformer) saturation conditions were distinguished. It should be mentioned that from simulations to the characterization the real situations on the relay in test, a pre-processing and analysis of the information were necessary, and will be justified in the present study, denoting a common test procedure to be adopted to this philosophy of protection

Microprocesse electronic unit for signal treatment from optical and conventional instrument transformersmfor on-site metrological applications.Nagao Junior, Shigueru 27 January 2017 (has links)
The high losses in the electricity sector have caused concern in distribution companies, together with the growing need for sustainable economic development. In this scenario the periodic calibration of instruments intended for measurement (including instrument transformers) become essential and such procedures are provided for in the new model of operation of the electric sector. However, the logistical and operational difficulties of transportation to accredited metrological laboratories make it difficult to perform such services. The techniques and methods developed in this work are aimed at the implementation of an electronic unit capable of acquiring and processing data from instrument transformers of an inductive (conventional) and optical nature, as well as its supporting subsystems, such as portable and mobile measuring and calibration tools for the execution of on-site metrological services in the substations and primary cabins. These services, although in an incipient stage, are of extreme interest to electric energy companies. This project is based on the state-of-the-art components of analog and digital electronics, including analog/digital (A/D) converters, microprocessors, oscillators, FPGA and computational techniques for digital signal processing. The forms of implementation in both hardware and software for this electronic unit are presented in order to meet the functional requirements specified and the standards of the Instituto Nacional de Metrologia (INMETRO) and equivalent international standards for metrological applications. The validation is based on comparative tests of the phasors at the fundamental frequency of the obtained signals, analyzing the amplitude (for ratio error calculation) and phase (for phase error calculation) between optical and conventional transformers, the last one can be reference or not.

Algoritmo híbrido e inteligente para o diagnóstico das condições operativas de transformadores de potência no contexto da qualidade da energia elétrica / Hybrid intelligent algorithm for the diagnosis of operating conditions of power transformers in the context of power qualityJáder Fernando Dias Breda 12 July 2012 (has links)
This research aimed to develop an algorithm able to diagnose the operating conditions of power transformers. The variables considered to classify the presented conditions were the normally used by differential protection logic, i.e., the differential current and the harmonic content in the signals in analysis. Moreover, the relationship between some phenomena associated to a poor power quality originated from consumers connected to the secondary and reflect to the primary side of the transformer was also verified. In order to infer the relationships above mentioned, the developed algorithm used the Wavelet Transform and artificial intelligence techniques (Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Neural Networks). All the tests applied to validate the proposed methodology were performed making use of the ATP (Alternative Transients Program). In face of the analyzed conditions, the results show that differential currents and undesired harmonic content can arise and the implemented logic will erroneously diagnose the operation condition addressed. The results also illustrate the propagation of these conditions from secondary to primary side of the analyzed transformer.

Conception, réalisation et caractérisation d'un transformateur de commande / Design, realization and characterization of a drive transformerMahamat, Ahmat Taha 29 May 2017 (has links)
Les résultats de mesure obtenus sont proches des résultats de simulation, la bande passante du transformateur s’étendant de 20kHz à 7MHz / This work concerns the design, realization and characterization of a control transformer for insulated gate power switches, the transformer providing galvanic isolation between driving stage and power circuits. The aim of the work was not to respond to a precise specification but to develop a new technological path for the realization of an integrable planar transformer. The main characteristics of such transformer are: - high inductance (ratio of inductance / area occupied as large as possible); - low series resistances; - a capacitive coupling between primary and secondary as small as possible. These constraints guided us to study a planar transformer with magnetic layers whose primary and secondary windings are buried in the magnetic material in order to reduce the air gap. The Face to Face structure was chosen with a 45 ° offset between primary and secondary windings. After a numerical study, windings buried in a ferrite material were fabricated separately and then assembled to give rise to the transformer. Many technological steps: femtosecond laser micromachining, copper deposits by sputtering, photolithography, planarization, chemical etching ... have been implemented. Thus, the transformer produced consists of a stack of magnetic, conductive and insulating layers. It has been characterized from very low frequencies up to several tens of MHz. The measurement results obtained are close to simulation results, the bandwidth of the transformer extending from 20 kHz to 7 MHz

Návrh elektronkového nf stereozesilovače / Design of nf electron-valve stereo amplifierDofek, Přemysl January 2011 (has links)
This master’s thesis is dealing with low frequency all valve stereo amplifier unit conception for an electric guitar. The amplifier contains two independent output stages with two power tubes EL34, working in AB class, with 40Watts of power. The apparatus is equipped with two channels, EQ correctors, parallel effects loop, output selection with lowered anode power supply, selection between silicon or tube rectifier. The preamplifier works in mono mode and the stereophony is reached by dividing the signal in an added effects system. This unusual solution differs from both monaural conceptions and binaural power amplifiers which contains no preamp. It offers the possibility of stereophony without the necessity of dividing the guitar signal before the amplifier’s input. The sound that comes from the speaker on one side is effected and on the other side is dry by using monaural effects apparatus. The sound from both speakers is effected by using binaural effect apparatus. The amplifier can be used as power amplifier stage only when the return of the effect loop is used as the amplifier input. Every available possible solution is discussed in case of each block and then the most suitable is chosen. The biggest attention is paid to a proposal and calculation of both power and output transformer, ergonomical lay-out of the stages in need of the best S/N separation. The stages were simulated in Micro-Cap 9.0 and Tonestack 1.3 computer programmes. The construction was carried out with the emphasis on proper shielding and grounding. The overall stability tests were performed after building the amplifier as well as frequency characteristics with the scope and distortion with the distortion meter.

Návrh systému chránění s použitím elektronických přístrojových transformátorů (senzorů) v rozvodně vysokého napětí / Design of protection system using an sensor technology in MV substationStrapko, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
Master's thesis deals with use of electronic instrument transformers (sensors) in the protection system in medium-voltage substation. Substation consists of 2 incoming feeders, 2 outgoing feeders for motors, 2 outgoing feeders for power transformers, measuring, bus coupler and bus riser feeder. Incoming feeders are connected to distribution system E.ON by cable lines which were proposed. Protected machines (power transformers and motors with rated power) are connected to switchgear panels of UniGear ZS1 type by cable lines too. Proposed protection system is based on the short-circuit conditions, standard CSN 33 3051 recommendations as well as theoretical backgrounds acquired from technical papers and other publicated literature according to the bibliography. For selected protection functions are defined their parameters. Control, monitoring and protection functions provides REF 542plus relay. Consequently, secondary tests which are part of the commissioning, are given in the practical part of thesis. Secondary tests were performed by relay test system FREJA 300 by Megger. Results of tests are displayed in tripping characteristics.
